જો તમે શ્રાવણના મહીનામાં નોનવેજને હાથ પણ નહી લગાવતા અને આ કોશિશ કરો છો કે આ પવિત્ર મહીના તમે કોઈ પણ એવી વસ્તુ તમારા આહારમાં શામેળ ન કરવી જેનો સેવન કરવું આ મહીનામાં વર્જિત હોય છે. તો એક વાર કઈક પણ ખાવાથી પહેલા આ લિસ્ટ પર પણ ધ્યાન કરી લો કારણ કે આ વસ્તુઓને તમે શાકાહારી સમજીને ખાવો છો પણ આ શાકાહારી કદાચ પણ નહી. આવો જાણી આખેર કઈ છે એ ખાસ વસ્તુઓ
