Maha Shivratri Puja 2022 : 1 मार्च 2022 मंगलवार को महाशिवरात्रि का पर्व मनाया जाएगा। इस वर्ष महाशिवरात्रि पर शुभ मुहूर्त और संयोग के साथ ही पंचग्रही योग भी बन रहे हैं। इस योग में भगवान शिव की पूजा की तो मिलेगा का उनका आशीर्वाद। आओ जानते हैं कैसे करें भोलेनाथ की पूजा।
महाशिवरात्रि की विधि-विधान से विशेष पूजा निशिता या निशीथ काल में होती है। हालांकि चारों प्रहरों में से अपनी सुविधानुसार यह पूजन कर सकते हैं। साथ ही महाशिवरात्री के दिन रात्रि जागरण का भी विधान है। महाशिवरात्रि पर शिवलिंग की पूजा होती है। इस दिन मिट्टी के पात्र या लोटे में जलभरकर शिवलिंग पर चढ़ाएं इसके बाद उनके उपर बेलपत्र, आंकड़े के फूल, चावल आदि अर्पित करते हैं। जल की जगह दूध भी ले सकते हैं।
घर पर कैसे कैसे करें शिवलिंग पूजा (How to do shivling puja at home) :
1. घर में पूजा करके में शुद्धता और सात्विकता का विशेष ध्यान रखना होता है।
2. महाशिवरात्रि के दिन प्रात:काल स्नान-ध्यान से निवृत हो भगवान का स्मरण करते हुए भक्त व्रत एवं उपवास का संकल्प लें। उसके बाद ही पूजा का संकल्प लें।
3. अब भगवान शिव की मूर्ति, शिवलिंग या चित्र को लाल या पीला कपड़ा बिछाकर लकड़ी के पाट पर रखें। मूर्ति या शिवलिंग को स्नान कराएं और यदि चित्र है तो उसे अच्छे से साफ करें।
4. अब महादेव के समक्ष दीपक, धूप और दीप जलाने के बाद उन्हें चंदन या भस्म का तिलक लगाएं।
5. चंदन या भस्म लगाने के बाद उन्हें गंध, पुष्प और हार चढ़ाएं। इसके बाद बिल्वपत्र, दूध, दही, केसर, धतूरा, आंकड़ा आदि सामग्री उन्हें अर्पित करें।
6. अब उन्हें प्रसाद या नैवेद्य (भोग) चढ़ाएं। ध्यान रखें कि नमक, मिर्च और तेल का प्रयोग नैवेद्य में नहीं किया जाता है। खीर का भोग लगा सकते हैं।
7. अब महादेव की आरती उतारें और आरती गाएं। जिस भी देवी या देवता के तीज त्योहार पर या नित्य उनकी पूजा की जा रही है तो अंत में उनकी आरती करके नैवेद्य चढ़ाकर पूजा का समापन किया जाता है।

विशेष : विस्तृत और विधिवत पूजा के लिए पूजा के पूर्व अपने इष्टदेव की स्थापना के साथ ही स्वस्तिक, कलश, नवग्रह देवता, पंच लोकपाल, षोडश मातृका, सप्त मातृका, मंडल आदि बनाकर उनका भी पूजन भी किया जाता। लेकिन विस्तृत पूजा तो पंडित ही करता है।
घर में पूजा करने के नियम :
1. घर के ईशान कोण में ही पूजा करें। पूजा के समय हमारा मुंह ईशान, पूर्व या उत्तर में होना चाहिए।
2. पूजा का उचित मुहूर्त देखें, इसके बाद ही पूजा करें।
3. पूजन के समय पंचदेव की स्थापना जरूर करें। सूर्यदेव, श्रीगणेश, दुर्गा, शिव और विष्णु को पंचदेव कहा गया है। पूजा के समय सभी एकत्रित होकर पूजा करें। पूजा के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार शोर न करें।
घर में पूजा हेतु क्या क्या होना चाहिए :
गृहे लिंगद्वयं नाच्यं गणेशत्रितयं तथा।
शंखद्वयं तथा सूर्यो नार्च्यो शक्तित्रयं तथा॥
द्वे चक्रे द्वारकायास्तु शालग्राम शिलाद्वयम्।
तेषां तु पुजनेनैव उद्वेगं प्राप्नुयाद् गृही॥
अर्थ- घर में दो शिवलिंग, तीन गणेश, दो शंख, दो सूर्य, तीन दुर्गा मूर्ति, दो गोमती चक्र और दो शालिग्राम की पूजा करने से गृहस्थ मनुष्य को अशांति होती है।
एका मूर्तिर्न सम्पूज्या गृहिणा स्केटमिच्छता।
अनेक मुर्ति संपन्नाः सर्वान् कामानवाप्नुयात॥
अर्थ : कल्याण चाहने वाले गृहस्थ एक मूर्ति की पूजा न करें, किंतु अनेक देवमूर्ति की पूजा करे, इससे कामना पूरी होती है।
