Diwali Deepawali 2021: भारतीय संस्कृति और धर्म में कार्तिक मास के दिन आने वाल अमावस्या का खास महत्व है। इस दिन दीपावली का पर्व मनाया जाता है। हिन्दू के साथ ही इस दिन का जैन, बौद्ध और सिख धर्म में भी खास महत्व है। आओ जानते हैं कि किन कारणों से मनाई जाती है दिवाली।
दीपावली मनाने के 15 खास कारण ( 15 special reasons to celebrate Diwali )
1. इस दिन भगवान विष्णु ने राजा बलि को पाताल लोक का स्वामी बनाया था और इन्द्र ने स्वर्ग को सुरक्षित जानकर प्रसन्नतापूर्वक दीपावली मनाई थी।
2. इस दिन भगवान विष्णु ने नरसिंह रुप धारणकर हिरण्यकश्यप का वध किया था।
3. इसी दिन समुद्रमंथन के पश्चात लक्ष्मी व धन्वंतरि प्रकट हुए थे। इसी दिन माता काली भी प्रकट हुई थी इसलिए बंगाल में दीपावली के दिन कालिका की पूजा का प्रचलन है।
4. इसी दिन भगवान राम 14 वर्ष के वनवास के बाद अयोध्या लौटे थे। कहते हैं कि श्रीराम रावण का वध करने के 21 दिन बाद अयोध्या लौटे थे। इसीलिए इस दिन राम विजयोत्सव के रूप में दीप जलाए जाते हैं।

5. इस दिन के ठीक एक दिन पहले श्रीकृष्ण ने नरकासुर नामक राक्षस का वध किया था। इस खुशी के मौके पर दूसरे दिन दीप जलाए गए थे।
6. यह दिन भगवान महावीर स्वामी का निर्वाण दिवस भी है। जैन मंदिरों में निर्वाण दिवस मनाया जाता है।
7. गौतम बुद्ध के अनुयायियों ने 2500 वर्ष पूर्व गौतम बुद्ध के स्वागत में लाखों दीप जला कर दीपावली मनाई थी।
8. इसी दिन उज्जैन के सम्राट विक्रमादित्य का राजतिलक हुआ था।
9. इसी दिन गुप्तवंशीय राजा चंद्रगुप्त विक्रमादित्य ने 'विक्रम संवत' की स्थापना करने के लिए धर्म, गणित तथा ज्योतिष के दिग्गज विद्वानों को आमन्त्रित कर मुहूर्त निकलवाया था।
10. इसी दिन अमृतसर में 1577 में स्वर्ण मन्दिर का शिलान्यास हुआ था।
11. दिवाली ही के दिन सिक्खों के छ्टे गुरु हरगोबिन्द सिंह जी को कारागार से रिहा किया गया था।
12. इसी दिन आर्यसमाज के संस्थापक महर्षि दयानंद सरस्वती का निर्वाण हुआ था।
13. इस दिन से नेपाल संवत में नया वर्ष आरम्भ होता है।
14. भगवान विष्णु के 24 अवतारों में 12वां अवतार धन्वंतरि का था। उन्हें आयुर्वेद का जन्मदाता और देवताओं का चिकित्सक माना जाता है। धनतेरस के दिन उनका जन्म हुआ था। इस दिन यम पूजा भी होती है।
15. भाई दूज को यम द्वीतीया भी कहते हैं। यम के निमित्त धन तेरस, नरक चतुर्दशी, दीपावली, गोवर्धन पूजा और भाई दूज पांचों दिन दीपक लगाना जाहिए। कहते हैं कि यमराज के निमित्त जहां दीपदान किया जाता है, वहां अकाल मृत्यु नहीं होती है। इस दिन यम के मुंशी भगवान चित्रगुप्त की पूजा का भी प्रचलन है। इस दिन श्रीकृष्ण ने इंद्रोत्सव की जगह गोवर्धन पूजा को प्रारंभ किया था।
उक्त सभी कारणों से हमारी सांझा संस्कृति दीपावली का त्योहार मनाती हैं।
