એતિહાસિક કરતારપુર કોરિડોરનું ઉદઘાટન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. આની સાથે જ કરતારપુર સાહિબનો રસ્તો પણ ખોલવામાં આવ્યો હતો. 3.8 કોરિડોરમાં ભારત તરફથી એક કિમી લાંબો રસ્તો બનાવવામાં આવ્યો છે.

પાકિસ્તાન તરફનો રસ્તો ચાર કિમી લાંબો છે અને એકીકૃત ચેકપોસ્ટ બનાવવામાં આવી છે. ભારત તરફ 300 ફુટ ઉંચો ત્રિરંગો ધ્વજ રોપવામાં આવ્યો છે, જે 5 કિમીથી દેખાશે. ભારતથી અને દેશભરમાંથી પાકિસ્તાનથી આવતા યાત્રાળુઓ માટે વિશેષ વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી છે. તેમજ કેટલાક નિયમો નક્કી કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. જેમ કે
દર્શન માટે બે બસ ચલાવવી પડશે
પાકિસ્તાન સરકાર ગુરુદ્વાર કરતારપુર સાહિબમાં માથા ટેકવા માટે ભારત તરફથી આવતા ભક્તોને મફત બસ સેવા આપશે. ડેરા બાબા નાનક તરફથી ગુરુદ્વારા કરતારપુર સાહિબની વચ્ચે સાડા ચાર કિલોમીટરનો માર્ગ છે. લાલ રંગની બસો મુસાફરોને શૂન્ય લાઇનથી કરતારપુર કોરિડોર થઈને ગુરુદ્વારા સુધી પહોંચાડશે. ત્યાંથી લીલા રંગની બસમાં સંગતને બેસાડીને ડ્યોઢી સુધી લઈ જવામાં આવશે.
લાલ બસો પર એક તરફ શ્રી કરતારપુર સાહિબ ગુરુદ્વારાની તસવીર અને બીજી બાજુ અંગ્રેજીમાં લખેલું છે, શ્રી કરતારપુર સાહિબમાં આપનું સ્વાગત છે. આ લાલ રંગ બસો કરતારપુર કોરિડોરથી ભારતીય સરહદ સુધીની મુસાફરી ચાલુ રાખશે. ડ્યોઢી સુધી જવા માટે ગ્રીન બસો લગાવાઈ છે જે સંપૂર્ણ રીતે ખુલી છે.

બાળકો નહી જઈ શકે
કરતારપુર સાહિબ ગુરુદ્વારાની મુલાકાત લેવાની પ્રથમ શરત વય છે. ફક્ત 14 વર્ષથી 70 વર્ષ સુધીના ભક્તો જ પવિત્ર યાત્રા પર જઈ શકે છે. ગુરુદ્વારા શ્રી કરતારપુર સાહેબના ખુલ્લા દર્શન માટે કોરિડોર આખા વર્ષ દરમિયાન ખુલ્લો રહેશે. રોજ 5000 જેટલા ભક્તો દર્શન કરી શકશે. આ માટે વિઝા જરૂરી નથી, પરંતુ પાસપોર્ટની જરૂર પડશે. પરંતુ વિશેષ શરત એ છે કે જો ભક્તો કોરિડોરથી જાય છે, તો તેઓ કરતારપુર સાહિબથી આગળ જઇ શકશે નહીં.
આ ઉપરાંત ભક્તોએ તે જ દિવસે સાંજ સુધીમાં પાછા આવવું પડશે. ભક્તો સાત કિલોગ્રામથી વધુ સામગ્રી તેમની સાથે રાખી શકતા નથી. પ્રવાસ દરમિયાન 11,000 રૂપિયાથી વધુની ભારતીય ચલણ જાળવી શકાતી નથી. ભક્તોને પણ સિક્કા લઇ જવાની મંજૂરી નથી. ભક્તોને દર્શન માટે પરવાનગી અને નિર્ધારિત ફી ભરવી પડશે. દરેક ભક્તને 20 ડોલર એટલે કે 1400 રૂપિયા ફી ચૂકવવાની રહેશે.
