પુરૂષોને આ બાબતોમાં કોઈની પણ દખલબાજી સહન નથી કરતા

પુરુષોના સ્વભાવમાં અહમ્નું ઘવાવું અને તેમાંથી રોષ-ક્રોધ-ગુસ્સાનું પેદા થવું જન્મજાત વણાયેલું છે. અહીં એવી પાંચ બાબતોની ચર્ચા કરી છે જેમાં હસ્તક્ષેપ પુરુષોને બિલકુલ પસંદ નથી.

પહેલા તો પુરુષને તેની આદતો વિશે આંગળી ન ચીંધવી. ભાગ્યે જ કોઈ એવો પુરુષ હશે જેને તેની ટેવો-આદતો વિશે કોઈ પણ જાતની કમેન્ટ કે ભાષણબાજી કે ઉપદેશ કે સલાહ સાંભળવાં ગમતાં હોય. આવા મામલામાં દરેક પુરુષ એક જ રીતે વિચારે છે અને દરેક પુરુષનો દરેક વખતે એક જ જવાબ હોય છે, ‘આવો જ છું હું...’ એનો અર્થ એેક જ થાય કે કાં તો એને અપનાવી લો અથવા રડી-મરી-પટકીને એને સહેતા રહો. હવે જો તમને સવાલ થાય કે આદતોમાં શું શું સમજવું તો જાણી લો કે આદતોમાં અનેક બાબતો આવી જાય છે, જેમાં ખાવાપીવામાં કુટેવ, મશ્કરી કરવાની આદત, વિના કારણ ગુસ્સો કરતા રહેવાની ટેવ અથવા શોર્ટ ટેમ્પર્ડ સ્વભાવ, શંકાશીલ પ્રવૃત્તિ, નાની વાતે હઠાગ્રહી બની જવું. કારણ વિના ઝઘડો કરવો, વધુ પડતા સંરક્ષક હોવું, સ્વચ્છતા બાબતે બેદરકાર રહેવું, મિત્રો સાથે સમય-કસમયે ભટકવું વગેરેનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

અહીં વિચારશીલ અને નિષ્ણાત માણસ એવી જ સલાહ આપે કે, એવું તો નથી જ કે પુરુષને પોતાની ટેવ-કુટેવની જાણકારી નથી કે તેના ફાયદા-નુકસાનની જાણકારી નથી, તેમને બધી જ ખબર હોય છે, ફક્ત મેલ ઈગો અને એદીપણાને કારણે તેઓ પોતાની આદત બદલતા નથી. તેમની ખરાબ આદત બદલવાનો એક જ ઉપાય છે ધીરજ અને સમજદારી. ધીરજ અને સમજદારીથી કામ લો.

હવે બીજો મુદ્દો આવે છે તેમના મિત્રોનો. પુરુષોને, ખાસ કરીને પતિ કહેવાતી જમાતને પત્નીઓ દ્વારા તેમના મિત્રો સંબંધે દખલગીરી કરવી બિલકુલ બિલકુલ ગમતું નથી. ‘તમારો ફલાણો દોસ્ત બરાબર નથી’ કે ‘તમે તમારા પેલા દોસ્ત સાથે ઝાઝું હળવાભળવાનું ન રાખો’, જેવી પત્નીની ટિપ્પણીઓ પતિ લોકોને અસ્વસ્થ કરી મૂકે છે. એમ તો પુરુષ જ શું કામ સ્ત્રીઓ માટે પણ તેમની જિંદગીમાં કેટલાક મિત્રોનું ખાસ સ્થાન હોય જ છે. કેટલાક મિત્રો તો એટલા ખાસ હોય છે કે માતાપિતા, પત્ની કે પતિ પણ એમનું સ્થાન લઈ શકતા નથી, એટલે જ કોઈ પણ પુરુષ તેના પ્રિય મિત્રો સંબંધે દખલબાજી સહન કરી શકતો નથી.

