ગુજરાતની સરકારી શાળામાં ભણતી દીકરીઓ ફૂટબોલ રમવા સ્વીડન જશે...
“ સાહેબ, સ્વીડન જતા બસમાં કેટલા કલાક લાગશે...?”
સરકારી શાળામાં ભણતી વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓને પોતાની શાળામાં લેવા ખાનગી શાળાઓએ કરી રીતસરની પડાપડી...
અમદાવાદ જિલ્લાના સાણંદ તાલુકાના ગણેશ ભટ્ટીનો શાળાના શિક્ષકને સાહજિક રીતે પૂછેલો પ્રશ્ન ઘણું બધુ કહી જાય છે...અત્યાર સુધી ગામમાં કોઈના પણ ઘરે પાસપોર્ટ નહતો આવ્યો.. ત્યાં ટપાલમાં પ્રથમ વખત આવેલો પાસપોર્ટ જોઈને પોસ્ટમેનને પણ આશ્ચર્ય થયું.. તે સીધા પહોંચ્યા સરપંચના ઘરે... અને પાસપોર્ટ ધારકની ભાળ મેળવી.... ગણેશ ભટ્ટીની દીકરી કરીના થલતેજ પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં ભણતી હતી અને નવમાં ધોરણમાં આવતા તેણે શાળા બદલી છે. જેણે લકઝરી બસમાં પણ મુસાફરી નથી કરી તેવી ગરીબ દીકરી ફૂટબોલ રમવા સ્વીડન જશે... આવી એક નહી ૧૦ દીકરીઓ અને ૨ દીકરાઓ પણ સ્વીડન જશે...
વાત કંઈક આમ છે... થલતેજ અને જોધપુર પ્રાથમિક શાળાની ૧૦ દીકરીઓ અને ૨ દીકરાઓ આજે વિશ્વભારતી શાળામાં ભણે છે પરંતુ તેમનું ઘડતર અને ભણતર સરકારી શાળામાં જ થયું છે. વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓ રોશની નાયક, માયા રબારી, મહીયા ચૌહાણ, ખુશ્બુ સરોજ, સપના પાસી, અંજલિ સરોજ, સાક્ષી દંતાણી, સુનિતા રાવલ, અંજલિ રાણા, સોનલ પટેલ તથા વિધ્યાર્થિઓ દીપ પ્રજાપતિ અને મયુર દંતાણી આ વર્ષે એટલે કે ૧૦મી જુલાઈએ સ્વીડન ખાતે ફૂટબોલ મેચ રમવા જશે. આ ફૂટબોલ પ્લેયરોને એસ.કે.એફ બેરિંગના ખર્ચે કહાની સ્પોર્ટ્સ દ્વારા તાલીમ અપાય છે. કહાની સ્પોર્ટ્સના ડો મનીષાબેન કહે છે કે, “ વર્ષ ૨૦૧૫માં થલતેજ અને જોધપુર શાળામાંથી ૩૦ – ૩૦ વિધ્યાર્થિઓ-વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓની પસંદગી કરવામાં આવી હતી. એ સમયે આ પ્લેયરોને સરખી રીતે દોડતા પણ નહોતું આવડતું. આ પ્લેયરોને તબક્કાવાર તાલીમ અપાઈ અને આજે તે પૈકી ૧૦ વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓ અને ૨ વિધ્યાર્થિઓની સ્વીડન ખાતે ફૂટબોલ મેચમાં પસંદગી કરાઈ છે...”
આ વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓ કહે છે, કે “ અમારી સરકારી શાળા શ્રેષ્ઠ શાળા છે.. અમને આ શાળાએ રમવા માટે સારુ વાતાવરણ અને પ્રોત્સાહન પુરુ પાડ્યું છે. અમે એ જીંદગીભર નહી ભૂલીએ...”
અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, થલતેજ પ્રાથમિક શાળા નંબર ૧ ની અરુણા ચૌહાણ, જલ્પા પરમાર, સુનીતા રાવલ, કરીના ભટ્ટી, તથા જોધપુર પ્રાથમિક શાળા નંબર-૧ના ગોપાલ ઠાકુર અને રોહન સોલંકીએ વર્ષ ૨૦૧૬માં વિશ્વભરના ૩૦૦ વિધ્યાર્થિઓ સાથે સ્વીડનના ગટેનબર્ગમાં યોજાયેલી “ ગોથિયા કપ ફૂટબોલ ટુર્નામેન્ટમાં“ દેશનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કર્યું હતું. સ્વીડન ખાતે યોજાયેલ વર્ષ ૨૦૧૬માં “મીટ ધ વર્લ્ડ” કપમાં રનર્સ અપ તરીકે સ્થાન પામ્યા હતા.