યાત્રા દરમિયાન પર્યાવરણને અનુકૂળ સામગ્રી (જેમ કે કાપડની થેલીઓ) નો ઉપયોગ કરવો પડે છે અને આ વિસ્તારની સ્વચ્છતા જાળવવી પડે છે. પોલિથિન બેગ પર સંપૂર્ણ પ્રતિબંધ છે. ગુરદાસપુરના ડેરા બાબા નાનક ખાતે પેસેન્જર ટર્મિનલ બિલ્ડિંગ કોમ્પ્લેક્સ (પીટીબી) ની અંદર ધૂમ્રપાન, દારૂ-પાન અને તમાકુનો ઉપયોગની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. મોટેથી અવાજમાં સંગીત વગાડવું અને પરવાનગી વિના અન્ય લોકોના ફોટા લેવાનું પણ મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
ભક્તો તેમની સાથે વાઇ-ફાઇ, બ્રોડબેન્ડ સાધનો, ભારત અને પાકિસ્તાનનીની પ્રાદેશિક અખંડિતતાને પડકારતા ધ્વજ -બેનર, દારૂ સાથે નથી લઈ જઈ શકે. આ વસ્તુઓ પ્રતિબંધિત સૂચિ પર મૂકવામાં આવી છે. હથિયારો અને દારૂગોળો, વિસ્ફોટકો, માદક દ્રવ્યો, છરીઓ અને બ્લેડ, નકલી નોટો, સ્ટેમ્પ્સ અને સાહિત્યનું વહન, જેમાં ભારત અને પાકિસ્તાનની બાહ્ય સરહદોના સ્ટેમ્પ્સ અને સાહિત્યનું નિરૂપણ કરવામાં આવે છે, તે પ્રતિબંધિત છે. તમામ પ્રકારના કટાર તેને જવાની છૂટ છે.
ઘણા ભક્તો દર્શન દરમિયાન વધુ દાન આપવા તૈયાર હોય છે, તેથી તેમના માટે 11 હજારની રકમ ઓછી લાગે છે. બાર એસોસિએશનના ભૂતપૂર્વ વડા અને પ્રખ્યાત એડવોકેટ મનદીપસિંહ સચદેવા કહે છે કે શીખ ભક્તો તેમની કમાણીનો થોડો ભાગ ધાર્મિક સ્થળોએ આપે છે, 11 હજારની રકમ ખૂબ ઓછી છે.
તે વધુ થવું જોઈએ. વિદેશથી પણ સંગત 70 વર્ષ પછી દર્શન કરવા માટે આવી છે, આ રકમ ઘણી ઓછી છે. આ પ્રતિબંધનો અંત લાવો જવું જોઈએ.
પાકિસ્તાની ગુપ્તચર એજન્સી ભારતીય ભક્તો પર નજર રાખશે
કરતારપુર સાહિબના દર્શન કરવા જતા ભક્તોને દરબાર સાહિબમાં રોકાવા દેવામાં આવશે નહીં. પાકિસ્તાન સરકારે કરતારપુર સાહિબના દર્શન માટે દરરોજ આવતા પાંચ હજાર શ્રદ્ધાળુઓને ઝડપી નિકાળ માટે, કરતારપુર કોરિડોરના મુખ્ય ટર્મિનલમાં 80 ઇમિગ્રેશન (ઇમિગ્રેશન) કાઉન્ટર્સ સ્થાપવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

તે જ સમયે, એફઆઈએ ભારતીય યાત્રાળુઓને સ્થળાંતર કરવાની સૂચિ દસ દિવસ પહેલા ભારતીય સીમા સુરક્ષા દળને મોકલશે. પાકિસ્તાન યાત્રાળુઓ મુખ્ય ટર્મિનલ તરફ સુવિધા માટે ત્રણ પ્રવેશદ્વાર બનાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. યાત્રાળુઓ તેમના આગમન પર પાસપોર્ટ સ્કેન કરશે. મુસાફરોને ચુસ્ત સુરક્ષા વચ્ચે પાકિસ્તાન રેન્જર્સ સ્કવોડની સાથે વિશેષ બસોને ગુરુદ્વારા દરબાર સાહિબ લઈ જવામાં આવશે. યાત્રાળુઓ ગુરુદ્વારા દરબાર સાહિબમાં પ્રવેશતા પહેલા બાયોમેટ્રિક સ્ક્રીનીંગ કરશે.ઉપરાંત, મુસાફરો તે જ ગેટથી બહાર નીકળી શકશે, જ્યાંથી તેમના દસ્તાવેજોની તપાસ કરવામાં આવી હતી.
