શાસ્ત્રોમાં માન્યું છે કે સુંદર વાસણમાં દેવતાઓને ભોજન કરવાથી તે પ્રસન્ન હોય છે અને ઘરમાં હમેશા સમૃદ્ધિ બની રહે છે. જે રસોડામાં જે વાસણ ઉપયોગમાં લેવાય રહ્યા છે , તેમાંથી વધારેપણું તો એલ્યુમીનિયમ કે પ્લાસ્ટિકના બનેલા હોય છે. આ વાસણમાં ભોજન કરવું ન તો આરોગ્યના હિસાબે યોગ્ય છે અને ન શાસ્ત્રોમાં તેને યોગ્ય જણાવ્યું છે. જાણો શાસ્ત્ર મુજબ કઈ રીતના વાસણમાં ભોજન કરવું હેલ્થ અને વેલ્થ માટે ફાયદાકારી હોય છે.

1. લોખંડના વાસણ

આયુર્વેદ મુજબ લોખંડના વાસણમાં ભોજન કરવાથી શરીરમાં કોઈ હાનિકારક પ્રભાવ પડતો નથી. સાથે જ , તેનાથી શરીરમાં લોહતત્વની માત્રા વધે છે. હિમોગ્લોબિનનો સ્તર ઠીક રહે છે અને પાચન સંબંધિત મુશ્કેલીઓ ખત્મ થઈ જાય છે.

2. કાંસ્ય અને પીત્તળના વાસણ

કાંસ્યના વાસણમાં જે ભોજન બને છે તેમાં 97 ટક પોષક તત્વ રહે છે. પીતળના વાસણમાં બનતા ભોજનમાં 92 ટકા પોષક તત્વ રહે છે. આ તથ્ય CDRI ની લેબોરેટરીથી પ્રમાણિત છે. આયુર્વેદ મુજબ કાંસ્યના વાસણમાં ભોજન કરવાથી મગજ તેજ હોય છે અને ભૂખ પણ વધે છે. કાંસ્યના વાસણમાં ભોજન કરવાથી રક્તપિત્ત ઠીક હોય છે. પીતળના નક્કાશીદાર અને સુંદર વાસણ ઉપયોગ કરવા અને તેમાં ભગવાન વિષ્ણુને ભોગ લગાવવાથી ઘરમાં હમેશા બરકત રહે છે.

3. સોના-ચાંદીના વાસણ

કોઈ જો થોડા મોંઘા વાસણ ખરીદ શકતા છે તો ચાંદીના વાસણમાં ભોજન કરવું ખૂબ ફાયદાકારી હોય છે. ચાંદીની તાસીર ઠંડી હોય છે. આથી ચાંદીના વાસણમાં ભોજન કરવાથી ગર્મી શાંત હોય છે. અને આંખ સ્વસ્થ રહે છે. જ્યારે સોનાના વાસણમાં ભોજન કરવાથી શરીર મજબૂત અને તાકતવર હોય છે. પુરૂષો માટે સોનાના વાસણમાં ભોજન કરવું ખૂબજ લાભદાયક ગણાય છે.

4. માટીના વાસણ

માટીના વાસણમાં દાળ 25 મિનિટની અંદર ધીમા તાપે રાંધી જાય છે. આથી દાળને માટીના વાસણમાં રાંધવા માટે મૂકી ઘરનો કામ કરતા રહો. એક વાર માટીની હાંડીમાં રાંધેલી દાળ ખાઈને જુઓ આ તેટલી જ સ્વાદિષ્ટ અએ પૌષ્ટિક હોય છે તમે આ સ્વાદને ક્યારે , ભૂલી નહી શકશો. આ રીતે માટીના તવા પર બનેલી રોટલી અને માટલાનો પાણી ન માત્ર સ્વાદિષ્ય હોય છે , પણ તમાને જીવનભર સ્વસ્થ બનાવી રાખે છે.

5. પાતળમાં ભોજન કરવું.

શાસ્ત્રોમાં પાતળમાં ભોજન કરવું ખૂબ સારું જણાવ્યા છે. તેમાં ભોજન કરવાથી ભૂખ વધે છે અને પેટના બળતરા ખત્મ હોય છે. તાજા પાનની બનેલી પાતળમાં ભોજન કરવાથી શરીરના ઝેરીલા તત્વ પણ ખત્મ થાય છે. શાસ્ત્રોમાં માન્યું છે કે સુંદર પાતળમાં દેવતાઓને ભોજન કરવાવાથી તે પ્રસન્ન હોય છે અને ઘરમાં હમેશા સમૃદ્ધિ બની રહે છે.
