1. આપણા વડીલો કહે છે કે ઘરેથી નીકળતા સમયે દહીં ખાય છે. કારણ કે દહીને પવિત્ર માનવામાં આવે છે. દહીંમાં એટલા ગુણો છે જેને ખાવાથી શરીરને બીમારી સામે લડવાની તાકાત મળે છે. સાથે તન-મનમાં હકારાત્મકતાનો સંચાર થાય છે. અને નકારાત્મક શક્તિઓનો નાશ હોય છે. કદાચ આ કારણોસર અનેક પૂજામાં પણ દહીંની હાજરી જોવા મળે છે.

2. સવારમાં સ્નાન પછી ઘરના દેવઘરમાં કે મંદિરમાં તુલસીના પાન, ફૂલ, લાલ કપડાં સવારે અર્પિત કરો. ફળ અથવા મીઠાઈ નો ભોગ લગાવો. ધુપ-દીપ કરી પાસે બેસી તુલસીની માળાથી તુલસી ગાયત્રી મંત્રનું 108 વાર સ્મરણ કરો. અંતે તુલસીની પૂજા કરો પછી. તુલસીના પાદડાનું સેવન કરો અને કરાવો. આવુ કરવાથી ઘણા રોગોથી બચાવ મળે છે.

3.ઘરમાં અનાજ,વસ્ત્ર અને વૈભવનો સમાવેશ કાયમ રહે એ માટે સવારે શરીરે શુદ્ધ વસ્ત્રો ધારણ કરી બ્રહ્મચર્ય વ્રતનું પાલન કરતા પવિત્ર ભાવનાથી 9 એંગલવાળો સાથિયો 90 ડિગ્રીના એંગલમાં બધા એંગલ સરખા આવે એ રીતે બનાવો. કેસરથી ,કુમકુમથી,સિન્દુરથી અને તેલના મિશ્રણ થી અનામિકા આંગળીથી બ્રહ્મ મુહુર્તમાં વિધિપૂર્વક બનાવવાથી ઘરમાં સકારાત્મક ઉર્જા નો આગમન થાય છે. સ્વાસ્તિક્માં લગભગ 1 લાખ સકારાત્મક ઉર્જાઓનો અસ્તિત્વ હોય છે.

4. સવારે ઘરથી નીકળતા પહેલા માતા-પિતાનો આશીર્વાદ મેળવો. સંસારમાં સૌથી અણમોલ છે. માતા-પિતાના આશીર્વાદ. . માતા-પિતાના ચરણોમાં છે ચારધામ તીર્થ કરવાનુ ફળ. જે આશિષ તેઓ દિલથી આપે તેને ભગવાન પણ ટાળી શકતા નથી. તેમના આશીર્વાદથી આપણે સફળતા પર પહુંચી શકીએ છીએ. સનાતન ધર્મમાં માતા-પિતાની સેવાને સૌથી વધુ મહત્વ અપાયુ છે. પિતા પ્રસન્ન થતા બધા દેવતા પ્રસન્ન થઈ જાય છે. અને માતામાં બધા તીર્થ વિદ્યમાન છે.

5. દેવઘર આસ્થાનું કેંન્દ્ર છે. શ્રદ્ધાળુ લોકો પોતાના ઘરમાં કોઈ એક નાનકડો ખૂણો પૂજા માટે નક્કી કરી લે. શ્રી રૂપોને રાખવા જગ્યાની કમી હોય તો એક દીવાલ પર કેલેંડર લટકાવી એને મંદિર તરીકે કામમાં લઈ શકો છો. ઘરેથી નીકળતા પહેલા ઘરના દેવઘરમાં વિરાજિત ભગવાનના દર્શન કરો આવુ કરવાથી ભગવાનની કૃપા રહેશે અને દિવસ સારો જશે.
