ચક્ર શરીરનુ કેન્દ્ર છે. એની જેમ જ શરીરના પણ સાત સ્તર માનવામાં આવે છે. તેના નામ આ રીતે છે. સ્થૂળ શરીર, સૂક્ષ્મ શરીર, કારણ શરીર, માનસ શરીર, આત્મિક શરીર, દિવ્ય શરીર અને બ્રહ્મ શરીર. આપણે પ્રત્યક્ષ કે સ્થૂળ શરીર જ આંખોથી જોવાય છે. તેની અંદરના અવયવ સ્પર્શીને કે બીજી રીતે જાણી શકાય છે.

પ્રથમ ફેરો - સૌ પ્રથમ વચન હોય છે કે પતિ-પત્નિને આજીવન પર્યાપ્ત અને સન્માનનીય રીતે ભોજન મળતું રહે.
બીજો ફેરો - બીજું દંપતીનું જીવન શાંતિ અને સુખેથી વીતે.
ત્રીજો ફેરો - ત્રીજું બન્ને જીવનમાં આધ્યાત્મિક તથા ધર્મિક કર્તવ્યનું પાલન કરે.
ચોથો ફેરો - ચોથા ફેરામાં બન્ને સૌહાર્દ્રપૂર્ણ તથા પરસ્પર પ્રેમ સાથે જીવન વિતાવે,
પાંચમો ફેરો - પાંચમા ફેરાનું વચન હોય છે વિશ્વનું કલ્યાણ થાય અને સંતાનપ્રાપ્તિ થાય.
છઠ્ઠો ફેરો - છઠ્ઠા વચનમાં પ્રાર્થના કરવામાં આવે છે કે તમામ ઋતુઓ યોગ્ય રીતે ધનધાન્ય ઉત્પન્ન કરીને સમગ્ર વિશ્વને સુખી કરે, કારણ કે તમામના સુખમાં દંપતીનું પણ ભલું થાય છે અને
સાતમો ફેરો - સાતમા ફેરામાં પતિ-પત્નિ પરસ્પર વિશ્વાસ, એકતા, મનમેળ અને શાંતિ સાથે જીવન વ્યતીત કરે.
આ સાત ફેરા સાથે લેવામાં આવતા વચનમાં વિશ્વની શાંતિ અને સુખની પ્રાર્થના કરવામાં આવે છે
