અમદાવાદના પૂર્વ વિસ્તારમાં ઓઢવના વિરાટનગરની દિવ્યપ્રભા સોસાયટીમાં સામુહિક હત્યાથી ખળભળાટ મચી ગયો છે. પોલીસ સૂત્રોએ ચાર સભ્યોને તીક્ષ્ણ હથિયારથી મોતને ઘાટ ઉતારાયા હોવાની શક્યતા વ્યક્ત કરી છે. પહેલા તીક્ષ્ણ હથિયાર ઝીંકાયા બાદ હતભાગી બેભાન થયા હશે અને એ જ સ્થિતિમાં તેમની હત્યા થઈ હોવાની શક્યતા છે. હત્યા બાદ શંકાસ્પદ વિનોદ મરાઠી નાસી છૂટ્યો છે. તો સોનલબેનના દાદી સુભદ્રાબેન થોડા દિવસ પહેલા અહીંયા રહેવા આવ્યા હતા.

અમદાવાદના ઓઢવ વિસ્તારમાં આવેલા વિરાટનગર પાસેની સોસાયટીમાં એક જ પરિવારના ચાર લોકોની હત્યા થઇ હોવાનું જાણવા મળ્યું છે. ચાર દિવસ અગાઉ આ પરિવારને હત્યા કરાઈ હોવાનું હાલ સામે આવી રહ્યું છે. હત્યારો હત્યા બાદ ફરાર થઈ ગયો છે.

બીજી તરફ મૃતકમાં બે બાળકો પણ હોવાનું હાલ સામે આવી રહી છે. ઘરના અલગ અલગ રૂમમાંથી ચાર લાશ મળી હોવાનું પોલીસ તપાસમાં બહાર આવ્યું છે. ચાર દિવસ પહેલા થયેલી હત્યામાં આજે મૃતદેહ બહાર આવતા અત્યંત દુર્ગંધ મારી રહી છે. બીજી તરફ હાલ આ હત્યા પાછળ ઘર કંકાસ જોવાનું પ્રાથમિક તારણ પોલીસ અધિકારીઓ માની રહ્યા છે.
પરિવાર 15 દિવસ પહેલા જ ઓઢવ રહેવા ગયો હતો
શહેરમાં કાયદો અને વ્યવસ્થાને પડકારતો બનાવ સામે આવ્યો છે. ઓઢવની દિવ્યપ્રભા સોસાયટીના મકાન નંબર 30માં મહિલા, તેની વૃદ્ધ માતા, દીકરા અને દીકરીની હત્યા કરાઈ હતી. ચારેયને શરીર પર હથિયાર માર્યાના નિશાન હતા. 15 દિવસ અગાઉ જ નિકાલથી પરિવાર ઓઢવ રહેવા આવ્યો હતો.
ઓઢવના વિરાટનગરની દિવ્યપ્રભા સોસાયટીમાં એક બંધ મકાનમાં ચાર લોકોના હત્યા કરી દેવાઈ હતી. ચાર દિવસ જેટલા સમય પહેલા થયેલી હત્યામાં ચારેયની લાશ અલગ અલગ જગ્યાએ પડી હતી. જેમાં એકની લાશ બાથરૂમમાં, એકની લાશ આગળના રૂમમાંથી અને બેની લાશ પાછળના રૂમમાંથી મળી હતી. સૂત્રો તરફથી મળતી માહિતી મુજબ આ ઘરમાં રહેતા વિનોદ મરાઠીનો સાસુ સાથે થોડા દિવસ પહેલા ઝગડો થયો હતો. સાસુ સુભદ્રા મરાઠી સાથેનો ઝઘડો હત્યાનો કારણ બન્યાની આશંકા પોલીસ વ્યક્ત કરી છે. અગાઉ થયેલા ઝઘડામાં તેણે તેની સાસુને છરી મારી હતી. જો કે તે સમયે તેના સાસુ પડી ગયા હોવાનું કહીને સારવાર કરાવી હતી. આ મુદ્દે કોઈ ફરિયાદ થઈ ન હતી.
