પંજાબના કપૂર થલામાં દુષ્કર્મની દિલ દહલાતી ઘટના સાઅમે. એ ક 24 વર્ષની મહિલાનીથી એક જ રાતમાં 10 લોકોએ નશાની સ્થિતિમાં બે વાર દુષ્કર્મ કર્યો.
આ કૃત્ય મહિલાના ઓળખીતા લોકોએ કર્યા છે. થાના સુભાનપુરની પોલીસએ બે મહિલાઓ સાથે 14 લોકોને સામે ઘણી ધારાઓથી કેસ દાખલ કરી ચારને ગિરફ્તાર કરી લીધું છે. બીજા આરોપીની તપાસ ચાલી રહી છે.
ડીએસપી ભુલત્થ દવિંદર સિંહના મુઅજબ 10 ઓક્ટોબરએ ગામના લખન ખોલે અને દયાલપુરમાં એક મહિલાએ બે વાર દુષ્કર્મ થવાના શિકાયત આવી છે. ડીએસપી મુજબ મહિલા એમએ બીએડ છે અને પોતાને શિક્ષિકા જણાવી રહી છે. તેને પોલીસને આપી તેમના શિકાયતમાં જણાવ્યું કે પાંચ મહીના પહેલાએ જાલંધરમાં
એક ગૈસ એજેંસી પર કામ કરતા ભોલૂ નામના માણસથી મળી હતી. જે કે ડ્ર્ગ્સ એડિક્ટ છે. તેણે તેને ડ્રગ્સનો લોભ આપ્યું. ત્યારબાદ તેને યુવતીને કપૂરથલાના સોનૂ પુત્ર ગોરા નામના ડ્ર્ગ્સ તસ્કરથી મળી. ત્યારબાદ તે ડ્ર્ગ્સના આ ધંધામાં આવી ગઈ અને સોનૂના મિત્ર જસવીર સિંહ ઉર્ફ શીરીથી કે રૂમ ભાડા પર લીધું.
શીરીએ તેમના ઘરમાં 10 ઓક્ટોબરએ જનમ્દિવસની પાર્ટી આયોજિત કરી અને તેમના મિત્રોને આમંત્રિત કર્યો. તે રાત્રે(10 ઓક્ટોબર) શીરીએ યુવતીને બહાનાથી બહાર બોલાવ્યો અને ખેતરમાં મોટરવાળા રૂમમાં લઈ ગયો. ત્યાં પર સોનૂ પુત્ર જોગિંદર સિંહ નિવાસી લખન ખોલે અને તેમના ચાર મિત્ર પહેલાથી જ હતા બધાએ તેની સાથે દુષ્કર્મ કર્યો.

તે મદદ માટે બૂમાબૂમ કરતી રહી. ડીજેની આવાજના વચ્ચે તેની આવાજ દબીને રહી ગઈ. બધા તેને ત્યાંજ ઊકીને ચાલી ગયા. એ કોઈ રીતે જાલંધર અમૃતસર રોડ પર ગામ દયાલપુર પહોંચી અને પુલની પાસે તેને જાણકાર સતપાલ નિવીસી ઢુડિકે જિલા મોગા મળ્યા. જેને તેને તેમની વ્યથા સંભળાવી મદદ માંગી. તે તેને થાના લઈ જવાની જગ્યા તેમના મકાન પર લ્ઈ ગયો. જ્યાં પણ તેના ત્રણ સાથે સુખવિંદર સિંહ નિવાસે હોશિયારપુર, રવિંદર સિંહ નિવાસી ગુરદાસપુર અને કુલવિંદર સિંહ નિવાસી મજીઠા ત્યાં હતા.
આ ચારે હમીરા ફેક્ટ્રીમાં સિક્યુરિટી ગાર્ડન રીત કાર્ય કરે છે. આ લોકોએ પણ તેમની મજબૂરીનો ફાયદો ઉઠાવતા દુષ્કર્મ કર્યો અને સવારે સતપાલ તેને દયાલપુરના અડ્ડા પર મૂકી આવ્યો અને મોઢા બંધ રાખવા માટે કહ્યું. એ શીરિના ઘર ગામ લખન ખોલે પહૉંચી અને બધી ઘટના શીરીની દાદી અને ફુઈને જણાવી. તેના પર તેમનણે કીધું કે પહેલા તો એ કપૂરથલા શહરથી દવા લઈ આવે. સંબંધીના ગયા પછી વાત કરીશ. જ્યારે તે દવા લઈ આવી તો બન્નેને તેમની વાત ન સાંભળી અને મારપીટ કરીને તેને ઘરથી બહાર કાઢી મૂકયો.
ડીએસપીના મુજબ યુવતીએ જણાવ્ય્યું કે સોનૂ પુત્ર ગોરા અને ભોલૂ નિવાસી જાલંધરએ તેને નશાની ટેવ લગાવી અને તેને બળજબરીથી નધાની તસ્કરી કરાવી. ડીએસપીએ જણાવ્યું કે યુવતીના બયાન પર પોલીસએ કેસ દાખલ કરી સતપાલ, કુલવિંદર, રવિંદર અને સુખવિંદરને ગિરફ્તાર કરી લીધું છે. દુષ્કર્મના છા આરોપીઓની ગિરફ્તારી માટે છાપામારી ચાલૂ છે.
