Stinking hair થી છુટકારો મેળવવા ઘરેલૂ ઉપાય

ગરમીમાં પરસેવું આવવાના કારણે શરીરથી જ નહી પણ વાળથી પણ દુર્ગંધ આવવા લાગે છે. શરીરથી આવતી દુર્ગંધને તો પરફ્યૂમની સહાયતાથી ખત્મ કરી શકાય છે. પણ માત્ર શરીરથી જ નહી વાળથી પણ દુર્ગંધ આવે છે. આ કોઈ ગંભીર સમસ્યા નથી. પણ આ સમસ્યાથી ઘરે જ સરળતાથી છુટકારો મેળવી શકાય છે.

1. લીંબૂ

વાળને શેંપૂથી ધોયા પછી 1 કપ પાણીમાં 2 લીંબૂનો રસ કાઢી મિક્સ કરી લો અને વાળને રિંસ કરી લો. અઠવાડિયામાં એક વાર તેનું પ્રયોગ કરો.

2. ટમેટા

વાળની લંબાઈ મુજબ રસ કાઢો અને વાળમાં માલિશ કરો. 20-30 મિનિટ પછી શૈંપૂ કરી લો.

3. જેતૂનનો તેલ

વાળ ધોતા પહેલા જેતૂનના તેલની માલિશ કરો. આ વાળ માટે ખૂબ જ સારું ગણાય છે.

4. ડુંગળી

તેને વાટીને પેસ્ટ તૈયાર કરી લો અને સ્કેલ્પ પર લગાવી લો. અડધા કલાક પછી શૈંપૂ કરી લો.

5. બેકિંગ સોડા

વાળ મુજબ પાણી અને બેકિંગ સોડાને મિક્સ કરી લો અને ભીના વાળમાં લગાવો. 5 મિનિટ પછી વાળને સારી રીતે ધોઈ લો. આ ઑયલ ઓછું કરવામાં મદદ કરે છે.

6. મધ અને તજ

1 કપ ઉકળતા પાણીમાં અડધી ચમચી તજ પાઉડર મિકસ કરો. 30 મિનિટ માટે તેને મૂકી દો. ઠંડા થતા તેમાં 1 ચમચી મધ મિક્સ કરો. 45 મિનિટ માથા પર લગાવી રહેવા દો અને પછી વાળને શૈંપૂથી ધોવો.