૧૦મી જુલાઈથી ૨૫મી જુલાઈ ‘૨૦૧૭ દરમ્યાન ગોથિયા કપમાં પણ સુનીતા રાવલ. ખુશ્બુ સરોજ, દિવ્યા ઠાકોર, અરુણા ચૌહાણ, તેમજ આર્યન સોલંકી, હાર્દિક મકવાણા, રાહુલ ગોહિલે ભાગ લીધો હતો. જેમાં અરુણા ચૌહાણ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય કક્ષાએ બેસ્ટ પ્લેયરનો ખિતાબ જીતી હતી.
ગરીબીથી શરુ થયેલી યાત્રામાં આ વિધ્યાર્થિઓ- વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓએ નથી વિમાન જોયું .. કે નથી પ્રવાસ કર્યો લકઝરી બસમાં...પણ એક સાચા ગુરુના રૂપમાં મળ્યા છે શિક્ષક મહેશભાઈ ઠક્કર... મહેશભાઈ ઠક્કરે આ દીકરીઓ સ્વીડન જઈ શકે તે માટે તનતોડ મહેનત કરી... વેકેશનનો સમય તેમાં જ વ્યતીત કર્યો... ગરીબ પરિવારના બાળકો હોવાથી ક્યાંક ડોક્યુમેન્ટ નહતા તો ક્યાંક અપૂરતા ડોક્યુમેન્ટ હતા. જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી, જિલ્લા વિકાસ અધિકારી, જિલ્લા કલેક્ટર વગેરેએ પોતપોતાના પ્રયાસો કર્યા. અને આ બાળકોને વિઝા- પાસપોર્ટ બધુંય મળ્યું... મહેશભાઈ ઠક્કર કહે છે કે “ અમારી શાળા સરકારી શાળા છે પરંતુ આ દીકરીઓ પાછળ અમે કરેલી મહેનતના પગલે ખાનગી શાળાના બાળકોના વાલીઓ સરકારી શાળાના વાતાવરણથી પ્રેરિત થઈને અમારી શાળામાં તેમના બાળકોને મૂકવા લાગ્યા છે... આ એક મોટુ પરિવર્તન છે... “ એમ તેમણે ઉમેર્યું હતું.

અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, આ તમામ બાળકોને જ્યારે સરકારી શાળામાં ધોરણ ૮ પાસ કરીને નવમાં ધોરણમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવાનો હતો... જો બધા વિધ્યાર્થિઓ-વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓ અલગ અલગ થઈ જાય તો પ્રેક્ટિસથી માંડીને રમત, એમ બધા પર અસર પડે... શિક્ષક મહેશ ઠક્કર દ્વારા વેકેશનમાં એવો પ્રયાસ કરાયો કે બધાને એક સાથે એક જ શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મળે... તેમના કૌશલ્યથી પ્રભાવિત થઈને સરકારી શાળાની ગરીબ વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓને ખાનગી શાળાઓએ નવમાં ધોરણમાં પ્રવેશ આપવા રીતસરની પડાપડી કરી... જો કે પ્રવેશ આપવા ખાનગી શાળાઓ તૈયાર જ હતી, પણ પોતાની શરતે... આખરે આ તમામ બાળકોએ વિશ્વ ભારતી શાળામાં એક્સાથે પ્રવેશ મેળવ્યો..

જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીની કચેરીએ યુવા અનસ્ટોપેબલના સહયોગથી થલતેજ અને જોધપુર પ્રાથમિક શાળાના એસ.કે.એફ. બેરીંગ કંપની સાથે કરાર કર્યા... આ કંપનીએ આ બધા બાળકોનો તમામ ખર્ચ ઉઠાવી તેમને સ્વીડન મોકલવાની તૈયારી બતાવી. તેમની તાલિમ, તેમના કપડા, કોચની વ્યવસ્થા અન્ય સુવિધાઓ બધું જ અપાયું.. આજે તમામ બાળકો તનતોડ તાલિમ મેળવે છે... ૧૦મી જુલાઈના રોજ આ બાળકો સ્વીડન ખાતે યોજાનાર ફૂટબોલ ટુર્નામેન્ટમાં ભાગ લેવા જનાર છે.
એક સરકારી શાળાના બાળકો આવી મહેનત કરીને સ્વીડન રમવા જાય તે કંઈ નાની સૂની સિધ્ધી તો નથી જ નથી...
સલામ છે આ વિધાર્થિઓ- રમતવીરોને અને મહેનતુ શિક્ષક મહેશભાઈને... ખાનગી શાળાઓમાં બાળકોને મૂકવા-ભણાવવા તલપાપડ વાલીઓએ પણ સમજવું અને સ્વીકારવું પડશે કે કમળ તો સરકારી શાળામાં પણ ખીલી શકે છે..
