અલ્પેશ ઠાકોરે સરકારને આપી ચિમકી, રાધનપુરને અછતગ્રસ્ત જાહેર કરો નહીં તો પરિણામ ભોગવવા તૈયાર રહો

રાધનપુર વિધાનસભા બેઠકમાં આવતા રાધનપુર, વારાહી, સમી અને શંખેશ્વરની આજુબાજુના વિસ્તારોમાં વરસાદ નથી પડ્યો ત્યારે સ્થાનિક ધારાસભ્ય અલ્પેશ ઠાકોર આ વિસ્તારોને અછતગ્રસ્ત જાહેર કરવામાં આવે તેવી માંગ સાથે અલ્પેશ ઠાકોર એક દિવસના ધરણા બેઠ્યો છે. ગુજરાતમાં આ વર્ષે ઓછા વરસાદને કારણે સરકારે ૧૮ તાલુકાઓને અછતગ્રસ્ત જાહેર કર્યા છે, પરંતુ એ સિવાય પણ અનેક વિસ્તારો એવા છે કે જેમને અછતગ્રસ્ત વિસ્તાર તરીકે જાહેર કરવામાં આવે તેવી માંગ કરવામાં આવી રહી છે.

અલ્પેશ ઠાકોરે સરકાર પર ભેદભાવના આક્ષેપો લગાવતા કહ્યું હતું કે રાધનપુરની આજુબાજુ આવેલ કચ્છ, સુઈગામ, વાવ, ચાણસ્મા અને કાંકરેજને સરકાર દ્વારા અછતગ્રસ્ત જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. પરંતુ ભેદભાવ રાખતા માત્ર રાધનપુરને જ અછતગ્રસ્ત જાહેર કર્યો નથી. અલ્પેશ ઠાકોરે ચિમકી ઉચ્ચારી કે જો સરકાર દ્વારા આ વિસ્તારોને અછતગ્રસ્ત જાહેર કરવામાં નહિ આવે તો આગામી સમયે ગાંધીનગર સુધીની પાણી અધિકાર કુચ કરવામાં આવશે. અલ્પેશ ઠાકોરે સભાને સંબોધતાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે આપણી લાગણી માંગણી એવી છે કે સાંતલપુર, વારાહી, રાધનપુરને તાત્કાલિક ધોરણે અછતગ્રસ્ત કરવામાં આવે. આ ઉપરાંત લોકોના દેવા માફ કરવામાં આવે. ખેડૂતોને સમયસર પાણી આપવામાં આવે અને ઘાસચારાની વ્યવ્યસ્થા કરવામાં આવે.  અલ્પેશ ઠાકોરે સરકાર પર આકરા પ્રહારો કર્યા હતા. તેમણે વધુમાં કહ્યું હતું કે મારી વિધાનસભામાંથી કચ્છમાં પાણી જાય છે. 

રાધનપુર શહેરમાં પાણી મળતું નથી, અહીં અઠવાડિયા બે જ દિવસ પીવાનું પાણી મળે છે. તેમછતાં તેને અછતગ્રસ્ત કેમ જાહેર કર્યું નથી તેનો જવાબ સરકારે આપવો પડશે. લોકોને પીવાના પાણીના વલખાં છે ઢોરોનું શું સ્થિતિ હશે તેમને પશુઓ પર પણ દયા આવતી નથી. આ વર્ષે આખા ગુજરાતમાં વરસાદ નથી પડ્યો ત્યારે અહીંના તમામ લોકોના દેવા માફ કરવામાં આવે. અહીં અનેક પ્રશ્નો છે. સિંચાઇનું નર્મદાનું પાણી અમારા ગામડા સુધી પહોંચ્યું નથી, માત્ર પાણીની વાતો કરવામાં આવે છે. ખેડૂતોને સમયસર વીજ કનેક્શન આપવામાં આવે તેવી અમુક માંગણીઓ છે અમારી છે.  તમારામાં માનવતા હોય તો તાત્કાલિક અસરગ્રસ્ત જાહેર કરશો. નહીતર અમે ગાડીઓ ટ્રેકટર ભરીને બાળકો અને ઢોર ઢાંખર લઇને ગાંધીનગર આવીશું. અમારા વિસ્તારમાં મતોની દુહાઇ આપવા માટે આવતા હોય ન આવતા નહીતર અમારા દિકરાઓને ઝભ્ભા ફાડતા વિચાર નહી કરે. જો તમારામાં તાકાત હોય તો રાધનપુરમાં સરકારી કાર્યક્રમ કરી બતાવે.
