ચીનમાં કોરોના વાયરસથી વધુ 3નાં મોત થતા કુલ મૃત્યુઆંક 2743 થયો છે જયારે 125 નવા નોંધાયા છે. ચીનના આરોગ્ય અધિકારીના જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે વિશ્વભરમાં આ વાયરસના કારણે 3 હજારથી પણ વધુ લોકોના મોત થયા છે અને 89 હજારથી વધુ કેસ નોંધાયા છે. વિશ્વ આરોગ્ય સંસ્થાના અહેવાલ મુજબ 67 દેશોમાં 3 હજારથી વધુ ના મોત થયાં છે અને 89527 જેટલા પોઝીટીવ કેસ નોંધાયા છે. ચીનના અધિકારીઓના જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે દેશમાં કોરોના વાયરસ હાલ સ્થિર થઇ રહ્યો છે.

આ વાયરસ સાપ અને જળ પ્રાણીઓના કારણે ફેલાઈ રહ્યો છે. જે લોકો સી ફૂડનું સેવન કરે છે તેમને આ ચેપ ઝડપથી લાગુ પડે છે. પહેલા આવો એક કેસ ડિસેમ્બર 2019માં સામે આવ્યો હતો અને ત્યારબાદ હવે તે સમગ્રી ચીનમાં ફેલાઈ રહ્યો છે. સી ફૂડ અને માણસથી માણસ સુધી પહોંચતો આ વાયરસ લોકોને પોતાનો ભોગ બનાવી રહ્યો છે. જો કે આ વાયરસની સચોટ દવા શોધી શકાઈ નથી. તેથી સતર્ક રહેવું જ જરૂરી છે.

ચીનના વુહાન અને હુબેઈથી ધીરેધીરે દુનિયાના અન્ય દેશોમાં ફેલાઈ રહેલા કોરોના વાઇરસે ભારત સહિતના પડોશી દેશોની ચિંતા વધારી દીધી છે. ખાસ કરીને વિશ્વપ્રવાસી અને વેપારી એવા ગુજરાતીઓમાં કોરોનાએ ભય પેદા કર્યો છે. એક અંદાજ મુજબ ભારતના ૮૦ ટકા વેપારીઓ ચીન સાથે વ્યાપાર વ્યવહાર ધરાવે છે જેમાં ગુજરાતીઓની સંખ્યા મોટી છે, ત્યારે હાલ તો કોરોના વાઇરસને કારણે બંને દેશોના વ્યાપારને મોટી અસર થાય તેવી શક્યતા નકારી શકાતી નથી.

રાજ્યમાં ૯૩૦ મસાફરો ચીનથી પરત ફર્યા છે. જે પૈકી ૨૪૬ મુસાફરોએ ૧૪ દિવસનો ઓબ્ઝર્વેશન પરીયડ પૂર્ણ કર્યો છે. આ તમામની તબિયત સારી છે અને તમામનું જિલ્લા સર્વેલન્સ અધિકારી તેમજ કોર્પોરેશનના સર્વેલન્સ અધિકારી દ્વારા મોનીટરીંગ પણ કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે. સાથે સાથે સેટકોમના માધ્યમ દ્વારા રાજ્યના આરોગ્ય કર્મીઓને આ સંદર્ભે રોજબરોજ માર્ગદર્શન-તાલીમ પણ આપવામાં આવી રહી છે. હાલમાં આ વાયરસ સામે બી.જે.મેડિકલ કોલેજ અમદાવાદમાં ૩૦ બેડની વ્યવસ્થા, આઇ.સી.યુ., વેન્ટીલેટર, જરૂરી માસ્કની સુવિધાની સાથે ૨૪ કલાક તાલિમી તબીબી સ્ટાફ કાર્યરત છે.

કેવી રીતે છે તૈયારીઓ

ગુજરાતમાં ચીનથી મોટી સંખ્યામાં બિઝનેસ માટે લોકો આવતા-જતા રહે છે ત્યારે અહીં પણ કોરોના વાઈરસ ઝડપથી ફેલાય તેવો ભય રહેલો છે. સરકાર વાઈરસના કોઈ પણ કેસ માટે ઈન્ટરનેશનલ ગાઈડલાઈન ફોલો કરી રહી છે. ચીન સાથે ગુજરાતનો વેપાર વાઈરસ ફેલાવાના ચાન્સ વધારે છે.

