અમદાવાદ અને જૂનાગઢમાં અથડામણના બનાવોમાં ફાયરિંગની ઘટનાઓ, પોલીસે ટીયર ગેસ છોડ્યો
જૂનાગઢમાં મંગળવારે મોડી રાત્રે બે જૂથ વચ્ચે જૂથ અથડામણ થઇ હતી. જેમાં બન્ને જૂથોએ સામે સામે 20થી વધુ રાઉન્ડ ફાયરિંગ કર્યા હતા. તેમજ સોડા બોટલના ઘા કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા. તેમજ વાહનોમાં પણ તોડફોડ કરવામાં આવી હતી. બનાવના પગલે રાત્રે જ પોલીસના ધાડેધાડા ઉતારી દેવામાં આવ્યા હતા. પોલીસે 15થી વધુ શકમંદોની ધરપકડ કરી હતી. સામસામે થયેલા ગોળીબારમાં 6 લોકોને ઇજા પહોંચી હતી અને તેઓને સારવાર માટે હોસ્પિટલે ખસેડવામાં આવ્યા હતા. બે દિવસ અગાઉ રાજકોટ-જૂનાગઢ હાઈવે પર એક કાર પલટી ખાઈ ગઈ હતી જેમાં બે વ્યક્તિના મોત થયા હતા. જ્યારે અન્ય છને ઇજા થઈ હતી. આ બનાવને લઈને સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલમાં બે જૂથ સામસામે આવી ગયા હતા.

ઘટના સ્થળેથી 11 ફૂટેલા કારતૂસ જ્યારે 8 જીવતા કારતૂસ મળી આવ્યા હતા. દુકાનના શટર પર ફાયરિંગના નિશાન પણ જોવા મળ્યા હતા. વિજય મીલ સ્ટાફ કવાટર્સ પાસે સોમવારે મોડી રાતે લોકોના ટોળા ભેગા થયા હોવાનો સંદેશો મળતા શહેરકોટડા પોલીસ સ્ટેશનનો સ્ટાફ આવી પહોંચ્યો હતો. સ્થળ પર બાબુભાઇ શંકરભાઇ સોલંકી નામની વ્યક્તિ ઈજાગ્રસ્ત હાલતમાં મળી આવ્યો હતો. પોલીસે પૂછપરછ કરતા બાબુભાઇએ જણાવ્યું હતુ કે તેઓ ઓમનગર ફાટકની પેલી બાજુથી આવી રહ્યા હતા ત્યારે બે અજાણ્યા યુવાનોએ તેમને રોકી ઝગડો કરીને મારા મારી કરી હતી. બાબુભાઇએ વિજય મીલ સ્ટાફ કવાટર્સમાં આવીને લોકોને આ વિશે વાત કરતા લોકો ભેગા થઇ ગયા હતા અને ફાટક પાસે જઇ રહ્યા હતા. જેથી પોલીસે તેમને સમજાવ્યા હતા, પરંતુ લોકો માન્યા ન હતા અને આગળ વધી રહ્યા હતા.
જેથી પોલીસે તેમને પકડીને જીપમાં બેસાડવાનું શરુ કરી દીધુ. જેથી ટોળામાં હાજર કેટલાક માણસો કવાટર્સ તરફ દોડયા હતા અને લાઈટો બંધ કરી દીધી હતી. ત્યારબાદ બુમાબુમ શરુ કરતા લોકોએ પથ્થરમારો શરુ કરી દીધો હતો. પથ્થરમારામાં શહેરકોટડા પોલીસ સ્ટેશનના કોન્સ્ટેબલ જયેશકુમાર મનિષભાઇ ઈજાગ્રસ્ત થયા હતા તેમજ પોલીસની એક જીપના કાચ તોડી નાખ્યા હતા. જેથી ટોળાને વિખેરવા પોલીસે ટીયર ગેસના 9 શેલ છોડ્યા હતા. જેના કારણે ટોળુ વિખેરાઈ જતા પોલીસે ટોળામાં સામેલ 20 માણસોની ધરપકડ કરી હતી. આ અંગે શહેરકોટડા પોલીસ સ્ટેશનના પીઆઈ એસ.એમ.પરમારે 200 જેટલા માણસોના ટોળા વિરુધ્ધ ગુનો નોંધી તપાસ શરુ કરી છે.
