Eureka forbes-યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝે અમદાવાદમાંથી રૂ.15.56 લાખની ડુપ્લીકેટ પ્રોડકટસ ઝડપી, બેની ધરપકડ

અમદાવાદ:  ભારતની અગ્રણી હેલ્થકેર અને હાઈજીન કંપની યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝ લિમિટેડે (ઈએફએલ)  અમદાવાદમાંથી રૂ.15.56 લાખની કિંમતની ડુપ્લીકેટ પ્રોડકટસનો જંગી જથ્થો ઝડપી લીધો છે. જે માલ જપ્ત કરાયો છે તેમાં યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝના નામની નકલ કરેલાં અને દેખીતી રીતે યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝની પ્રોડકટ હોય તેવાં ફીચર ધરાવતા  2,000 કાર્ટ્રીઝ અને 150 યુનિટ, આરઓ કન્ઝ્યુમેબલ કીટસનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.  આ સંદર્ભમાં ‘આર પ્યોર વૉટર ટેકનોલોજી’ના  ભાગીદાર નિરંજનસિંઘ વિનોદસિંઘ ભદોરીયા અને રાહુલ મુકેશલાલ ઓબેરોય સામે અમદાવાદના નરોડા પોલિસ સ્ટેશનમાં કોપીરાઈટ એકટ  અને ઈન્ડીયન પીનલ કોડ (આઈપીસી) હેઠળ  ફરિયાદ નોંધવામાં આવી છે. બંને આરોપી હાલ પોલીસ કસ્ટડીમાં છે.

આ પ્રોડકટના ઉત્પાદકોએ ઝડપી લીધેલી પ્રોડકટસમાં  યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝ અને ‘એક્વાગાર્ડના નામ અને સ્ટાર એમ્બલેમ તેમજ બાળક અને માતાની તસવીરનો ઉપયોગ કરીને ઈએફએલના કોપીરાઈટનો ભંગ કર્યો છે. આ ઉપરાંત  આ નકલી માલના ઉત્પાદનમાં સિગ્નેચર બ્લુ અને વ્હાઈટ કલર સ્કીમ તથા ફોન્ટ સ્ટાઈલની નકલ કરીને સ્પષ્ટ રીતે ગ્રાહકોને ગેરમાર્ગે દોરવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો છે.

આ ઉપરાંત ઝડપી લેવાયેલી નકલી પ્રોડકટના ઉત્પાદકોએ,  જો કોઈ ફરિયાદ હોય તો યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝની વિગત અને ઈ-મેઈલ  આઈડી પણ આ સામગ્રી ઉપર જણાવ્યા છે.  આ પ્રકારની નકલને કારણે ગ્રાહકો માટે અસલી અને ડુપ્લીકેટ સ્પેરપાર્ટસ  વચ્ચેનો તફાવત પારખવાનું મુશ્કેલ હોવાના કારણે ભોળા ગ્રાહકો છેતરાયા હતા અને આરોગ્ય માટે મોટા જોખમનો ભોગ બન્યા હતા.

આ પ્રકારની નકલી પ્રોડકટસ અને છેતરપિંડીના કિસ્સા ભૂતકાળમાં પણ પકડાયા છે અને યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝ આવી નકલી પ્રોડકટસ અને પ્યુરીફાયરના પાર્ટસ ઝડપી લેવા સતત પ્રયાસો કરી રહી છે. સમાન પ્રકારના કિસ્સાઓમાં મુંબઈની પૂર્ણિમા ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીઝ અને બેંગ્લોરની એક્વા કેર સામે નકલી પ્રોડકટસ દ્વારા ગ્રાહકોની છેતરપિંડી કરવા બદલ એફઆઈઆર નોંધવામાં આવી છે. વર્ષ 2019માં સમાન પ્રકારની એફઆઈઆર માર્કો ફીલ્ટરેશન લિ.ના માલિક અભિષેક ઉર્ફે મનજીત કુશવાહા અને દિનેશ કુમાર સામે  અમદાવાદના ઓઢવ પોલિસ સ્ટેશનમાં નોંધવામાં આવી હતી. આ ફેકટરીએ કોપીરાઈટનો ભંગ કરવા ઉપરાંત નકલી માલનું ઉત્પાદન કરીને છેતરપિંડી કરી હતી.  આ પ્રકારની એજન્સીઓ ગ્રાહકોના આરોગ્યને માટે જોખમ ઉભુ કરી રહી છે.

યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝ લિમિટેડના ચીફ ટ્રાન્સફોર્મેશન ઓફિસર શ્રી શશાંક સિંહા જણાવે છે કે “યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝ  આ પ્રકારની ગેરરીતિઓ સામે સતત લડત આપી રહી છે. ગ્રાહકો ઘણી વાર ઓછી કિંમતને કારણે છેતરાઈ જતા હોય છે અને નકલી તેમજ એસેમ્બલ કરેલી પ્રોડકટસ ખરીદી બેસે છે. અમે સતત ડિલીવરી તેમજ વેચાણ પછીની સર્વિસ ઉપર ધ્યાન  કેન્દ્રિત કરીએ છીએ અને ગ્રાહકોને અસલી પ્રોડકટસ માટે આગ્રહ રાખવા પ્રોત્સાહિત કરીએ છીએ. અમે માત્ર વિશ્વસ્તરની પ્રોડકટસ જ નહીં પણ ઉત્તમ ઉકેલ પૂરા પાડવા માટે કટિબધ્ધ છીએ.”

યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝ લિમિટેડ  આ પ્રકારની પ્રવૃત્તિઓને સખત શબ્દોમાં વખોડી કાઢે છે અને ગ્રાહકોને છેતરાતા રોકવા માટે એક્વાગાર્ડ  પ્યુરિફાયર્સમાં  બીલ્ટઈન ‘હેલ્થ પ્રોટેક્ટ’ ફીચર રજૂ કર્યુ છે. આ ફીચર ગ્રાહકોને ચોકકસ સમયગાળે  મેઈન્ટેનન્સ/ રિપ્લેસમેન્ટ  તેમજ ફીલ્ટર કાર્ટ્રીઝની યુઝેબલ લાઈફ અંગે અગાઉથી જાણ કરે છે અને એ બાબતનું પણ ધ્યાન રાખે છે કે યુનિટમાં અન્ય કોઈ નકલી પાર્ટસ બંધ બેસી શકે નહી. “અમારી પાસે એક કન્ઝયુમર હેલ્પલાઈન છે, જે ગ્રાહકોને યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝના ગ્રાહકોને ગેરમાર્ગે દોરાતા રોકવામાં અને યુરેકા ફોર્બ્ઝના કર્મચારીઓને ઓળખવામાં સહાય કરે છે.”
