અમદાવાદમાં આજથી શરૂ થયો 'ફ્લાવર થો', જાણો તેના આકર્ષણો

અમદાવાદમાં આજથી 9મી જાન્યુઆરી 2018 સુધી વિશાળ જગ્યામાં મહાપાલિકા દ્વારા 6ઠ્ઠા ફલાવર શો નું આયોજન કરાયું છે. આજે મુખ્યમંત્રી વિજયભાઇ રૂપાણી ફલાવર શો-2018નો સવારે પ્રારંભ કરાવ્યો હતો. આ ફલાવર શો સવારે 10 થી રાત્રે 9 દરમિયાન જાહેર જનતા માટે સાબરમતી રિવર ફ્રન્ટ ઇવેન્ટ ગ્રાઉન્ડ ટાગોર હોલ પાછળ, ખૂલ્લો રહેશે. પ્રતિ વર્ષ યોજાતા ફલવાર-શો માં મુખ્યત્વે દેશ વિદેશનાં વિવિધ જાતોના ફુલોના રોપાઓનું તેમજ ફુલોમાંથી બનાવેલા જુદા જુદા પ્રાણીઓ અને પક્ષીઓ તેમજ સ્થાપત્યોના સ્કલ્પચરનું પ્રદર્શન રાખવામાં આવે છે.ફ્લાવર શોના આયોજનનો હવાલો સંભાળતા ડેપ્યુટી કમિશનર માલવિયા અને ગાર્ડન વિભાગના ડાયરેક્ટર જિજ્ઞોશભાઈ પટેલે માહિતી આપતા એમ જણાવ્યું કે, 45 હજાર સ્કવેર મીટર એરિયામાં પથરાયેલા ફ્લાવર શોમાં 65 જેટલી વિવિધ જાતોના સાડા પાંચ લાખથી વધુ ફૂલો રજૂ કરાયા છે. એટલું જ નહીં ઓર્રીડ, ઈંગ્લિશ ગુલાબ, કાર્નેશન તેમજ અન્ય ફૂલોમાંથી બનાવેલ જીરાફ, બટર ફ્લાય, કલસ્ટર, હરણ, ફ્લેમિંગો, કલા કરતા મોર, મીકી માઉસ અન્ય પ્રાણીઓ, વોલ ટ્રી વગેરે મળી કુલ 50થી વધુ લાઈવ સ્કલપચર શોમાં મુખ્ય આકર્ષણ બની રહેશે, આ સાથે 13 નર્સરીઓ દ્વારા ફૂલ છોડનું પ્રદર્શન પણ યોજાયું છે. બાગાયતી સાધનોના ઓઝારોના 45 વેચાણ કેન્દ્રો તથા ઓર્ગેનીક ખેત પેદાશોના પાંચ કેન્દ્રો ઊભા કરાયા છે. તેમણે જણાવ્યું કે, ફ્લાવર શોની મુલાકાતે આવવા માટે લાલ દરવાજાની, વાસણા, નવા વાડજ, કાલુપુર, મણિનગર અને મેમનગર ખાતે દિવસભર મ્યુનિ.બસની વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી છે જેની ટિકિટનો દર માત્ર 5 રૂ. રહે <br />
