સુરત:રવિવાર: યુક્રેનના યુદ્ધગ્રસ્ત વિસ્તારોમાં ફસાયેલા ભારતના અન્ય રાજ્યો સહિત ગુજરાતના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને એર ઇન્ડિયાની ખાસ ફ્લાઈટ દ્વારા હેમખેમ વતન પરત લાવવામાં આવ્યાં હતાં. જે પૈકી સુરતના છ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ખાસ વાહન મારફતે આજે સવારે ૮.૩૦ વાગ્યે સુરત સરકીટ હાઉસ ખાતે આવી પહોંચ્યા ત્યારે આ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને તેમના માતાપિતા ભાવુક થતા લાગણીસભર દ્રશ્યો સર્જાયા હતાં. સંતાનો સાથે સુખદ પુન:મિલન થતાં વાલીઓના આનંદની કોઈ સીમા ન રહી હતી. સંતાનો પરત ફરતા જ પરિવારજનોને હાશકારો થયો હતો, અને સૌ વાલીઓએ ભારત પરત આવવાની વિમાની વ્યવસ્થા ગોઠવવા બદલ વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્રભાઇ મોદી અને મુખ્યમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ પટેલનો હ્રદયપૂર્વક આભાર માન્યો હતો. 

              પાંચ દીકરીઓ અને એક દીકરા સહિત છ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આવકારવા માર્ગ અને મકાન મંત્રી પૂર્ણેશભાઈ મોદી, મેયર શ્રીમતી હેમાલીબેન બોઘવાલા, ધારાસભ્ય સર્વશ્રી વી.ડી. ઝાલાવાડિયા, વિવેક પટેલ, પ્રાંત અધિકારીશ્રી જી.વી.મિયાણી, સ્થાયી સમિતિના ચેરમેન પરેશભાઈ પટેલ, શહેર સંગઠન પ્રમુખ નિરંજન ઝાંઝમેરા, કિશોર બિંદલ સહિતના મહાનુભાવો-અધિકારીઓ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યાં હતાં. સૌએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પુષ્પગુચ્છ આપી ઉષ્માભર્યું સ્વાગત કર્યું હતું. 

             આ વેળાએ મંત્રીશ્રી પૂર્ણેશભાઈ મોદીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્રભાઈ મોદીના નેતૃત્વમાં ભારત સરકારના વિદેશ મંત્રાલય અને ઉડ્ડયન મંત્રાલય સતત સંપર્કમાં રહી યુક્રેનથી ભારતના નાગરિકો-વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પરત લાવવાનું કપરૂ કાર્ય ચાલી રહ્યું છે. મુંબઈ અને દિલ્હી એમ બે ફલાઈટોમાં નાગરિકોને લઈને સલામત રીતે આવી ચૂકી છે. હજુ પણ જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ યુક્રેનથી આવવાના બાકી છે, તેમને ઝડપથી ભારત લાવવા માટે સરકાર પ્રયાસરત હોવાનું તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું.  

             સુરત આવેલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં તુલસી પરેશભાઈ પટેલ, પૂજા અશોકભાઈ પટેલ, ધ્વનિ પ્રમોદભાઈ પટેલ, સ્વીટી ગુપ્તા, ધોળા સાહિલ જગદીશભાઈ, આરશ્વી કલ્પેશભાઈ શાહનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પોતાના માતા-પિતાને મળતા ભાવવાહી દ્રશ્યો સર્જાયા હતા. 

              વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ યુદ્ધગ્રસ્ત વિસ્તારોમાં ફસાયા તે સ્થિતિની આંસુભર્યા ચહેરે આપવિતી વર્ણવી હતી. તા.૨૬મીએ-શનિવારે ભારત પહોંચેલા સુરતના ૬ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સુરતમાં પરત લાવવા માટેની સંપૂર્ણ વ્યવસ્થા રાજ્ય સરકારે કરી હતી. દિલ્હી આવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ગુજરાતના રેસિડેન્ટ કમિશનર તેમજ મુંબઈ આવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે રાજ્યના જીયોલોજી અને માઇનિંગ વિભાગના કમિશનરને ખાસ જવાબદારી સોંપવામાં આવી હતી.

યુક્રેનમાં ભોજન, પીવાના પાણી અને વિજળીની ભારે સમસ્યાનો અનુભવ થયો -પૂજા અશોકભાઈ પટેલ