જે યાત્રાળુનો પાસપોર્ટ પાકિસ્તાન સરકારે બ્લેકલિસ્ટમાં રાખ્યો હતો તે યાત્રાળુને મુલાકાત લેવા દેવામાં આવશે નહીં. તે જ દિવસે સાંજે પાંચ વાગ્યે પાછા ફરવું પડશે. કોઈપણ યાત્રાળુને દરબાર સાહિબમાં રોકાવા દેવામાં આવશે નહીં. યાત્રાળુઓની સુવિધા માટે શ્રી દરબાર સાહિબથી ચાર કિલોમીટર દૂર ઝીરો પોઇન્ટ પર ઇમિગ્રેશન હોલ (ઇમિગ્રેશન હોલ) બનાવવામાં આવ્યો છે. પાકિસ્તાન સરકારે મુખ્ય ટર્મિનલમાં સ્થાપિત અલગ વિભાગોનો સામનો કરવા માટે 169 નિરીક્ષકો અને સબ-ઇન્સ્પેક્ટર, કોન્સ્ટેબલ અને મહિલા કોન્સ્ટેબલ ઉપરાંત બે સહાયક ડિરેક્ટર અને એક નાયબ નિયામકની નિમણૂક કરી છે.
મુસાફરો પાસેથી $ 20 લેવા માટે પાકિસ્તાન રેન્જર જવાબદાર છે
પાકિસ્તાન રેન્જર્સના અધિકારીઓ ઝીરો પોઇન્ટ પરના દરેક યાત્રાળુ પાસેથી $ 20 લેશે. યાત્રાળુઓની સુવિધા માટે શ્રી દરબાર સાહિબથી ચાર કિલોમીટર દૂર ઝીરો પોઇન્ટ પર ઇમિગ્રેશન હોલ (ઇમિગ્રેશન હોલ) બનાવવામાં આવ્યો છે. મંજૂરી પ્રક્રિયા દરમિયાન યાત્રાળુઓને ફરીથી પ્રવેશ માટે કોઈ પ્રતિબંધ મૂકવામાં આવશે નહીં.
પાકિસ્તાની શીખ માટે પણ બાયોમેટ્રિક સિસ્ટમ
ફેડરલ ઇન્વેસ્ટિગેશન એજન્સીનો ઇમિગ્રેશન સ્ટાફ પ્રવેશ અને બહાર નીકળવાની ટિકિટવાળા યાત્રાળુઓના પાસપોર્ટને ચિહ્નિત કરશે. ગુરુદ્વારા શ્રી કરતારપુર સાહિબની મુલાકાત લેવા આવતા પાકિસ્તાની શીખ માટે એક અલગ ગેટ પણ બનાવવામાં આવ્યો છે. સુરક્ષા પ્રોટોકોલના ભાગરૂપે પાકિસ્તાની શીખ પણ બાયોમેટ્રિક વેરિફિકેશન કરશે. પાકિસ્તાનના વડા પ્રધાન ઇમરાન ખાન 9 નવેમ્બરના રોજ શ્રી ગુરુ નાનક દેવ જીના 550 મા પ્રકાશ પર્વ પહેલા કરતારપુર કોરિડોરનું ઔપચારિક ઉદ્ઘાટન કરશે.
