વાળથી રંગ કાઢ્વાના ટીપ્સ- હોળી રમતા સમયે વાળમાં ફંસાયેલા સૂકા રંગ અને માઈકાને હટાડવા માટે વાળને વાર-વાર સાદા પાણીથી ધોતા રહો. પછી હળવા હર્બળ શૈમ્પૂથી ધોઈ અને આંગળીની મદદથી શૈમ્પૂને આખા માથા પર ફેલાવીને અને પૂરી રીતે લગાવી સારી રીતે ધોઈ નાખો. વાળની આખરે બીયર પણ પ્રયોગ કરી શકાય છે. બીયરમાં નીંબૂના જ્યૂસ મિક્સ કરી શૈમ્પૂ પછી માથા પર નાખી દો. એ થોડા મિનિટ પછી સાફ પાણીથી ધોઈ નાખો.

રંગના કારણે ખજવાળ થતા કરો અ અ ઘરેલૂ ઉપાય - ક્યારે-ક્યારે મોઢે સુધી રંગ રમવાથી ખંજવાળ થવા લાગે છે તો પાણીના મગમાં બે ચમચી સિરકા મિક્સ કરી એને ત્વચા પર લગાડો. આથી ખંજવાળ ખત્મ થઈ જશે. એ પછી પણ ત્વચામા ખંજવાળ થતી રહે અને લાલ દદોળા પડી જાય તો તરત જ ડાક્ટરની સલાહ લેવી.

સ્કીનને મોશ્ચરાઈજર કરવાના ઉપાય- હમેશા રંગના કારણે ડ્રાઈ સ્કીન થઈ જાય છે. આથી હોળીના બીજા દિવસે અડધા કપ દહીમીં બે ચમચી મધ અને થોડી હળદર મિક્સ કરો અને આ મિશ્રણથી ચેહરા હાથ અને બધા ખુલ્લા અંગ પર લગાવી લો. આને 20 મિનિટ મૂકી પછી તાજા પાણીથી ધોઈ નાખો. આથે ત્વચાના કાલાપન દૂર થશે અને ત્વચા નરમ થઈ જશે. હોળીના બીજા દિવસે ત્વચા અને વાળને પોષાહાર તત્વોની પૂર્તિ કરો. એક ચમચી શુદ્ધ નારિયળ તેલમાં એક ચમચી અરંડીના તેલ મિક્સ કરી ને ગર્મ કરી વાળ પર લગાવી લો.

નખના રંગ નિકાળવાના ટીપ્સ- હોળી પછી નખ સુધી રંગ લાગ્યું રહે છેૢ જે તમારા હોળી રમવાના પ્રમાણ આપે છે. પણ એના માટે હેરાન ન થાઓ હોળીના રંગથી નખને બચાવા માટે નખ પર નેલ વાર્નિશની માલિશ કરી લો.