         યુક્રેનથી સુરત પરત ફરેલી ૧૯ વર્ષીય પૂજા અશોકભાઈ પટેલે પ્રતિભાવ આપતાં કહ્યું હતું કે, હું યુક્રેનના ચેનીવિત્સી શહેરમાં આવેલી બુકોવિન્યન સ્ટેટ મેડિકલ યુનિવર્સિટીમાં MBBS નો અભ્યાસ કરૂ છું. હું ગત ડિસેમ્બર મહિનામાં જ યુક્રેન અભ્યાસ માટે ગઈ હતી. રશિયા યુક્રેન વચ્ચે યુદ્ધ ફાટી નીકળતાં ભયના માહોલ વચ્ચે ભારત પરત ફરવા ખૂબ પ્રયાસો કર્યા. સુરતમાં રહેતાં માતાપિતા ખૂબ ચિંતિત હતાં. હજુ યુદ્ધ વધુ વણસે તેવા ભયના ઓથાર હેઠળ મારા ઘણાં મિત્રો, સહાધ્યાયીઓ જીવી રહ્યાં છે. કિવ એરપોર્ટની આસપાસના વિસ્તારમાં રશિયા દ્વારા બોમ્બમારો થઇ રહ્યો છે. ભોજન, પીવાના પાણી અને વિજળીની ખૂબ સમસ્યા અનુભવી હતી. ઇન્ડિયન એમ્બેસી દ્વારા અમને સહાય પૂરી પાડવામાં આવી રહી હતી, અને શક્ય તેટલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને એમ્બેસી દ્વારા ભારત પરત મોકલવાના પ્રયાસો થઈ રહ્યા છે. કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકારે મુશ્કેલ પરિસ્થિતિ વચ્ચે અણીના સમયે મદદ મોકલીને ભારત આવવાની ખાસ વિમાન વ્યવસ્થા કરી હતી. જે બદલ અમે સરકારના આભારી છીએ.'  

            પૂજાના પિતા અશોકભાઈ પટેલ જણાવે છે કે, મારી દીકરી પૂજાને હેમખેમ સુરત પરત આવેલી જોઇને અતિ આનંદ થઈ રહ્યો છે. અમે દીકરીના સતત સંપર્કમાં હતાં, અને સ્થાનિક ધારાસભ્યો-સાંસદશ્રીઓને રજૂઆત કરી, જેમણે ઉમદા સહયોગ આપી રાજ્ય અને કેન્દ્ર સરકાર સુધી અમારી ચિંતા જણાવી. કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકારના ખૂબ ઋણી છીએ કે જેમણે યુક્રેનથી ભારત લાવીને અમારા સંતાનોને ઉગારી લીધા છે.

           યુક્રેનના ચેનીવિત્સી શહેરમાં રહેતી અને બુકોવિન્યન સ્ટેટ મેડિકલ યુનિવર્સિટીમાં MBBS નો અભ્યાસ કરતી ૨૦ વર્ષીય વિદ્યાર્થિની આરશ્વી કલ્પેશભાઈ શાહ સુરત પરત આવતાં જ આંસુભર્યા ચહેરે માતાપિતાને ભેટી પડી હતી.

             આરશ્વીએ ગળગળા અવાજે આપવિતી વર્ણવતાં કહ્યું કે, ભારતીય એમ્બેસી દ્વારા ગત તા.૧૫મી ફેબ્રુઆરીથી જ સમય ગુમાવ્યા વિના યુક્રેન છોડી દેવાની સૂચના આપવામાં આવી હતી, પરંતુ અન્ય દેશોની દરમિયાનગીરીથી યુદ્ધ નહીં થાય અને ભારતમાં રશિયા-યુક્રેન વચ્ચે યુદ્ધનો બિનજરૂરી અને નેગેટિવ પ્રચાર થાય છે તેવું ઘણાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માનતા હતા, પણ યુદ્ધની ભીતિ સાચી પડી, ઉપરાંત વિમાનની ટિકિટના ભાવ પણ વધતાં જતા હતા અને ટિકિટ મળતી નહોતી. આ સ્થિતિમાં અમુક વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સમયસૂચકતા વાપરીને ભારત પરત આવી ગયાં, ત્યારબાદ રશિયાના યુક્રેન પર હુમલાઓ વધતા ઘણાં સ્થળોએ રોડ- રેલવે માર્ગ બંધ થવાથી ભારત આવવામાં ખૂબ મુશ્કેલીનો સામનો કરવો પડ્યો હતો. યુક્રેનની ભારતીય એમ્બેસી અને કેન્દ્ર સરકારના સહયોગથી અમે ભારત પરત આવી શક્યા છીએ. તેમનો જેટલો આભાર માનીએ તેટલો ઓછો છે.

            સુરત આવેલી ૧૯ વર્ષીય દીકરી તુલસી પરેશભાઈ પટેલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, હું યુક્રેનની બુકોવિન્યન સ્ટેટ મેડિકલ યુનિ.માં તબીબીક્ષેત્રનો અભ્યાસ કરૂ છું. અમે જે વિસ્તારમાં રહેતા હતા ત્યાં અન્ય વિસ્તારો કરતાં બહેતર પરિસ્થિતિ હતી. પરંતુ અમારા મિત્રો રહે છે ત્યાં સ્થિતિ વિકટ બની છે. હજુ અમારા ઘણા મિત્રો યુક્રેનમાં ફસાયેલા છે. તુલસીએ ભારતીયોને વતન લાવવાના પ્રયાસો કરનાર વડાપ્રધાનશ્રી નરેન્દ્રભાઈ મોદી, વિદેશ મંત્રાલયના અધિકારીઓ પ્રત્યે આભારની લાગણી વ્યકત કરી હતી.
