નવરાત્રિ રમવા માટે બનાવ્યો વિશેષ ડ્રેસ, સિવિલમાં કોરોના વોરિયર્સને કરાશે ભેટ
ગુજરાતમાં પહેલીવાર નવરાત્રિમાં ગરબા નહી રમાય. કોરોના મહામારીના કારણે આ વર્ષે નવરાત્રિનો તહેવાર ફીકો રહેશે. આવી પરિસ્થિતિમાં આઇડીટીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ગરબા રમવા માટે પ્રોટેક્ટિવ ડ્રેસ બનાવ્યો છે. આરૂષિ ઉપ્રેતીના માર્ગદર્શનમાં આઇડીટી ઇન્ડિયાના પ્રથમ વર્ષના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ હાથમાં પેટિંગ અને કાંચનો ઉપયોગ કરીને ડ્રેસમાં પોલિપ્રોપિલીન ફ્રેબ્રિક્સ પર ડિઝાઇન બનાવીને તેને આકર્ષક બનાવવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો છે.
આ ઉપરાંત માસ્ક અને ડાંડિયાના ડિસ્પોઝેબલ કવર પણ બનાવ્યા છે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ડ્રેસ દુપટ્ટા પણ ડિઝાઇન કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ ડ્ર્રેસને વીઆર મોલ સુરતમાં પ્રદર્શિત કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. આઇડીટીના ડાયરેક્ટર અનુપમ ગોયલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે આ ડ્રેસને સિવિલના કોરોના વોરિયર્સને આપવામાં આવશે.

વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ગરબા આઉટફિટ્સના બે ડ્રેસ તૈયાર કર્યા.જેને ખૂબ વખાણવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે. આઇડીટી ઇન્ડિયાના ડાયરેક્ટર અનુપમ ગોયલે વ્યક્ત કર્યું હતું કે આ વર્ષે સરકારે ગરબા અપ્ર પ્રતિબંધ લગાવી દીધો છે, એટલા માટે તહેવારોની સીઝનમાં ખુશી ફેલાવવા માટે અમે આ 2 પ્રોટેક્ટિવ ડ્રેસ સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલના કોરોના વોરિયર્સને ભેટ કરીશું.
આ કાર્યનો ઉદ્દેશ્ય તે કોરોના વોરિયર્સનો આભાર પ્રગટ કરવાનો છે. જેમને આ મહામારી દરમિયાન પોતાના જીવના જોખમે લગનથી કામ કર્યું અને લોકોને પ્રેરિત કર્યા છે.
અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે શહેરમાં કોરોના સંક્રમણ સતત વધી રહ્યું છે. મહાનગરપાલિકા અને જિલ્લા પ્રશાસન દ્વારા જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલા આંકડા પ્રમાણે વધુ 249 કેસ સાથે કોરોના પોઝિટિવનો આંકડો વધીને 33,181 પર પહોંચ્યો છે. આજે વધુ 2 મોત સાથે મૃત્યુઆંક 974 થયો છે. શહેરમાંથી આજે 178 અને જિલ્લામાંથી 124 લોકોને કોરોના મુક્ત જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યાં છે. જેથી ડિસ્ચાર્જની સંખ્યા વધીને 30,102 થઈ છે. હાલ શહેર અને જિલ્લામાં કુલ 2105 કોરોનાના એક્ટિવ કેસ છે.
આ ઉપરાંત માસ્ક અને ડાંડિયાના ડિસ્પોઝેબલ કવર પણ બનાવ્યા છે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ડ્રેસ દુપટ્ટા પણ ડિઝાઇન કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ ડ્ર્રેસને વીઆર મોલ સુરતમાં પ્રદર્શિત કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. આઇડીટીના ડાયરેક્ટર અનુપમ ગોયલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે આ ડ્રેસને સિવિલના કોરોના વોરિયર્સને આપવામાં આવશે.
