શું તમે જાણો છો કી-બોર્ડના આ ફંક્શંન

કમ્પ્યૂટર પર કાર્ય કરતા સમયે અમે ઉપરની રોમાં એફ 1 થી એફ 12 સુધી કી જોવાય છે. આ ફંક્શન કી કહેવાય  છે. આ તમારા કંમ્પ્યુટર પર તમરા કાર્યને તેજ ગતિ આપે છે . આવો જાણીએ આ કીના ઉપયોગ 

F1  : કંપ્યૂટર સ્ટાર્ટ કરતા જ આ દબાવવાથી કંમ્પ્યૂટરના સેટઅપ Cmos ખુલશે. એમાં સેંસેટિવ કંપ્યૂટર સેટિગ્સને બદલી શકાય છે. 

* માઈક્રોસાફ્ટ વર્ડમાં  કંટ્રોલ + F1 દબાવતા સૉફટવેયર ફુલ સ્ક્રીન મોડમાં જતી રહેશે. ફરીથી દબાવવાથી સામાન્ય થઈ જશે. 

* જો તમે  વિંડોજ ખોલી લીધા છે , તો આ કીને દબાવવાથી વિંડોજ હેલ્પ એંડ સપોર્ટ ડાયલૉગ ખુલશે. એમાં તમને સામાન્ય પરેશાનીઓનો ઉકેલ તમને જણાવશે. 

* ઈંટરનેટ એક્સપ્લોલરમાં કામ કરી રહ્યા છો તો આ કી દબાવતા બ્રાઉઝરમાં  હેલ્પ પેજ ખુલે છે. 

* ક્રોમ બ્રાઉઝરમાં આજ કી દબાવ થી ગૂગલ પર ક્રોમના હેલ્પ સેંટર ખુલશે. 

F2  માઈક્રોસાફ્ટ વર્ડમાં Alt+ control + F2ને દબાવતા ફાઈલ ઓપન ડાયલોગ બૉકસમાં ખુલે છે. 

* માઈક્ર્સૉફ્ટ વર્ડમાં કંટ્રોલ + F2 દબાવવાથી પ્રિંટ પ્રિવ્યુ પેજ ખુલશે,  જે જણાવે છે કે પ્રિંટ થતા તમારા ડોક્યુમેંટ કેવા દેખાશે.  

* વિંડોઝમાં કોઈ ફાઈલ, આઈકન કે ફોલ્ડર પર ક્લિક કર્યા પછી F2 દબાવવાથી તેને તરત જ રીનેમ કરી શકાય છે.

F3  વિંડોઝમાં F3 દબાવવાથી સર્ચ બૉકસ ખુલી જાય છે, જેનો ઉપયોગ ફાઈલો કે ફોલ્ડરોને શોધવા માટે કરી શકાય છે. 

* માઈક્રોસૉફ્ટ વર્ડમાં shift + F3 દબાવવાથી અંગ્રેજીના સિલેક્ટ કરેલા મેટર અપર કેસ કે લોવર કેસમાં બદલી શકાય છે. 

* માઈક્રોસૉફટ ડોસમાં કમાંડ પ્રામ્પ્ટ વિંડોમાં F3 દબાવવાથી પહેલા ટાઈપ કરેલ કમાંડ ફરીથી ટાઈપ થઈ જાય છે. 

F4     વિંડોઝ એક્સપ્લોરર (કમ્પ્યુટર , માઈ કમ્પ્યુટર વેગેરે ) માં  એને ફરીથી દબાવ થી એફ્રેસ ફરીથી ખુલી જાય છે. ઈંટરનેટ એક્સપ્લોરરમાં પણ  વેબસાઈટના એડ્રેસ નાખવા માટે અડ્રેસ બાર ખુલે છે. 

