કોંગ્રેસના ભારતબંધમાં હવે ગુજરાત પણ જોડાયું, બસોના કાચ તૂટ્યા,
પેટ્રોલ-ડીઝળના વધતા ભાવને કારણે કોંગ્રેસે આજે ભારત બંધનું એલાન કર્યું છે. ભારત બંધને પગલે અમદાવાદ અને વડોદરામાં સીટી બસો અને એસટી બસોના કાચ તોડવાના અહેવાલો મળી રહ્યા છે. તો બીજી બાજુ અનેક જગ્યાએ રસ્તાઓ પર ટાયરો સળગાવીને ચક્કાજામ કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.
અમદાવાદમાં સોમવારે ભારત બંધના પગલે કાયદો અને વ્યવસ્થાની જાળવણી માટે પોલીસ કાફલો તહેનાત કરાયો છે. જેમાં કુલ 2300 પોલીસ જવાનો અને 800 હોમગાર્ડના જવાનો રહેશે. માહિતી પ્રમાણે 3 DCP, 4 ACP, 30 PI, 150 PSI પોલીસ બંદોબસ્તમાં તહેનાત કરાયો છે. ગાંધીનગરના માણસા રોડ પર કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકર્તાઓએ બંધને સફળ બનાવવા ચક્કાજામ કર્યો છે. આ સિવાય કલોલ હાઈવે પર વૃક્ષો કાપી રસ્તો રોકવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે. રોડ બંધ થતા વાહનચાલકો પરેશાન થઈ ગયા છે. ત્યારબાદ ઘટનાની જાણ થતાં પોલીસ પહોંચીનેરસ્તો ખુલ્લો કરાવાઈ રહ્યો છે.
અમદાવાદના શાહપુર ખાતે હલિમની ખડકી પાસે ભારત બંધને પગલે 2 સીટીબસના કાચ તોડવામાં આવ્યા છે. કોઈ અજાણ્યા લોકોએ બસના કાચમાં તોડફોડ કરી છે. આ સિવાય બંધને પગલે અમદાવાદના કેટલીક ખાનગી સ્કૂલોના સંચાલકોએ સ્કૂલમાં રજા જાહેર કરી દીધી છે. બીજી તરફ એનએસયૂઆઈ તરફથી સીટીએમ પાસે આવેલી ઓમ શાંતિ હાયર સેકન્ડરી સ્કૂલ બંધ કરાવવામાં આવી છે. ભારત બંધના પગલે અરવલ્લી ખાતે ભિલોડા-વિજયનગર રોડ પર ટાયર સળગાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. કોંગ્રેસના ધારાસભ્ય અનિલ જોશીયારાની આગેવાનીમાં કોંગ્રેસી કાર્યકરોએ રસ્તા પર ટાયરો સળગાવ્યા હતા. અમદાવાદ-ઉદેપુર નેશનલ હાઈવે પર ટાયર સળગાવવામાં આવ્યા છે.

વડોદરા શહેરમાં ભારત બંધને સફળ બનાવવા માટે કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકરો વહેલી સવારથી મેદાને ઉતરી ગયા હતા. જેમાં કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકરોએ સવારે શાળાઓ અને પેટ્રોલપંપ સહિત અનેક સ્થળે પહોંચી જઈ બંધ કરાવ્યુ હતુ.સુરતના વરાછા વિસ્તારમાં કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકર્તા સાથે કોર્પોરેટર પણ બંધ કરાવવા આવી પહોંચ્યા. યોગીચોક પાસે લક્ષમણ નગર વિસ્તારની તમામ દુકાનો બંધ કરાવી હતી. બંધ કરાવવાને પગલે પોલીસ આવી પહોંચી લગભગ 8 ગાડીઓ પોલીસની આવી પહોંચી. સુરતના લિંબાયત વિસ્તાર ખાતે કોંગ્રેસીઓ દ્વારા ચાર રસ્તા ઉપર ટાયર સળગાવી ચાલતી રિક્ષા અને સ્કૂલ બસો રોકાવી વિરોધ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. જેમાં રવિન્દ્ર પાટીલ સહિત 15 જેટલા કાર્યકર્તાઓની અટકાયત કરવામાં આવી છે. બંધના પગલે V.T ચોકસી લો કોલેજ પર ટોળા દ્વારા બબાલ કરવામાં આવી. કોલેજના રૂમોના લાઈટ પંખાઓ બંધ કરી દેવાયા. પોલીસે તમામની અટકાયત કરી છે.