બી.જે.મેડીકલ કોલેજના ગ્રાઉન્ડ ફલોર સ્થિત આ લેબોરેટરી આજથી જ શરૂ કરી દેવામાં આવી છે તેમાં હવે રાઉન્ડ કલોક 24 કલાક કોરોના વાઈરસના સેમ્પલનું પરીક્ષણ થઈ શકશે. આઠ-આઠ કલાકની ત્રણ શીફટ નિયત કરવામાં આવી છે અને 30 રીસર્ચર-તબીબોને નિયુકત કરવામાં આવ્યા છે એક સાથે 40 સેમ્પલનુ પરીક્ષણ થાય તેવી વ્યવસ્થા છે. 5-6 કલાકમાં સેમ્પલનો પરીક્ષણ રીપોર્ટ ઉપલબ્ધ થશે.

સુત્રોએ કહ્યુ હતું કે દિલ્હીથી આરોગ્ય ટીમ બે દિવસ પૂર્વે અમદાવાદ-ગુજરાત આવી હતી. તેના દ્વારા પણ લેબનુ નિરીક્ષણ કરવામાં આવ્યુ હતું. અને સેમ્પલ પરીક્ષણ માટે છુટ આપવામાં આવી હતી. લેબ શરૂ કરવા માટે બી.જે.મેડીકલ કોલેજની ટીમે રાત દિવસ ચેક કર્યા હતાં. કોરોના વાઈરસ માટેનું પરીક્ષણ કેન્દ્ર જાહેર કરવા માટે દરેક પાસાઓ ચકાસવામાં આવ્યા હતાં.

આ સિવાય હૉસ્પિટલમાં આવતાં શંકાસ્પદ કેસોની છેલ્લા ૧૪ દિવસની ટ્રાવેલ હિસ્ટ્રી તપાસી જો ચીનની મુલાકાત લીધાનું જણાય તો તાત્કાલિક માર્ગદર્શિકા મુજબ પગલાં લઈ જવાબદાર અધિકારીઓનો સંપર્ક કરવા સૂચના છે. ઉચ્ચ અધિકારીઓએ પોતાના તાબા હેઠળના તબીબી અધિકારીઓ, ફિઝિશિયન, એનેસ્થેટિસ્ટ, માઇક્રોબાયોલોજિસ્ટ, લેબ ટૅક્નિશિયન સહિત સ્ટાફને કોરોના વાઇરસ, તેનાં લક્ષણો અને સારવાર વિશે માહિતગાર કરવા પણ આદેશ કરાયો છે.

હજુ સુધી તો ગુજરાતમાં કોરોનાનો એકેય કેસ સામે આવ્યો નથી, પણ જો એવું કશુંક મળી આવે છે તો પણ આરોગ્ય વિભાગ તેના માટે સજ્જ છે. અમદાવાદની સિવિલ, એલજી, શારદાબહેન અને વીએસ સહિતની સરકારી હૉસ્પિટલોના ડૉક્ટરો અને સ્ટાફને કોરોનાના દર્દીની કેવી રીતે સારવાર કરવી તેની તાલીમ અપાઈ છે. આ સિવાય ખુદ ડૉક્ટરોએ કેવી સાવચેતી રાખવી તે પણ જણાવ્યું છે. અમદાવાદની સિવિલ હૉસ્પિટલ ઉપરાંત દરેક જિલ્લાની મુખ્ય સિવિલ હૉસ્પિટલોમાં કોરોના માટે આઇસોલેશન વૉર્ડ તૈયાર કરી દેવાયા છે. જ્યાં શંકાસ્પદ કેસ જણાય તો તરત તેની સારવાર આપી શકાય તેવી સુવિધા ઉપલબ્ધ છે.’