* માઈક્રોસૉફ્ટ વર્ડમાં આ કુંજી દબાવવાથી તે જ કામ રિપીટ થઈ જશે  જે તમે અત્યારે જ કર્યા હતા. જો તમે કોઈ શબ્દ ટાઈપ કર્યો  છે, તો એ ફરીથી ટાઈપ થઈ જશે. ટેબલ બનાવી છે , તો એક બીજી પણ ટેબલ બની જશે. જો કોઈ ટેક્સટ બોલ્ડ કર્યા છે તો તે ફરીથી સામાન્ય અને ફરીથી બોલ્ડ થઈ જશે. 

* Alt+F4ને દબાડવાથી એ  સોફટવેયર બંધ થઈ જશે જે અત્યારે ખુલેલા છે. 

* control + F4 દબાડવાથી કોઈ સૉફટવેયરના અંદર ખુલી ઘણી વિંડોઝમાંથી રહેલ વિંડો બંધ  થઈ જશે. જેમ કે ઈંટરનેટ એક્સપ્લોરરમાં ખુલેલા ઘણા ટેબમાંથી એક ટેબ બંધ થઈ જશે. કે પછી વર્ડમાં ખુલેલા ઘણા દસ્તાવેજોમાંથી એક બંધ  થઈ જશે. 

F5   આ રિફ્રેશનું કામ કરે છે. વિંડોઝમાં  કોઈ ફોલ્ડર કૉપી થયા પછી ન દેખાતુ હોય તો એને દબાવો, દેખાવવા માંડશે.  ઈટરનેટ બ્રાઉજરોમાં જોવાતા વેબ પેજને રિફ્રેશ કે રિલોડ કરવા માટે આનો ખૂબ ઉપયોગ થાય છે. 

* માઈક્રોસૉફટ વર્ડમાં એન દબાડવાથી find and replace ડાયલોગ ખુલી જાય છે. 

* પાવરપાઈટમાં f5 દબાડવાથી સ્લાઈડ શો ચાલૂ થઈ જાય છે. 

* માઈક્રોસૉફ્ટ એક્સેલમાં shift + F5 દબાડવાથી  find and replace સુવિધા ખુલે છે. 

* ફોટોશાપમાં એન દબાડવાથી વિવિધ પ્રકારના બ્રશ ખુલી જાય છે , જેમાંથી તમારી પસંદના બ્રશ લઈ શકાય છે. 

 F 10 - કોઈ સૉફ્ટવેયરમાં કામ કરતા આ  કીને દબાવ થી મેનુ  બાર સક્રિય થઈ જાય છે. જેમ કે તમે ત્યાં કિલક કર્યા હોય. 

- Shift+F10ને એક સાથે દબાડવાથી ઠીક એવી જ અસર થાય છે, જેવી માઉસના રાઈટ ક્લિકના કોઈ આઈકન, ફાઈલ કે ઈંટરનેટ એક્સ્પ્લોરરમાં કોઈ લિંક પર આ કી ને દબાવીને જુઓ કાનટેક્સ્ટ મેનુ ખુલી જશે. 

- Control+F10નો  ઉપયોગ માઈક્રોસૉફ્ટ વર્ડની વિંડોના આકાર ઘટાડવા -વધારવા (મિનિમાઈજ -મેક્સિમાઈજ) કરવા માટે કરી શકાય છે. 

F11 : ઈંટરનેટ એક્સપ્લોરર, ક્રોમ વગેરે બ્રાઉઝરોમાં ફુલ સ્ક્રીનને સક્રિય -નિષ્ક્રિય કરવા માટે એને અજમાવો. 

- Alt+F11ને દબાડતા માઈક્રોસૉફ્ટ ઑફિસના સૉફ્ટવેયરોમાં વિઝુઅલ બેસિક કોડ વિંડો ખુલી જાય છે, જેનો  ઉપયોગ એક્સપર્ટ યૂઝર  કરે છે. 

F12 : માઈક્રોસૉફ્ટ વર્ડમાં એને દબાડવાથી Save As..ડાયલોગ બોક્સ ખુલી જાય છે.
