પાંચ વાગ્યાના ટકોરે આખેર ગુજરાતમાં ચૂંટણીના પડઘમ શાંંત થયા હતા. બીજા તબક્કાનું મતદાન પણ પૂરું થયું હતું. આ સાથે જ ગુજરાત વિધાનસભા ઈલેક્શનની 93 બેઠકોમાં ઉભા રહેલા 851 મતદારોનું ભાવિ ઈવીએમમાં કેદ થયું છે, જેનો ફેંસલો સોમવારે 18મી ડિસેમ્બરે થશે. ચૂંટણી પૂરી થયા બાદ હવે સૌની નજર પરિણામ પર રહેશે, જેના પર ગુજરાતમાં રાજકીય પક્ષોનું ભાવિ દાવ પર લાગેલું છે.

- નાયબ મુખ્યમંત્રી નીતિન પટેલે મહેસાણાના કડીમાં પોતાનો વોટ આપ્યો હતો. તેઓ કોંગ્રેસના ઉમેદવાદ જીવાભાઈ પટેલની વિરુદ્ધ ચૂંટણી લડી રહ્યાં છે.
- પાટીદાર અનામત આંદોલનનો નેતા હાર્દિક પટેલે વિરમગામમાં વોટ આપ્યો હતો.
- સંખેડાના સોઢાલીયા ગામે ઈવીએમમાં ગરબડીને કારણે 50 મિનીટ સુધી વોટિંગ બંધ રહ્યું હતું. તેથી આ સમય દરમિયાન વોટિંગ સ્થગિત થઈ ગયું હતું. જેના બાદ ખામી દૂર કરાતા વોટિંગ રાબેતામુજબ શરૂ કરાયું હતું.
- પાટણની રાધનપુર બેઠક પર સાંતલપુર તાલુકાના કલ્યાણપુર ગામે હોબાળો . મતદાન સમયે PSI અને મતદારો વચ્ચે ઘર્ષણ . પોલીસે લાઠીચાર્જ કર્યો હોવાનો મતદારોએ આરોપ લગાવ્યો છે. આ અંગે PSIએ માફી માગી છે.
- બે કલાકના ગાળામાં ઉત્તર અને મધ્ય ગુજરાતના કુલ 14 જિલ્લામાં મતદાન થયું છે. જેમાં બનાસકાંઠા 13.5%, પાટણ 12.5%, મહેસાણામાં 15.15%, સાબરકાંઠા 12.20%, અરવલ્લી 10.02%, ગાંધીનગરમાં 13.06%, અમદાવાદ 11.5%, આણંદ 13.4%, ખેડામાં 13.5%, મહિસાગર 11.12%, પંચમહાલ 12%, દાહોદમાં 11.5%, વડોદરા 13.5% અને છોટા ઉદેપુરમાં 10% મતદાન નોંધાયું છે.

- મોદી, અડવાણી, શાહ, આનંદીબેન, નીતિનભાઇ પટેલ, હીરાબા સહિતના દિગ્ગજોએ કર્યુ મતદાન
- મોદીના વડનગર તથા અલ્પેશ અને જીજ્ઞેશ ઉપર સૌનુ ધ્યાન
- સાણંદના વડનગરમાં સમસ્ત વડનગરના ગ્રામજનોએ ચૂંટણીનો બહિષ્કાર કર્યો છે. ગામમાં કામ થતુ ન હોવાના ગ્રામજનોએ લગાવેલા આરોપમાં આ બહિષ્કાર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.
- પંચમહાલના શહેરામાં 3થી વધુ જગ્યાએ EVMમાં ખામી સર્જાઈ. શહેરાનાં સાદરા, સુરેલી, ડુમેલાવ EVMમાં ખામી સર્જાઈ.
- સાબરકાંઠામાં મોકપોલ દરમિયાન 70થી વધુ EVMમાં સર્જાઈ ખામી. હિંમતનગરના કેટલાક વિસ્તારોમાં EVM બંધ થતા મતદારો રોષે ભરાયા. કોંગ્રેસના ઉમેદવારે ચૂંટણી પંચને જાણ કરી.
- બીજા તબક્કાના પહેલા એક કલાકમાં ધીમુ મતદાન થયું. એક કલાકમાં સરેરાશ 6% મતદાન નોંધાયું.
- વિરમગામના ઘાકડી ગામમાં બુથ નં – 1, અરવલ્લીનાં ધનસુરાના શિકા – 02 બુથમાં, વડોદરાનાં સાવલીમાં ગંગોત્રી સ્કૂલમાં, - સાવલીમાં મેવલી ગામે બુથ નંબર 1, આણંદના વિદ્યાનગરમાં નલીની કોલેજમાં, વિરમગામનાં ડુમાણા ગામે પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં, - પાટણનાં સિદ્ધપુરમાં એલ.એસ.હાઈસ્કૂલમાં, બનાસકાંઠાનાં વાવનાં કુંભારડીમાં, પાલનપુરના ખસામાં 2, જામપૂરા બૂથ નં – 111, - ભિલોડાના આબાબાર, ધનસોર અને ભટેળા બુથમાં તેમજ મોડાસામાં પહાડપુરના ચોપડા મતદાન મથકમાં EVMમાં ખામી સર્જાઈ
2.22 કરોડ મતદાતા અને સૌથી યુવા મતદાતા
બીજા ચરણની વિધાનસભા સીટો પર લગભગ 2..22 કરોડ મતદાતા છે. તેમા પુરૂષ અને મહિલા મતદાઓની સંખ્યામાં વધુ અંતર નથી. તેમા સૌથી વધુ સંખ્યામા યુવા મતદાતાઓ છે. લગભગ 50 ટકા એવા છે જેમની વય 40 વર્ષથી ઓછી છે. બીજા ચરણમાં સામેલ કુલ ઉમેદવારોમાં 69 મહિલાઓ પણ મેદાનમાં છે.