સરકારી શાળામાં ભણતી વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓને પોતાની શાળામાં લેવા ખાનગી શાળાઓએ કરી રીતસરની પડાપડી...
અમદાવાદ જિલ્લાના સાણંદ તાલુકાના ગણેશ ભટ્ટીનો શાળાના શિક્ષકને સાહજિક રીતે પૂછેલો પ્રશ્ન ઘણું બધુ કહી જાય છે...અત્યાર સુધી ગામમાં કોઈના પણ ઘરે પાસપોર્ટ નહતો આવ્યો.. ત્યાં ટપાલમાં પ્રથમ વખત આવેલો પાસપોર્ટ જોઈને પોસ્ટમેનને પણ આશ્ચર્ય થયું.. તે સીધા પહોંચ્યા સરપંચના ઘરે... અને પાસપોર્ટ ધારકની ભાળ મેળવી.... ગણેશ ભટ્ટીની દીકરી કરીના થલતેજ પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં ભણતી હતી અને નવમાં ધોરણમાં આવતા તેણે શાળા બદલી છે. જેણે લકઝરી બસમાં પણ મુસાફરી નથી કરી તેવી ગરીબ દીકરી ફૂટબોલ રમવા સ્વીડન જશે... આવી એક નહી ૧૦ દીકરીઓ અને ૨ દીકરાઓ પણ સ્વીડન જશે...
વાત કંઈક આમ છે... થલતેજ અને જોધપુર પ્રાથમિક શાળાની ૧૦ દીકરીઓ અને ૨ દીકરાઓ આજે વિશ્વભારતી શાળામાં ભણે છે પરંતુ તેમનું ઘડતર અને ભણતર સરકારી શાળામાં જ થયું છે. વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓ રોશની નાયક, માયા રબારી, મહીયા ચૌહાણ, ખુશ્બુ સરોજ, સપના પાસી, અંજલિ સરોજ, સાક્ષી દંતાણી, સુનિતા રાવલ, અંજલિ રાણા, સોનલ પટેલ તથા વિધ્યાર્થિઓ દીપ પ્રજાપતિ અને મયુર દંતાણી આ વર્ષે એટલે કે ૧૦મી જુલાઈએ સ્વીડન ખાતે ફૂટબોલ મેચ રમવા જશે. આ ફૂટબોલ પ્લેયરોને એસ.કે.એફ બેરિંગના ખર્ચે કહાની સ્પોર્ટ્સ દ્વારા તાલીમ અપાય છે. કહાની સ્પોર્ટ્સના ડો મનીષાબેન કહે છે કે, “ વર્ષ ૨૦૧૫માં થલતેજ અને જોધપુર શાળામાંથી ૩૦ – ૩૦ વિધ્યાર્થિઓ-વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓની પસંદગી કરવામાં આવી હતી. એ સમયે આ પ્લેયરોને સરખી રીતે દોડતા પણ નહોતું આવડતું. આ પ્લેયરોને તબક્કાવાર તાલીમ અપાઈ અને આજે તે પૈકી ૧૦ વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓ અને ૨ વિધ્યાર્થિઓની સ્વીડન ખાતે ફૂટબોલ મેચમાં પસંદગી કરાઈ છે...”
આ વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓ કહે છે, કે “ અમારી સરકારી શાળા શ્રેષ્ઠ શાળા છે.. અમને આ શાળાએ રમવા માટે સારુ વાતાવરણ અને પ્રોત્સાહન પુરુ પાડ્યું છે. અમે એ જીંદગીભર નહી ભૂલીએ...”
અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, થલતેજ પ્રાથમિક શાળા નંબર ૧ ની અરુણા ચૌહાણ, જલ્પા પરમાર, સુનીતા રાવલ, કરીના ભટ્ટી, તથા જોધપુર પ્રાથમિક શાળા નંબર-૧ના ગોપાલ ઠાકુર અને રોહન સોલંકીએ વર્ષ ૨૦૧૬માં વિશ્વભરના ૩૦૦ વિધ્યાર્થિઓ સાથે સ્વીડનના ગટેનબર્ગમાં યોજાયેલી “ ગોથિયા કપ ફૂટબોલ ટુર્નામેન્ટમાં“ દેશનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કર્યું હતું. સ્વીડન ખાતે યોજાયેલ વર્ષ ૨૦૧૬માં “મીટ ધ વર્લ્ડ” કપમાં રનર્સ અપ તરીકે સ્થાન પામ્યા હતા.
