चांदी की मछली
चांदी सबसे शुभ और शीतल धातु मानी गई है। उसी तरह शुभ और मंगलमयी प्रतीकों में मोर,गाय,हाथी,शेर के अलावा मछली को भी शामिल किया गया है...। आइए जानते हैं चांदी की मछली का महत्व और चलते हैं एक ऐसी जगह जहाँ की चांदी की मछली देश-विदेश में मशहूर है....
जानकार लोग चांदी की मछली पूजा स्थल में रखते हैं...दिवाली की पूजा में रखते हैं...और कई प्रदेशों में इसे शादी में कन्या और दामाद को देने का रिवाज है...चांदी की मछली 5 ग्राम से लेकर 5 किलो तक के वजन की बाजार में उपलब्ध है।
हमीरपुर जिले के मौदहा कस्बे में एक परिवार द्वारा चांदी की मछली पीढी दर पीढी बनाई जा रही है। जब भारत में अग्रेजों का राज था तब इस परिवार के बुजुर्गो ने विक्टोरिया राजकुमारी को चांदी की मछली भेट की थी। तो बदले में राजकुमारी ने मछली की खूबसूरती को देख कर उन्हें एक मैडल भेंट में दिया था। इसी कला के कारण इस परिवार का नाम आईने अकबरी पुस्तक में भी दर्ज है।
बेहद खूबसूरत दिखने वाली यह मछली पूरी से चांदी बनी होती है। अपनी खूबियों के कारण इसे ‘सुपर फिश’ का नाम दिया गया है। इस ‘सुपर फिश’ के बारे में मान्यता है कि इसकी पूजा से भाग्योदय हो जाता है।
150 साल पहले की थी मछली बनाने की शुरूआत
- ओमप्रकाश सोनी के दादा जागेश्वर प्रसाद सोनी ने करीब 150 साल पहले चांदी की मछली बनाने की शुरुआत की थी। वह तीसरी पीढ़ी के सदस्य हैं जो यह काम कर रहे हैं।
- जागेश्वर प्रसाद के नाती और पौत्र राजेन्द्र सोनी, ओमप्रकाश सोनी और रामप्रकाश सोनी मछली बनाते है।
- यूपी और आसपास के किसी भी राज्य में चांदी की मछली बनाने की कला किसी के पास नहीं है। सिर्फ इसी परिवार के हाथ में है।
- भारतीय परम्परा में आस्था और विश्वास के आधार पर खास पर्वों पर चांदी की मछली रखना शुभ माना जाता है।
- प्राचीन काल में व्यापारी भी भोर के समय सबसे पहले चांदी की मछली देखना पसंद करते थे।
- व्यवसायी ओमप्रकाश बताते हैं, "वह चांदी की मछली बनाने के अलावा कुछ और नहीं करते। साल भर इन मछलियों की बिक्री होती है, लेकिन दीवाली और शादी के मौके पर मांग बढ़ जाती है। बुंदेलखंड में इन मछलियों की इतनी मांग है कि इसका कारोबार करने के लिये दूसरे व्यवसायी खरीद कर ले जाते हैं।"

पानी में तैरती है लाल नग वाली चांदी की मछली
जैसे पानी के बाहर मछली शरीर को लोच देती है ठीक वैसे इस मछली में भी लोच देखी जा सकती है। पानी में डालने पर ऐसी प्रतीत होता है कि चांदी की मछली जैसे तैर रही हो। स्वर्णकार बताते हैं कि सबसे पहले मछली की पूंछ बनाई जाती है। फिर पत्ती काट छल्लेदार टुकड़े होते हैं। जीरा कटान पत्ती को छल्लेदार टुकड़े बनाते हुए कसा जाता है। इसके बाद सिर, मुंह, पंख व अंत में इसमें लाल नग लगा दिया जाता है। चांदी की मछली बनाने में कई घंटे का समय लगता है मगर सरकारी तौर पर कोई मदद न मिलने से अब यह कला दम तोड़ रही है।
चांदी की मछली के क्या लाभ हैं
-यह प्रचूर मात्रा में धन आगमन का प्रतीक है।
-यह घर में रखने से चारों दिशाओं से मंगलकारी सूचनाएं आती हैं।
-चांदी की मछली के सुबह सबसे पहले दर्शन किए जाए तो दिन शुभ,अनुकूल रहता है और प्रसन्नता से व्यतीत होता है।
-व्यापार में मनचाही प्रगति के लिए भी दुकान खोलते ही इसके दर्शन शुभ माने गए हैं।
-करियर में तरक्की के लिए भी चांदी की मछली सजा कर रखी जाती है।
-कहीं कहीं शादी में कन्या और वर को कन्या के पिता चांदी की मछली भेंट में देते हैं ताकि उनके जीवन में मिठास बनी रहे।
- मछली के बारे में कहा जाता है कि जिस घर में वह पाली जाती है उस घर की आपदा अपने ऊपर ले लेती है....लेकिन कोई भी धर्म अपनी आपदा किसी मूक जीव पर नहीं डालना चाहेगा शायद इसीलिए चांदी की मछली प्रतीकात्मक स्वरूप रखी जाने लगी...
-चांदी की मछली आरोग्य का भी वरदान ले कर आती है।
-पर्स में छोटी सी चांदी की मछली रखने से भी धन की आवक बनी रहती है।
