ઘરના બાથરૂમનો પ્રયોગ આપણે આવણી સ્વચ્છતા માટે કરીએ છીએ પણ તમને એ અંદાજ અચૂક હશે કે સ્વચ્છતા માટે વપરાતા બાથરૂમની પોતાની સ્વચ્છતા પણ જરૂરી છે, જો તેને નિયમિત સ્વચ્છ રાખવામાં ન આવ્યું તો તમારા અને તમારા ઘરના સભ્યોના સ્વાસ્થ્ય પર ખરાબ અસર પડી શકે છે. બની શકે કે દરરોજ સમયના અભાવમાં તમે તેની સફાઇ ન કરતા હોવ, પણ કેટલીક સ્માર્ટ ટિપ્સ અપનાવીને તમે તેને દરરોજ સાફ કરી શકો છો અને તે પણ માત્ર પાંચ જ મિનિટમાં! આવો જાણીએ, કઇ રીતે?...

તમારું બાથરૂમ આ રીતે કરો સાફ -

1. આવશ્યક ઉપકરણ - સાવરણો, પોતું અને મગ. આ ત્રણેય બાથરૂમ સાફ કરવા માટે સૌથી જરૂરી સાધનો છે. બની શકે કે તમને ટોયલેટ બ્રશની પણ જરૂર પડે. તમારા હોથોને કેમિકલથી બચાવવા માટે રબ્બર કે પ્લાસ્ટિકના હાથ મોજા પહેરો.

2. સાબુનું મિશ્રણ/ટોયલેટ ક્લીનર - પાણીમાં કપડોં ધોવાનો પાવડર નાંખી તેમાંથી પ્રવાહી મિશ્રણ તૈયાર કરો. આ પાણીને બાથરૂમની કિનારીઓ પર નાંખો અને સાવરણો લઇને ઘસો. ઇચ્છો તો ટોયલેટ ક્લીનરનો પ્રયોગ કરી શકો છો. આ લગાવ્યા બાદ તમારે તેને માત્ર 1 મિનિટ માટે રહેવા દેવું.

3. સ્ક્રબ - મિશ્રણ છાંટ્યાની થોડીવાર બાદ તેને સાવરણાની મદદથી સ્ક્રબ કરો. બાથરૂમની દરેક જગ્યા જેમ કે ટાઇલ્સ, કમોડ વગેરે પર બ્રશ અને સાવરણો ઘસીને સાફ કરો.

4. વોશ બેસિન - આને સાફ કરવા માટે ટોયલેટ ક્લીનરનો પ્રયોગ કરો. આમાં એટલી શક્તિ હોય છે કે તે માર્બલ અને કીટાણુઓને સારી રીતે સાફ કરી શકે છે. નળ અને બેસિનને સાફ કરવા માટે હંમેશા સ્ક્રબનો ઉપયોગ કરો. આ સિવાય હાથ ખરાબ ન થાય તે માટે હાથ મોજા અચૂક પહેરો.

5. પાણીથી સફાઈ - જ્યારે સ્ક્રબિંગનું કામ સમાપ્ત થઇ જાય ત્યારે ઝડપથી પાઇપ કે મગ ઉઠાવો અને પાણીથી આ સાબુને સાફ કરી દો. કે પછી ડોલ ભરીને પાણી નાંખી શકો છો. આનાથી તમારું કામ સરળ થઇ જશે. કમોડને સાફ કર્યા બાદ તેને ફ્લશ કરવાનું ન ભૂલશો.

6. પોતું - પાણીથી ભીનું થયેલું બાથરૂમ ઝડપથી સૂકાઇ જાય તે માટે જમીન પર વાઇપરથી પાણી લુછી દો. તમે આના માટે કપડાંનું પોતું પણ વાપરી શકો છો.

નોંધ - કેટલાંક લોકો ટોયલેટ સાફ કરવા માટે એસિડનો પ્રયોગ કરે છે. એસિડની વધારે પડતી તીવ્રતા તમારી ત્વચા અને તેની તીવ્ર વાસ શ્વાસમાં જવાથી તમારા સ્વાસ્થ્યને નુકસાન થઇ શકે છે. માટે જ્યારે પણ તેનો પ્રયોગ કરો ત્યારે વધુ સાવચેતી રાખો. અને હા, ટોયલેટ સાફ કરવા માટે સીધે સીધું એસિડ ન રેડતા તમે તેને સાબુના પાણીમાં મિક્સ કરી વાપરશો તો પણ સારી અસર મળશે.
