સુરતમાં ત્રણ વર્ષની બાળકી સાથે દુષ્કર્મ કર્યા બાદ હત્યા કરી દેવાઈ
સુરતમાંથી ત્રણ વર્ષની બાળકી સાથે દુષ્કર્મ કરી તેની હત્યા કરી દેવાની ઘટના સામે આવી છે. ત્રણ વર્ષની બાળકી ગુમ થયાનો રિપોર્ટ પોલીસ ચોપડે નોંધાયો હતો જ્યારે બાળકીનો મૃતદેહ એક દિવસ બાદ સોમવારે લિંબાયત વિસ્તારમાંથી મળી આવ્યો હતો. આરોપીએ બાળકી સાથે દુષ્કર્મ કર્યા બાદ રહેસી નાંખી હતી. સુરત પોલીસે આ કેસમાં આરોપીની ઓળખ કરી લીધી છે.બાળકી લિંબાયત વિસ્તારમાં રહેતા મજૂરી કામ કરતા પરિવારની દીકરી હતી. દીકરીનો પરિવાર પહેલા માળે રહેતો હતો જ્યારે તેનો મૃતદેહ એ જ એપાર્ટમેન્ટાના ગ્રાઉન્ડ ફ્લોરમાંથી મળી આવ્યો હતો. પરિવારજનોએ બાળકી ગુમ થયાની ફરિયાદ નોંધવતા પોલીસ જુદી જુદી ટૂકડી બનાવીને તપાસ શરૂ કરી હતી. બાળકીના પિતાએ પોલીસને જણાવ્યુ હતું કે, બાળકી રવિવારે સાંજે ગુમ થઈ હતી. પોલીસને બીજા રાજ્યમાંથી મજૂરી કામ માટે આવેલા કોઈ શખસ પર આશંકા હતી. સોમવારે સવારે પોલીસે બાળકીની તાપસ માટે શોધખોળ ચાલુ કરી હતી. જ્યારે શંકાશીલ શખસના રૂમમાં તપાસ કરાય હતી. થોડા સમય બાદ શખસ ફરાર થઈ ગયો હતો અને બાળકીનો મૃતદેહ મળ્યો ન હતો. ફરી વાર પોલીસે બંધ મકાન ફંફોડ્યું હતું ત્યારે બાળકીની લાશ પ્લાસ્ટિકના કોથળામાંથી મળી હતી અને આ કોથળા પર એક ડોલ ઢાંકી દેવામાં આવી હતી. બાળકીનું પોસ્ટમોર્ટમ કરવાતા આ કેસ દુષ્કર્મ બાદ હત્યાનો હોવાનું સામે આવ્યું હતું.પોલીસે એસ્ટ્રોસિટીની કલમ હેઠળ ગુનો નોંધી કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી કરી છે. આ ઉપરાંત પોલીસે દુષ્કર્મ અને હત્યા હેઠળ ગુનો નોંધ્યો છે. સુરત પોલીસ કમિશનર સતીશ શર્માએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, બાળકીનો મૃતદેહ તે જ્યાં રહેતી હતી ત્યાંથી થોડે દુર એક રૂમમાંથી મળી આવ્યો હતો. આ કેસમાં આરોપીની ઓળખ થઈ ચૂકી છે. ડેપ્યુટી કમિશનરની અધ્યક્ષતામાં એસીપી દ્વારા વધુ કાયદાકીય પગલાં લેવામાં આવશે.
