CAG Report on Rafale Deal: UPAના મુકાબલે મોદી સરકારે 2.8% સસ્તો સોદો કર્યો

Rafale Deal પર છેવટે CAG ની રિપોર્ટ સામે આવી ગઈ. CAG એ પોતાની રિપોર્ટમાં કહ્યુ છે કે UPA સરકારના મુકાબલે નરેન્દ્ર મોદી સરકારે રાફેલનો સોદો ઓછી કિમંતમાં કર્યો છે. CAGએ પોતાની રિપોટમાં કહ્યુ છે કે Rafaleની જે ડીલ 2016માં થઈ હતી તે 2007માં થયેલ ડીલ કરતા 2.8 ટકા સસ્તી હતી. સરકારે આ મામલે 9 ટકા સસ્તી ડીલ કરવાનો જે દાવો કરી રહી છે તે ખોટો છે.

કૈગ રિપોર્ટ મુજબ 126 રાફેલ ખરીદવાને બદલે સરકારે 36 રાફેલના સોદા કરીને ઈંડિયા સ્પેસિફિક એનહાંસમેંટ્સ માટે 17.08 ટકા બચત કરી લીધી છે.

CAG ની રિપોર્ટ 140 પેજની છે. જેમા 30 પેજ પર ફક્ત રાફેલ ડીલ પર ફોકસ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. આ રિપોર્ટમાં કુલ 11 ડીલનો ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. જેમા પાંચ UPA અને 6 NDAના સમયમાં થયા છે. આ બધી ડીલ 2012થી લઈને 2017 વચ્ચે સાઈન થયા છે.

કોંગ્રેસે રિપોર્ટ નકારી

જો કે કોંગ્રેસને આ રિપોર્ટ રદ્દ કરી દીધી છે. કારણ કે CAG ઓડિટર રાજીવ મહર્ષિ 2016માં રાફેલ ડીલ દરમિયાન ફાઈનેંસ સેક્રેટરી હતા. આવામાં કોંગ્રેસનો સવાલ છે કે શુ કૈગ ઓડિટર રાજીવ મહર્ષિ પોતાના વિરુદ્ધ તપાસ કરી શકે છે.