અહીં એક્સપર્ટના મત અનુસાર લુક્સ-દેખાવ કોઈને પણ માટે બહુ સેન્સિટિવ પાસું છે. એ સંબંધે હસ્તક્ષેપ કે ટિપ્પણી થતા સ્ત્રીઓને તો ખરાબ લાગે જ છે, પણ પુરુષ સુધ્ધાં તેનાથી વણસ્પર્શ્યો નથી. તેઓ પોતાના દેખાવ કરતા પોતાની બુદ્ધિમત્તા, સમજદારી અને હિંમતને વધારે મહત્ત્વ આપે છે ત્યારે તેમની સાથે કામ પાર પાડતી વખતે સહેજ વધુ તકેદારી રાખવાની જરૂર છે.

ચોથો મુદ્દો સહેજ ઊંડો વિચાર માગે છે. પુરુષોમાં એક વર્ગ એવો પણ છે કે જેમને લાગે છે કે ટીકા કરવાનો અધિકાર ફક્ત તેમની પાસે જ છે. ભૂલમાં પણ જો તેમની પત્ની કે પ્રેમિકા કે કોઈ વ્યક્તિએ કોઈ વાતે તેમની ટીકા કરી નાખી કે તેમના કામ સંબંધે ટિપ્પણી કરી તો તેમને એવો હસ્તક્ષેપ હરગિઝ પસંદ નથી પડતો. આવી ટીકા-ટિપ્પણીથી તેમના અહંકાર-ઈગો, તેમની ભાવના-લાગણીને ઠેસ પહોંચે છે. એમાં પણ તેમનાં માતાપિતા કે આર્થિક સ્થિતિ બાબતે જો ભૂલેચૂકે કોઈ ટિપ્પણી-કમેન્ટ-ટીકા થઈ જાય તો તેમનો મૂડ અને માહોલ બગડી જતા વાર લાગતી નથી.

આ અંગે નિષ્ણાતોનું કહેવું છે કે મર્દોેના નક્કર અધિકારોવાળા સમાજ-મેલ ડોમિનેટિંગ સોસાયટીમાં છોકરાઓનો ઉછેર જ એવી રીતે થાય છે કે તેઓ ફાવે તે કહી-બોલી શકે છે, પણ સાંભળી શકતા નથી, એવી ટેવ જ તેમને હોતી નથી, તેમાં પણ ટીકા? એ તો કોઈ રીતે તેઓ પચાવી શકે નહીં. તેથી જ તેમની સાથે માપી-તોળીને બોલો એ બહુ જરૂરી છે.

છેલ્લો મુદ્દો છે, શોખ સંબંધી. દરેક જણને પોતાના કેટલાક શોખ-હોબી હોય છે. એમના કોઈ પણ શોખ કે હોબી વિશે જોડીદાર અથવા અન્ય કોઈ પણ એમ કહે કે ‘આ બરાબર નથી, આ બદલી નાખો, બીજું કશું કરો, આવા શોખ રાખવા જરૂરી છે..., તો એ બાબતો પુરુષના મનમાં એમ કહેનારી વ્યક્તિ માટે એક પ્રકારનો રોષ-ચીઢ-આક્રોશ પેદા કરી શકે છે. તેમનો મત એવો હોય છે કે આ શોખ જ મસ્તીથી જિંદગી જીવવાનો સૌથી મોટો ઉપાય છે, એના પર જ તમે કુહાડો મારો તો કેમ ચાલશે?

અહીં એક્સપર્ટની સલાહ અનુસાર, એક સંપૂર્ણ જિંદગી જીવવા માટે કોઈ મજેદાર અથવા કોઈ ઉટપટાંગ શોખ હોવો આવશ્યક છે. પુરુષવર્ગમાં ભાગ્યે જ કોઈ એવો હશે જે પોતાના શોખ સાથે સમાધાન-તડજોડ કરવા તૈયાર હોય. તેથી જ સારાવાટ એમાં જ છે કે એમાં દખલબાજી કરવામાં ન આવે, કારણ કે તેઓ તો બદલાશે નહીં ને એને લીધે કારણ વગરનો મતભેદ અને મનભેદ ચોક્કસ સર્જાઈ જશે. તેથી શોખ-હોબીની ટીકા કરવાથી કે તેમાં બદલાવ લાવવાથી દૂર રહો.
