નવા વર્ષ અમારા બધાના જીવનમાં ખુશીઓ લઈને આવે આ જ બધાની કામના હોય છે. આવો જાણીએ અમારા ધર્મશાસ્ત્રથી કેટલાક એવા ઉપાય જે વર્ષના પહેલા દિવસેથી શરૂ કરીને 365 દિવસ અજમાવી શકો છો..

ઘરને મંદિરની સંજ્ઞા આપી છે અને ઘરના વાતાવરણના તમારા સામાન્ય જીવન અને દૈનિક કાર્ય પર જરૂર પડે છે તેથી જો ઘર પરિવારનો વાતાવરણ અનૂકૂળ નથી હોય, ત્યારે તે દરેક સભ્યના જીવનને પ્રભાવિત કરે છે. જો તમારા ઘરમાં કોઈ પણ કારણથી સુખ શાંતી નથી, તો વર્ષના પહેલા દિવસથી આ ઉપાય કરી શકો છો.

1. ઘરમાં સવારે સવારે થોડી જ વાર માટે પણ ભજન જરૂર લગાડવું.

2. ઘરમાં ક્યારે પણ સાવરણીને ઉભા કરીને નહી રાખો, તેને પગન લગાડવું, ન તેના ઉપરથી નિકળવું, નહી તો ઘરમાં બરકતની કમી થઈ જાય છે.

3. પથારી પર બેસીને ક્યારે પણ ભોજન ન કરવું, આવું કરવાથી ખરાબ સપના આવે છે.

4. ઘરમાં જૂતા-ચપ્પલ અહીં તહીં વિખેરીને જે ઉલ્ટા સીધા કરીને ન રાખવું. તેનાથી ઘરમાં અશાંતિ હોય છે.

5. પૂજાના સમયે સવારે 6 થી 8 વાગ્યેના વચ્ચે હોવું જોઈએ. પૂજા ભૂમિ પર આસન પથારીને, પૂર્વ કે ઉત્તર દિશાની તરફ મૉઢું કરીને, બેસીને પૂજા કરવી જોઈએ.

6. જ્યારે પણ ભોજન બનાવો, પ્રથમ રોટલી ગાય માટે કાઢવી.

7. પૂજા ઘરમાં હમેશા જળનો એક કળશ ભરીને રાખવું.

8. ધૂપ-દીપ, આરતી, પૂજા અગ્નિ જેવા પવિત્રતાના પ્રતીક સાધનોને ફૂંક મારીને ન બુઝાવવું.

9. મંદિરમાં ધૂપ, અગરબત્તી અને હવન કુંડની સામગ્રી, દક્ષિણ પૂર્વમાં મૂકવી.

10. ઘરના મુખ્ય દ્વાર પર જમણી બાજુ સ્વાસ્તિક બનાવો.

11. ઘરમાં કયારે પણ જાળ ન લગવા દો. નહી ઘરમાં રાહુઓ અસર રહેશે.

12. સાંજના સમયે ન સૂઓ, રાત્રે સૂતા પહેલા તમારા ઈષ્ટદેવનો સ્મરણ જરૂર કરવું.

13. ઘરના મધ્ય ભાગમાં ઝૂઠા વાસણ સાફ કરવાના સ્થાન નહી બનાવવું જોઈએ.

14. વર્ષના પહેલા દિવસે આ સંકલ્પ લો કે વ્યસ્નથી દૂર રહેશો. વર્ષભર આ સંકલ્પ પર અમલ પણ કરવું.

15. કોઈ એક મંત્ર પૂરા વિશ્વાસની સાથે યાદ કરી લો અને વર્ષ ભર માત્ર તેના જાપ કરવું.

16. વર્ષના પહેલા દિવસે તમારા કોઈ દેવતાને ઈષ્ટદેવ માનવું અને વર્ષ ભર તેના ઉપાય કરવું.

17. વર્ષના પહેલા દિવસે કોઈ અસહાય, દિવ્યાંગ કે અનાથની મદદનો સંકલ્પ લો અને તેને પૂરા પણ કરવું.

18. વર્ષની શરૂઆતમાં કોઈ ગરીબ છોકરીની શિક્ષા કે લગ્નનો સંકલ્પ લો અને પછી પૂરી ઈમાનદારીથી તેની જવાબદારી પણ ઉઠાવો.

19. વર્ષની શરૂઆતમાં પશુ સેવા, પશુના પ્રત્યે માનવીયતાનો સંકલ્પ લો અને તેને નિભાવવું.

20. વર્ષની શરૂઆતમાં કોઈ પોધારોપણ કરવું અને વર્ષભર તેની સારવાર કરવી.
