नीमच। सरकार शिक्षा के स्तर को सुधरने को लेकर लाख दावे करे लेकिन जमीनी हकीकत कुछ और ही बयां करती है। आज भी हमारे प्रदेश में ही कई स्कूल ऐसे हैं जो भवन विहीन होकर खुले आसमान के नीचे या टॉयलेट या तबेलों या किसी न किसी के घर में संचालित हो रहे हैं, जिनमें बच्चे पढ़ने को मजबूर हैं, लेकिन इस ओर कोई ध्यान देने वाला नहीं है। कुछ ऐसा ही नीमच जिले के अंकली बंजारा बस्ती का प्राथमिक स्कूल है जो कि लगातार आज यहां तो कल वहां, परसों भगवान भरोसे चल रहा है, लेकिन जिम्मेदारों ने आज तक इस स्कूल को भवन नहीं दिया है।
हम जिस स्कूल की बात कर रहे हैं, वो वर्ष 2012 से ही यहां-वहां लग रहा है और आज जहां ये स्कूल लग रहा है उसे देखकर आप भी हैरान हो जाएंगे, तस्वीरों में देखिए, एक तरफ स्कूल के बच्चों को शिक्षक पढ़ा रहे हैं तो वहीं दूसरी ओर एक परिवार के लोग अपने घर के कामकाज में लगे हैं, वे बच्चों के आसपास ही अपने घर का काम कर रहे हैं और वहीं से आ-जा भी रहे हैं। ऐसे में आप ही अंदाजा लगा सकते हैं कि यहां बच्चे क्या पढ़ाई करते होंगे। यही नहीं, इसी परिवार के पालतू जानवर भी हैं जो कि बच्चों के बीच कभी भी आ जाते हैं, कभी बकरी, तो कभी मुर्गे-मुर्गियां इन बच्चों को परेशान करते दिखाई देते हैं।

अब आप ये भी सोच रहे होंगे कि ये माजरा क्या है, तो हम आपको बता दें कि ये स्कूल एक घर में किराए पर चल रहा है, जिसमें मकान मालिक का परिवार भी वहीं निवास करता है लेकिन इससे भी बड़े आश्चर्य की बात ये है कि ये व्यवस्था भी मात्र दो माह पहले की ही है, इससे पहले ये स्कूल लगभग दो साल शौचालय में ही चला है, यही नहीं पास ही गाय-भैंसों के बीच तक बच्चों की क्लास लगाई गई है, लेकिन किसी ने भी आज तक इन बच्चों की सुध नहीं ली।
शिक्षक-पालक संघ के पूर्व अध्यक्ष अमर सिंह बंजारा कहते हैं, अंकली बंजारा बस्ती में स्कूल भवन को लेकर ग्रामीणों ने अपनी जमीनें दान की हैं, बावजूद इसके अब तक शिक्षा विभाग स्कूल भवन नहीं बनवा पाया है, जिसके चलते बच्चे अभावों में अपनी पढ़ाई करने को मजबूर हैं, यहां के शिक्षकों सहित ग्रामीणों ने भी कई बार यहां स्कूल भवन की मांग की, मगर किसी ने भी सुनवाई नहीं की।
यहां पदस्थ शिक्षक नंदकिशोर गुर्जर कहते हैं कि एक बार फिर स्कूल पर संकट आ गया है, क्योंकि मकान मालिक को तीन माह से किराया नहीं दिया गया है, इसलिए वह मकान खाली करवा रहा है। शिक्षक गुर्जर का कहना था कि हमारे पास मकान के किराए के लिए रुपए नहीं आते, जो स्टेशनरी और अन्य काम का रुपया आता है, उसमें से किराया चुकाते हैं। यदि मकान मालिक ने मकान खाली करवा लिया तो हम कहां जाएंगे।
इस मामले पर जब हमने डॉ. पीएस गोयल, डीपीसी जिला शिक्षा केंद्र नीमच से बात की तो वे भवन की स्वीकृति शासन से नहीं आने की बात कहते हुए जल्द इसकी कार्रवाही करवाए जाने का आश्वासन देते दिखाई दिए।
