પ્રથમ તબક્કાના મતદાનને આડે ગણતરીના દિવસો બાકી છે ત્યારે સોમવારે ભાજપ દ્વારા ઇલેકશન મૅનિફેસ્ટો જાહેર કરાઈ રહ્યો છે. ભાજપે તેના મૅનિફેસ્ટોને 'સંકલ્પપત્ર' એવું નામ આપ્યું છે.
- છ કરોડ લોકોનો સંપર્ક સાધીને સંકલ્પપત્ર તૈયાર કર્યું હોવાનો દાવો ભાજપ દ્વારા કરાઈ રહ્યો છે.
- આ પ્રસંગે વડા પ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદી, વિદેશમંત્રી સુષમા સ્વરાજ, ગૃહમંત્રી રાજનાથસિંહ, નાણામંત્રી અરુણ જેટલી, ભાજપના અધ્યક્ષ અમિત શાહ હાજર રહ્યાં હતાં.
સંકલ્પ પત્રના મહત્વના મુદ્દા
- - માત્ર બે એકરની ખેતી ધરાવતા ખેડૂતોને જ નહીં, તમામ ખેડૂતોને વાર્ષિક રૂપિયા છ હજાર કરોડની સહાય આપવામાં આવશે.
'રાષ્ટ્રીય વ્યાપારી આયોગ'નું ગઠન કરવામાં આવશે. 60 વર્ષથી વધુ ઉંમરના નાના ખેડૂતો અને નાના વેપારીઓને પેન્શન આપવામાં આવશે.
- દેશની આઝાદીની 75મી વર્ષગાંઠે દેશને 75 સમસ્યામાંથી મુક્તિ અપાવીશું.
- જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીરમાંથી 35-A હટાવાની કોશિષ કરશે
- જે અમે કહ્યું છે તેને અમે કરીને જ અમે જંપીશું: રાજનાથ સિંહ
- ટ્રિપલ તલાકની વિરૂદ્ધ મુસ્લિમ મહિલાઓનો અમે ન્યાય સુરક્ષિત કરીશું
- ટ્રેંડ ડોકટર અને વસતીની વચ્ચે રેશિયો ઓછો કરવાની કોશિષ કરીશું
- આયુષ્યમાન ભારતના 1.5 લાખ હેલ્થ અને વેયરનેસ સેન્ટર ખોલાશે
- 2022 સુધી તમામ રેલવે પાટાને બ્રોડગેજમાં ફેરવશે
- શહેરો અને ગામમાં ઓડીએફ પ્લસ અને ઓડીએફ ટુ પ્લસ કચરાનું મેનેજમેન્ટ સુનિશ્ચિત કરશે
- તમામ ઘરોને 100 ટકા વિદ્યુતીકરણ
- દરેક પરિવાર માટે પાક્કું મકાન. વધુમાં વધુ ગ્રામીણ પરિવારોને એલપીટી ગેસ સિલિન્ડર
- આઝાદીના 75 વર્ષ પૂરા થતા 75 પગલાં નક્કી કર્યા છે. પીએમ કૃષિ સિંચાઇ યોજનાની અંતર્ગત તમામ સિંચાઇ યોજના પૂરી કરવાની કોશિષ કરશે. 1-5 વર્ષ માટે શૂન્ય વ્યાજ દર પર એક લાખ રૂપિયાની લોન આપશે.
- લૉ સંસ્થાનોમાં પણ સીટોની સંખ્યા વધારાશે
- એક્સિલેંટ એન્જિનિયરિંગ કોલેજોમાં સીટોની સંખ્યા વધારાશે
- ઉત્કૃષ્ટ પ્રબંધન સંસ્થાઓમાં સીટોની સંખ્યા વધારાશે
- કિસાન સમ્માન નિધિનો લાભ તમામ ખેડૂતોને મળશે. નાના અને સીમાંત ખેડૂતોને 60 વર્ષ બાદ પેન્શનની સુવિધા અપાશે. - રાષ્ટ્રીય વેપાર આયોગની રચના કરાશે. દેશના નાના દુકાનદારોને પણ 60 વર્ષ બાદ પેન્શન અપાશે.
- આખા દેશમાં એક સાથે લોકસભા અને રાજ્યોની ચૂંટણી થાય. તેના માટે સહમતિ બનાવાની કોશિષ કરાશે
- ક્ષેત્રીય અસંતુલનને ખત્મ કરવા માટે આખી કોશિષ કરશે
- રાષ્ટ્રીય વેપાર આયોગ બનાવશે. આ ખૂબ જ ઇફેક્ટિવ પંચ હશે
- રાષ્ટ્રવાદના પ્રત્યે અમારી સંપૂર્ણ પ્રતિબધ્ધતા છે. આતંકવાદના પ્રત્યે ઝીરો ટોલરન્સની નીતિ છે. જ્યાં સુધી આતંકવાદ સમાપ્ત થશે નહીં ત્યાં સુધી આ ઝીરો ટોલરન્સ રહેશે.
- યુનિફોર્મ સિવિલ કોર્ડને કરશે લાગૂ
- તમામ ખેડૂતોને 60 વર્ષ બાદ પેન્શનની સુવિધા આપશે
- તમામ ખેડૂતોને 6000 રૂપિયાનો લાભ મળશે
- ખેડૂતો પર 25 લાખ કરોડ રૂપિયા આવતા પાંચ વર્ષ દરમ્યાન ખર્ચ કરાશે.
- 1 લાખ સુધીના ક્રેડિટ કાર્ડ પર જે લોન મળે છે, તેના પર 5 વર્ષ સુધી વ્યાજ ઝીરો ટકા હશે.
- રામ મંદિર પર તમામ સંભાવનાઓની તપાસ કરશે. પ્રયત્ન હશે કે ઝડપથી સૌહાર્દપૂર્ણ વાતાવરણમાં નિર્માણ થઇ જાય.
- સિટીઝનશિપ અમેંડમેંટ બિલને સાંસદને બંને સદનોમાંથી પાસ કરાવશે અને લાગૂ કરશે. કોઇ પણ રાજ્યની સાંસ્કૃતિક અને ઓળખ પર આંચ આવશે નહીં

- રાજનાથસિંહના કહેવા પ્રમાણે, મૅનિફેસ્ટો 'દૂરંદેશીવાળું અને પ્રૅક્ટિકલ' છે. 'ભારત કે મન કી બાત' કાર્યક્રમ હેઠળ જનતાનો સંપર્ક સાધી સૂચનો માગવામાં આવ્યા.

BJPએ ચૂંટણી ઢંઢેરાને સંકલ્પ પત્ર નામ આપવામાં આવ્યુ છે. ગરીબોને 72000 રૂપિયા વાર્ષિક આપવાના કોંગ્રેસના વચન અનુસાર ભાજપ સમાજના વિભિન્ન તબક્કાને આકર્ષિત કરવા માટે અનેક વચન આપે તેવી સંભાવના છે.