ગુજરાત વિધાનસભાની ચૂંટણી માટેના બીજા તબક્કાના મતદાનનો આજ સવારથી પ્રારંભ થઈ ગયો છે. સવારે 8 વાગ્યાથી મતદાનની શરૂઆત થઈ ગઈ છે. ક્યાંક મતદાનની લાઈન લાગી છે, તો ક્યાંક સવારથી જ ઈવીએમમાં ખામીની સમસ્યાઓ ઉભી થઈ રહી છે. આ સાથે જ પીએમ નરેન્દ્ર મોદીના માતા હીરા બા તથા પૂર્વ મુખ્યમંત્રી આનંદીબહેન પટેલ પણ વહેલી સવારે જ મતદાન કરવા પહોંચી ગયા હતા.
ગાંધીનગર, વડોદરા સહિત અતિમહત્વના ગણી શકાય તેવા 14 જિલ્લાની 93 બેઠકોની આજે ચૂંટણી છે, પણ તેની સાથે અનેક વર્તમાન નેતાઓ અને નવા યુવા ચહેરાઓનું ભાવિ 14 ડિસેમ્બરે ઈવીએમમાં કેદ થશે. પ્રથમ તબક્કામાં 89 બેઠકો માટે 66.75 ટકા જેટલું ઓછુ મતદાન થયું છે., હવે પછીના બીજા તબક્કામાં મતદાન વધુ થાય તે માટે બન્ને રાજકીય પક્ષો પ્રચાર કરી રહ્યા છે. ચૂંટણી પંચ પણ મતદાન જાગૃતિ લાવવા અનેક પ્રયાસો કરી રહ્યું છે. 2019ની લોકસભાની ચૂંટણી અગાઉ ગુજરાતની વિધાનસભાની ચૂંટણી ખુબ જ નિર્ણાયક બની જશે. કેન્દ્રમાં મોદી સરકારના બે આકરા નિર્ણયો નોટબંધી અને જીએસટીને ગુજરાતની પ્રજાએ આવકાર આપ્યો છે, કે જાકારો આપે છે, તે તો ઈવીએમમાં જ ખબર પડશે. હાલ તો મતદાર કળી શકાય તેમ નથી.
14 ડિસેમ્બરે 2.22 કરોડ મતદાતા ૨૫,૫૭૫ મતદાન મથકો પર મતદાન કરશે.રાજકીય પંડિતોના મતે સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતમાં ભાજપને વધતે ઓછે અંશે નુકશાન થશે. પાટીદારોએ ભાજપ વિરુધ્ધ મતદાન કર્યું છે. હાર્દિક પટેલ ભાજપને મત નહી આપવાના શપથ લેવડાવી રહ્યા છે, જેથી ભાજપ 100 ટકા ચિંતામાં છે. હવે પછી બીજા તબક્કામાં વિજાપુર, રાધનપુર, મહેસાણા, વિસનગર, ઊંઝા પાટીદારના ગઢ છે, પાટીદારોના ઝોક કઈ તરફ રહે છે, તે તો 18 ડિસેમ્બરે જયારે ઈવીએમ ખુલશે ત્યારે જ ખબર પડશે. હાર્દિકના ભાજપ વિરુધ્ધના વલણને લઈને મોદીના ગુજરાતમાં ભાજપનો ગઢ સાચવવા માટે ખુબ પીએમ નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ પ્રચારની કમાન પોતાના હાથમાં લીધી હતી. અને જોરશોરથી ચૂંટણી પ્રચાર કર્યો હતો. કોંગ્રેસના નેતાઓ તરફથી વાણીવિલાસ થયો, તેના પીએમ મોદીએ સભામાં જવાબ આપ્યા છે. પ્રચારમાં તમામ બાબતોને નેવે મુકી દેવાઈ હતી. પાકિસ્તાન પણ ચૂંટણીપ્રચારમાં આવી ગયું હતું. અહેમદ પટેલને સીએમ બનાવવાની મંસા પણ આવી ગઈ મણિશંકર ઐયરે મોદીને નીચ કહ્યા, તેમણે માફી માંગી છતાં ભાજપે આ મુદ્દાને ઉછાળ્યો, કોઈપણ પક્ષ ગુગલી બોલ આવે તો તેને ફટકારવાનું ચુકયા નથી. બીજા તબક્કાનો ચૂંટણી પ્રચાર ખુબ આક્રમક રહ્યો છે. અંતે મતદાતા જ રાજા છે, કે તે કઈ બાજુ ઝૂકે છે.
