2. પોતાના કામ પોતે કરવું
ઘણા લોકો તેમના નાના-નાના કામ તેમના મિત્રોથી બોલે છે, જેનો દોસ્તી પર ખરાબ અસર પડે છે. પ્રયાસ કરવું કે બધા કામ પોતે કરવું મિત્રો પર નિર્ભર ન રહેવું. જો તમે વધારે મુશ્કેલીમાં છો તો તમારા મિત્રને મદદ માટે આવાજ લગાવવું.

3. વિશ્વાસ જાણવી રાખવું
રિશ્તામાં વિશ્વાસ હોય તો લાંબા સમય સુધી મિત્રતા કાયમ રહે છે. આમ સમજવું કે માત્ર દોસ્તી જ વિશ્વાસ પર ટકી હોય છે. તેથી ક્યારે પણ તમારા દોસ્તનો વિશ્વાસ ન તોડવું. જેથી તમારી દોસ્તીનો પ્યારા રિશ્તા હમેશા માટે મજબૂત બન્યું રહે.
4. ક્યારે ઈગ્નોર ન કરવું
ક્યારે ક્યારે કામ કે બીજા ઘણા જવાબદારીઓમાં અમે આટલા બિજી થઈ જાય છે કે આપણા સૌથી સારા મિત્રને પણ ઈગ્લોર કરવા લાગે છે. જેનાથી મિત્રતાના રિશ્તામાં ધીમે ધીમે દરાડ આવવા લાગે છે. લાખ બિજી હોવા છતાંય પણ તમારા મિત્રને અનજુઓ ન કરવું. થોડા સમય માટે જ પણ તેની સાથે ટાઈમ જરૂર સ્પેડ કરવુ.