આજે ભારત બંધના એલાન બાદ વહેલી સવારથી જ કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકરો મેદાને ઉતર્યા હતા. શાળા કોલેજ બંધ કરવા પહોંચી ગયા હતા. પ્રદેશ મહામંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર રાવત અને અમી રાવત સહિતના કાર્યકરોએ સયાજીગંજ અને નવાયાર્ડ વિસ્તારમાં આવેલી શાળાઓ વહેલી સવારે બંધ કરાવી હતી. શાળામાં જઈને ભારત બંધ માટે સંચાલકોને રજૂઆત કરી અભ્યાસ કામગીરી રોકાવી હતી. જેને લઈને શાળાએ આવેલા બાળકો પણ અટવાઈ પડયા હતા. સાથે સાથે વહેલી સવારે પેટ્રોલપંપ અને દુકાનો પણ બંધ કરાવવા કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકરો પહોંચ્યા હતા જબરજસ્તી બંધ કરાવવા જતા ઠેર ઠેર ચકમક પણ ઝરી હતી.
બીજી તરફ વડોદરા તાલુકાના બાજવા નગર વિસ્તારમાં જીલ્લા કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકરો બંધ સફળ કરવા માટે મેદાને ચઢ્યા હતા. જેમાં બાજવા બજારમાં આવેલી દુકાનો કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકરોએ બંધ કરાવી હતી. એક તરફ કાર્યકરો દુકાનો બંધ કરાવતા તો વિજય તરફ થોડી જ વારમાં દુકાનો ખોલી દેવામાં આવી હતી. શહેરમાં મકરપુરા, છાણી, આજવા રોડ, વાઘોડિયા રોડ, સહિત વિસ્તારના કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકરોએ દુકાનો બંધ કરાવી હતી. જોકે શહેરમાં ભારત બંધમાં મિશ્ર પ્રતિસાદ જોવા મળ્યા હતા.
અમદાવાદમાં સોમવારે ભારત બંધના પગલે કાયદો અને વ્યવસ્થાની જાળવણી માટે પોલીસ કાફલો તહેનાત કરાયો છે. જેમાં કુલ 2300 પોલીસ જવાનો અને 800 હોમગાર્ડના જવાનો રહેશે. માહિતી પ્રમાણે 3 DCP, 4 ACP, 30 PI, 150 PSI પોલીસ બંદોબસ્તમાં તહેનાત કરાયો છે. ગાંધીનગરના માણસા રોડ પર કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યકર્તાઓએ બંધને સફળ બનાવવા ચક્કાજામ કર્યો છે. આ સિવાય કલોલ હાઈવે પર વૃક્ષો કાપી રસ્તો રોકવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે. રોડ બંધ થતા વાહનચાલકો પરેશાન થઈ ગયા છે. ત્યારબાદ ઘટનાની જાણ થતાં પોલીસ પહોંચીનેરસ્તો ખુલ્લો કરાવાઈ રહ્યો છે.
અમદાવાદના શાહપુર ખાતે હલિમની ખડકી પાસે ભારત બંધને પગલે 2 સીટીબસના કાચ તોડવામાં આવ્યા છે. કોઈ અજાણ્યા લોકોએ બસના કાચમાં તોડફોડ કરી છે. આ સિવાય બંધને પગલે અમદાવાદના કેટલીક ખાનગી સ્કૂલોના સંચાલકોએ સ્કૂલમાં રજા જાહેર કરી દીધી છે. બીજી તરફ એનએસયૂઆઈ તરફથી સીટીએમ પાસે આવેલી ઓમ શાંતિ હાયર સેકન્ડરી સ્કૂલ બંધ કરાવવામાં આવી છે. ભારત બંધના પગલે અરવલ્લી ખાતે ભિલોડા-વિજયનગર રોડ પર ટાયર સળગાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. કોંગ્રેસના ધારાસભ્ય અનિલ જોશીયારાની આગેવાનીમાં કોંગ્રેસી કાર્યકરોએ રસ્તા પર ટાયરો સળગાવ્યા હતા. અમદાવાદ-ઉદેપુર નેશનલ હાઈવે પર ટાયર સળગાવવામાં આવ્યા છે.