૧૦મી જુલાઈથી ૨૫મી જુલાઈ ‘૨૦૧૭ દરમ્યાન ગોથિયા કપમાં પણ સુનીતા રાવલ. ખુશ્બુ સરોજ, દિવ્યા ઠાકોર, અરુણા ચૌહાણ, તેમજ આર્યન સોલંકી, હાર્દિક મકવાણા, રાહુલ ગોહિલે ભાગ લીધો હતો. જેમાં અરુણા ચૌહાણ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય કક્ષાએ બેસ્ટ પ્લેયરનો ખિતાબ જીતી હતી.
ગરીબીથી શરુ થયેલી યાત્રામાં આ વિધ્યાર્થિઓ- વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓએ નથી વિમાન જોયું .. કે નથી પ્રવાસ કર્યો લકઝરી બસમાં...પણ એક સાચા ગુરુના રૂપમાં મળ્યા છે શિક્ષક મહેશભાઈ ઠક્કર... મહેશભાઈ ઠક્કરે આ દીકરીઓ સ્વીડન જઈ શકે તે માટે તનતોડ મહેનત કરી... વેકેશનનો સમય તેમાં જ વ્યતીત કર્યો... ગરીબ પરિવારના બાળકો હોવાથી ક્યાંક ડોક્યુમેન્ટ નહતા તો ક્યાંક અપૂરતા ડોક્યુમેન્ટ હતા. જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી, જિલ્લા વિકાસ અધિકારી, જિલ્લા કલેક્ટર વગેરેએ પોતપોતાના પ્રયાસો કર્યા. અને આ બાળકોને વિઝા- પાસપોર્ટ બધુંય મળ્યું... મહેશભાઈ ઠક્કર કહે છે કે “ અમારી શાળા સરકારી શાળા છે પરંતુ આ દીકરીઓ પાછળ અમે કરેલી મહેનતના પગલે ખાનગી શાળાના બાળકોના વાલીઓ સરકારી શાળાના વાતાવરણથી પ્રેરિત થઈને અમારી શાળામાં તેમના બાળકોને મૂકવા લાગ્યા છે... આ એક મોટુ પરિવર્તન છે... “ એમ તેમણે ઉમેર્યું હતું.

અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, આ તમામ બાળકોને જ્યારે સરકારી શાળામાં ધોરણ ૮ પાસ કરીને નવમાં ધોરણમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવાનો હતો... જો બધા વિધ્યાર્થિઓ-વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓ અલગ અલગ થઈ જાય તો પ્રેક્ટિસથી માંડીને રમત, એમ બધા પર અસર પડે... શિક્ષક મહેશ ઠક્કર દ્વારા વેકેશનમાં એવો પ્રયાસ કરાયો કે બધાને એક સાથે એક જ શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મળે... તેમના કૌશલ્યથી પ્રભાવિત થઈને સરકારી શાળાની ગરીબ વિધ્યાર્થિનિઓને ખાનગી શાળાઓએ નવમાં ધોરણમાં પ્રવેશ આપવા રીતસરની પડાપડી કરી... જો કે પ્રવેશ આપવા ખાનગી શાળાઓ તૈયાર જ હતી, પણ પોતાની શરતે... આખરે આ તમામ બાળકોએ વિશ્વ ભારતી શાળામાં એક્સાથે પ્રવેશ મેળવ્યો..

જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીની કચેરીએ યુવા અનસ્ટોપેબલના સહયોગથી થલતેજ અને જોધપુર પ્રાથમિક શાળાના એસ.કે.એફ. બેરીંગ કંપની સાથે કરાર કર્યા... આ કંપનીએ આ બધા બાળકોનો તમામ ખર્ચ ઉઠાવી તેમને સ્વીડન મોકલવાની તૈયારી બતાવી. તેમની તાલિમ, તેમના કપડા, કોચની વ્યવસ્થા અન્ય સુવિધાઓ બધું જ અપાયું.. આજે તમામ બાળકો તનતોડ તાલિમ મેળવે છે... ૧૦મી જુલાઈના રોજ આ બાળકો સ્વીડન ખાતે યોજાનાર ફૂટબોલ ટુર્નામેન્ટમાં ભાગ લેવા જનાર છે.
એક સરકારી શાળાના બાળકો આવી મહેનત કરીને સ્વીડન રમવા જાય તે કંઈ નાની સૂની સિધ્ધી તો નથી જ નથી...
સલામ છે આ વિધાર્થિઓ- રમતવીરોને અને મહેનતુ શિક્ષક મહેશભાઈને... ખાનગી શાળાઓમાં બાળકોને મૂકવા-ભણાવવા તલપાપડ વાલીઓએ પણ સમજવું અને સ્વીકારવું પડશે કે કમળ તો સરકારી શાળામાં પણ ખીલી શકે છે..
