દોસ્તી પ્રેમનો એક સમર્પિત અનુભવ છે જેને આપણા જીવન વિશે બધુ ખબર હોય છે. સાચો મિત્ર અમારા ઝૂઠા વખાણ કરી કે ઝૂઠા આરોપો નહી મૂકતા પણ મિત્રને સફળ બનાવવા માટે દરેક પ્રયાસ કરે છે. સાચા મિત્ર એક બીજા માટે લોભી નહી બનતા, તે એક બીજાના જીવનમાં કઈક સારું જ મળે છે એ જ ઈચ્છે છે.
જે લોકો સાચી દોસ્તી કરે છે એ વગર કોઈ પ્રકારના લાલચએ બીજા મિત્રની દરેક વાત પર ધ્યાન રાખે છે. સંભાળ અને વિશ્વાસથી દિવસો દિવસ મિત્રતા મજબૂત થવા લાગે છે.
સાચા મિત્ર તમારા સારા સમયથી વધારે મુશ્કેલ સમયમાં તમારી સાથે ઉભો રહે છે. તેથી આપણે અમારું સારું મિત્ર ચૂંટવામાં સાવધાન રહેવું જોઈએ કારણકે અમે કોઈથી પણ દગો મળી શકે છે. જીવનમાં એક સારું મિત્ર મળવું ખૂબજ મુશ્કેલ કાર્ય છે. જેને સાચું મિત્ર મળ્યું સમજો કે પ્રભુની કૃપા મળી.
કેટલાક લોકો સફળતાપૂર્વજ તેમના બાળપણની મિત્રતાને આખા જીવન લઈને ચાલે છે. જ્યારે કેટલાક કઈક ગેરસમજ કે સમયની કમી કે બીજા કારણોથી વચ્ચે જ સમાપ્ત કરી નાખે છે. ઘણી વાર મિત્રતા પોતાના અહં કે આત્મસમ્માનના કારણે તૂટી જાય છે.
સાચી મિત્રતામાં યોગ્ય સમજ, સંતુષ્ટિ મદદસ કરવાની ભાવના અને વિશ્વાઅ હોવું જોઈએ. સાચા મિત્ર ક્યારે શોષણ નહી કરતા પણ જીવનમાં યોગ્ય કાર્ય કરવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરે છે. ઘણી વાર ઝૂઠા દગાબાજ મિત્રોના કારણે દોસ્તીનો અર્થ પૂરી રીત બદલી જાય છે જે હમેશા કોઈ બીજાના ખોટા રીતે ઉપયોગ કરે છે. કેટલાક લોકો તરત મિત્ર બનાવા ઈચ્છે છે અને સ્વાર્થની પૂર્તિ થતા દોસ્તી ખત્મ કરી નાખે છે. જેની પાસે સાચા મિત્ર છે સાચે એ ખૂબજ ભાગ્યશાળી છે.
તેમાં કોઈ શક નથી કે સાચો મિત્ર અમારા જીવનના ખરાબ દિવસોમાં મદદ કરે છે. મિત્ર ખતરોથી બચાવે છે સાથે જ સમયથી સલાહ આપે છે સાચા મિત્ર અમારા જીવનની સંપતિ સમાન છે- સાચા મિત્ર એક "ફાયર બ્રિગેડ" ની જેમ હોય છે.
