અલ્પેશ ઠાકોર વીધિવત રીતે કોંગ્રેસમય થયો, રાહુલ ગાંધીએ રોટલો અને ડુંગળી ખાઈને સંબોધન કર્યું

ઓબીસી નેતા અલ્પેશ ઠાકોર આજે વિધિવત્ રીતે કોંગ્રેસમાં જોડાઈ ગયા છે. ગાંધીનગરના રામકથા મેદાનમાં યોજાયેલા ‘જનાદેશ સમ્મેલન’માં કોંગ્રેસના ઉપાધ્યક્ષ રાહુલ ગાંધીએ અલ્પેશ ઠાકોરને કોંગ્રેસનો ખેસ પહેરાવ્યો હતો. અલ્પેશે કોંગ્રેસમાં જોડાયા બાદ પોતાની પહેલી જાહેરસભામાં દાવો કર્યો હતો કે, આ વખતની ચૂંટણીમાં કોંગ્રેસ 125 બેઠકો જીતીને ગુજરાતમાં સરકાર બનાવશે. એટલું જ નહીં, સભા સ્થળ પર હાજર રહેલા લોકોને ભાજપવાળાને ગામમાં ઘૂસવા ન દેવા પણ અલ્પેશે હાકલ કરી હતી. અલ્પેશ ઠાકોરે કોંગ્રેસના ઉપાધ્યક્ષ રાહુલ ગાંધીને ગરીબો અને વંચિતોના મસિહા ગણાવતા કહ્યું હતું કે, કોંગ્રેસ પાર્ટીમાં સમ્માન મળી રહ્યું હોવાથી તેઓ તેની સાથે જોડાઈ રહ્યા છે. પોતાને કોંગ્રેસમાં જોડાવવા જનાદેશ હોવાનો દાવો કરતા અલ્પેશે કહ્યું હતું કે, તેમણે અનેક માધ્યમો દ્વારા 25 લાખ જેટલા લોકોના મંતવ્ય લીધા હતા, જેમાંથી 20 લાખ લોકોએ તેમને રાજનીતિમાં આવવાનું અને કોંગ્રેસમાં જોડાવવા કહ્યું હતું. અલ્પેશે દાવો કર્યો હતો કે, 20 લાખમાંથી બે લાખ લોકો પાટીદારો હતા. ભાજપ પર પ્રહારો કરતા અલ્પેશે કહ્યું હતું કે, ગુજરાતમાં વિકાસની વાતો થાય છે, પરંતુ રાજ્યના ગરીબો અને ખેડૂતોના ઘરે તો વિકાસનો હજુ જન્મ જ નથી થયો.

સરકાર તમામ મોરચે નિષ્ફળ ગઈ હોવાનો આક્ષેપ કરતા અલ્પેશે કહ્યું હતું કે, સરકાર સમક્ષ તેમણે શિક્ષણના ખાનગીકરણની વિરુદ્ધમાં, દારુબંધી, બેરોજગારી જેવા મુદ્દા પર મળવાની માગ કરી હતી, પરંતુ સરકારે ક્યારેય મળવાનો સમય ન આપ્યો. ભાજપના વિધાનસભા ચૂંટણીમાં 150 બેઠકો જીતવાના ટાર્ગેટનો જવાબ આપતા અલ્પેશે કહ્યું હતું કે, આ વખતે કોંગ્રેસ 125 બેઠકો મેળવી સરકાર બનાવશે. તો રાહુલ ગાંધીએ ભાજપ અને ખાસ કરીને પીએમ મોદી પર આકરા પ્રહારો કર્યાં હતાં. જીએસટી અને નોટબંધી પર તેમણે સરકાર પર તીખી પ્રતિક્રિયાઓ આપી હતી. રાહુલ ગાંધીએ બેકારી મુદ્દે પણ સરકારને ઘેરી હતી. તેમણે મોદીના ઠાલા વચનોને પણ લોકો સમક્ષ ઉજાગર કર્યાં હતાં.