કોરોના વાયરસના લક્ષણો

ભારે તાવ, કફ, શરદી, શ્વાસ લેવામાં તકલીફ જેવા એક્યુટ રેસ્પિરેટરી ઈન્ફેક્શન જેવા લક્ષણો જોવા મળે તો તાત્કાલિક કચેરીને જાણ કરવી. વાઈરસનો ચેપ હવાના માધ્યમ દ્વારા એક મનુષ્યથી બીજા મનુષ્યને ફેલાતો હોવાથી દર્દીઓને ભીડભાડ જગ્યાએ જવાનું ટાળવું જોઈએ અને શરદી ઉધરસ કે છીંક ખાતી વખતે મોં આગળ રૂમાલ રાખવો જોઈએ. તેમજ શક્ય એટલો અન્ય લોકો સાથે માનવ સંપર્ક ટાળવો જોઈએ.

માથું દુઃખવું, નાક વહેવું, ખાંસી, ગળામાં દુઃખાવો, તાવ, અસ્વસ્થતાનો અનુભવ, છીંક આવવી, અસ્થમા, થાકનો અનુભવ, નિમોનિયા, ફેફસામાં સોજો કોરોના વાયરસના મુખ્ય લક્ષણો છે.

કોરોના વાયરસના સંક્રમણના મામલામાં એવું લાગે છે કે તેની શરૂઆત તાવથી થાય છે અને પછી સૂકી ખાંસીનો હુમલો થાય છે. અઠવાડિયા સુધી આવી જ સ્થિતિ રહે તો શ્વાસ લેવામાં તકલીફ શરૂ થઈ જાય છે. પરંતુ ગંભીર મામલાઓમાં આ સંક્રમણ નિમોનિયા અથવા સાર્સ બની જાય છે, એવામાં કિડની ફેલ થઈ શકે છે અને દર્દીનું મોત થઈ શકે છે.

કોરોના વાયરસના સંક્રમણથી બચવાના ઉપાયો

- જો તમારા કોઈ સંબંધી કે મિત્ર ચીન જઈ રહ્યા હોય, તો તેમને કામ જરૂરી ના હોય તો ત્યાં જતા રોકવા. જો કોઈ વ્યક્તિ ચીનથી આવે તો સૌથી પહેલા તેમને સ્કેનિંગ માટે લઈ જવા.

- શ્વાસની તકલીફથી સંક્રમિત દર્દીઓની નજીક જવાથી બચવું જોઈએ. તેમજ નિયમિતરીતે હાથ સ્વચ્છ રાખવા, ખાસ કરીને સંક્રમિત વ્યક્તિના સંપર્કમાં આવ્યા બાદ તરત જ હાથ ધોવા જોઈએ.

- વારંવાર હાથ લિક્વિડ સોપ વડે હાથ ધોવા.

- પાલતુ અથવા જંગલી જાનવરોથી દૂર રહેવું.

- કાચું અથવા અધકચરું રાંધેલું માંસ ન ખાવું.

- છીંક ખાતી વખતે અથવા ખાંસી આવે ત્યારે નાક અને મોઢાં આગળ રૂમાલ અથવા ટીશ્યૂ રાખવું.

- સંક્રમિત વ્યક્તિથી દૂર રહેવું. ઘરમાં અને આસપાસ સ્વચ્છતા જાળવવી.

- સંક્રમિત વ્યક્તિથી દૂર રહેવું. તેમની પાસે જતી વખતે માસ્ક, હાથના ગ્લવ્ઝ પહેરવા. તેમને મળીને આવ્યા બાદ તરત જ હાથ ધોવા જોઈએ. તેમને અલગ રાખવા અને યોગ્ય સારવાર કરાવવી.

- ચીનના પ્રવાસેથી આવ્યા બાદ એક મહિનાની અંદર તમને તાવ અથવા શરદી-ખાંસી થાય તો તરત જ ડૉક્ટરનો સંપર્ક કરી ચેકઅપ કરાવવું.

- જો તમે બીમાર હો, તો ફ્લાઈટમાં પ્રવાસ કરતી વખતે એરલાઈન્સને અગાઉથી જાણ કરવી.

- જરૂરી ના હોય તો, ઝૂ, કતલખાનું, જ્યાં પ્રાણીઓ કે પક્ષીઓ વેચાતા હોય તેવા માર્કેટમાં જવાનું ટાળવું.
