મુખ્યમંત્રી યોગી આદિત્યનાથે ઉત્તરાખંડના ચમોલી જિલ્લામાં રૈનીમાં હિમનદી ફાટવાના કારણે પૂરને જોતા ગંગાના કાંઠે પડતા તમામ જિલ્લાના જિલ્લા મેજિસ્ટ્રેટ અને પોલીસ અધિક્ષકોને પોલીસને સાવચેત રહેવા સૂચના આપી છે.
તેમણે રાજ્યના સંબંધિત વિભાગો અને અધિકારીઓને એલર્ટ રહેવા સૂચના આપી છે. તેમણે કહ્યું કે પરિસ્થિતિ પર નજર રાખો અને સાવધ રહો. પરિસ્થિતિને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને એસડીઆરએફને પણ એલર્ટ કરાઈ છે.
મુખ્યમંત્રી યોગીએ ઉત્તરાખંડને પણ દરેક રીતે સહકાર આપવા નિર્દેશ આપ્યો છે.
આપને જણાવી દઈએ કે રવિવારે સવારે ઉત્તરાખંડના ચમોલી જિલ્લાના રૈનીમાં ગ્લેશિયર ફૂટ્યો હતો. એવું કહેવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે કે ગ્લેશિયર ફાટવાના કારણે ધૌલી નદીમાં પૂર આવ્યું છે. આને કારણે ચમોલીથી હરિદ્વાર સુધીનું જોખમ વધ્યું છે.
તે જ સમયે, બિજનોર જિલ્લાના સોશિયલ મીડિયા સેલે ગંગા નદીના પૂરની સંભાવના વ્યક્ત કરી છે. સૂચનાઓ જારી કરતાં કહેવામાં આવ્યું છે કે ગંગા નદીની આજુબાજુના ગ્રામજનોને નદી કિનારે ન જવાની અને જાગૃત રહેવાની સલાહ આપવામાં આવી છે.

યુપીના ઉન્નાવ, કન્નૌજ, બિજનોર, ફતેહગઢ, પ્રયાગરાજ, કાનપુર, મિરઝાપુર, ગઢમુક્તેશ્વર, ગાઝીપુર અને વારાણસી જેવા ગંગા સરહદે આવેલા જિલ્લાઓમાં હાઈએલર્ટનો અવાજ સંભળાયો છે. ચેતવણીનો હુકમ આવતાની સાથે અધિકારીઓએ ગંગા પર સ્થિત ગામની મુલાકાત શરૂ કરી. કહેવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે કે સાંજ સુધીમાં ગંગામાં કેટલાંક લાખ કયુસેક પાણી વધી શકે છે. આપને જણાવી દઇએ કે જોશીમથમાં ગ્લેશિયર ફાટવાને કારણે ડેમ તૂટી ગયો છે જે ધૌલી નદીમાં પૂર આવ્યું છે. આ દુર્ઘટનામાં અનેક લોકો દોડી ગયા છે.

આ ઉપરાંત ચમોલી જીલ્લામાં હિમનદી ફાટ્યા બાદ બિજ્નોર પ્રશાણ સજાગ બન્યો છે. ખાસ કરીને ગંગાની આસપાસના વિસ્તારોમાં રહેતા લોકોને જાગૃત રહેવાનું કહેવામાં આવ્યું છે. લોકોને નદીઓથી દૂર રહેવાની સલાહ આપવામાં આવી છે.
પોલીસ ચમોલી જિલ્લામાં નદી કાંઠેના લાઉડ સ્પીકરોને એલર્ટ કરી રહી છે. કર્ણપ્રયાગમાં અલકનંદા નદીના કાંઠે રહેતા લોકો તેમના મકાનો ખાલી કરી રહ્યા છે. .ષિ ગંગા અને તપોવન હાઇડ્રો પ્રોજેક્ટ સંપૂર્ણ રીતે તૂટી ગયો છે. તમામ પોલીસ મથકો અને નદી બેંકોને જાગૃત રહેવાની સૂચના આપવામાં આવી છે. ઋષિકેશમાં પણ એલર્ટ જારી કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. નદીમાંથી બોટ ઓપરેશન અને રાફ્ટિંગ ઓપરેટરોને તાત્કાલિક દૂર કરવા સૂચના આપવામાં આવી છે. વહીવટ તૈયાર છે
