પૈન કાર્ડ તમારી ઓળખના પ્રમાણના રૂપમાં કામ કરે છે. પૈન કાર્ડની સૌથી વધુ જરૂર આવકવેરા વિભાગ સાથે જોડાયેલ મામલામાં થાય છે. ઈનકમ ટેક્સ રિટર્ન ભરનારાઓ માટે આ સૌથી મહત્વનો દસ્તાવેજ છે. જેના વગર આઈટીઆર ફાઈલ કરવી શક્ય નથી. પૈન કાર્ડમાં તમારી ડેટ ઓફ બર્થ અને પિતાનુ નમ (હવે માતાનુ પણ) નોંધેલુ હોય છે. બીજી બાજુ મોટાભાગના નાણાકીય કાર્યોમાં પણ તેનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવે છે. જો તમને તાજેતરમાં જ તમારો પૈન કાર્દ બનાવ્યો છે અને તેમા કોઈ ભૂલ થઈ ગઈ છે તો તેમા સહેલાઈથી સુધાર કરી શકાય છે.

NCDL ઓનલાઈન સર્વિસ વેબસાઈટ પર જાવ. અહી તમને એપ્લિકેશન ટાઈપ બોક્સમાં Changes or corrections in existing PAN Data/ Reprint of PAN card ઓપ્શન દેખાશે, તેના પર ક્લિક કરો. ત્યારબાદ બૉક્સમાં બધી માહિતીનો ઉલ્લેખ કરો અને સબમિટ કરો. એક ટોકન નંબર જનરેટ થશે.

એક કરતા વધુ પૈન નંબર રાખવા ગેરકાયદેસર
ટોકન નંબર જનરેટ થયા પછી આધાર નંબર, પિતાનુ નામ વગેરે માહિતી આપવી પડશે. પૂરી ઈનફોર્મેશન ભરવી જરૂરી છે. જો તમારી પાસે એકથી વધુ પૈન છે તો કોઈ એકને સરેંડર કરી દો. આવુ એ માટે કારણ કે એકથી વધુ પૈન રાખવા ગેરકાયદેસર છે અને આવુ ન કરવા પર તમારુ પૈન કાર્ડ રદ્દ થઈ શકે છે.

અપલોટ કરો ડોક્યુમેંટ
નવા પેજ પર તમારી એજ પ્રુફ, એડ્રેસ પ્રુફ, ઓળખ પ્રમાણ પત્ર વગેરે અપલોડ કરી દો. ત્યારબાદ તમારો ફોટો અને સાઈન અપલોડ કરી દો. બધુ થયા પછી ફોર્મને પ્રિવ્યુમાં જોઈ લો. તપાસ કરી લો કે તમારી તરફથી ભરવામાં આવેલ બધી માહિતી સાચી છે. ત્યારબાદ પેમેંટ કરી દો.
કેટલી લાગશે ફી
જો તમારો એડ્રેસ ભારતનો છે તો પૈન કરેક્શન માટે 100 રૂપિયાની પ્રોસેસિંગ ફી લાગશે. બીજી બાજુ જે લોકોનો એડ્રેસ ભારતની બહારનો છે તેમણે 1020 રૂપિયાની ફી આપવી પડશે. અહી પેમેંટ માટે વિવિધ ઓપ્શન હોય છે. જેવા કે ક્રેડિટ કાર્ડ, ડેબિટ કાર્ડ, નેટ બૈકિંગ અને ડિમાંડ ડ્રાફ્ટ. પેમેંટ પછી તેની રસીદની પ્રિંટ લઈ લો.

પૈન ડિટેલ્સને ઓફલાઈન કરો અપડેટ
પૈનની ડિટેલ્સ અપડેટ કરવા માટે તમે ઓફલાઈન પણ અરજી કરી શકો છો. આ માટે પૈન કરેક્શન ફોર્મને નિકટના એનએસડીએલ કલેક્શન સેંટર પર જમા કરાવી દો. આ ફોર્મને ડાઉનલોડ પણ કરી શકાય છે. તેની પ્રિટઆઉટ કાઢી ને તેને ભરી દો. આ માટે તમને સંબંધિત આકલન અધિકારીને પત્ર પણ લખવો પડશે.
