Coronavirus in India: છેલ્લા 24 કલાકમાં 67151 નવા કેસ નોંધાયા છે

ભારતમાં કોવિડ -19 કેસ 32 લાખને પાર કરી ગયો છે. બુધવારે ફરી એકવાર કોરોના ચેપના કેસમાં ઉથલપાથલ જોવા મળી હતી. બુધવારે 67,151 નવા કેસ નોંધાયા હતા. પરંતુ સારી વાત એ છે કે ચેપમાંથી સાજા થનારા લોકોની સંખ્યા 24.5 મિલિયનને વટાવી ગઈ છે અને તપાસમાં વધારો થયો છે.

બુધવારે સવારે અપડેટ કરવામાં આવેલા આંકડા મુજબ, છેલ્લા 24 કલાકમાં 1,059 લોકો માર્યા ગયાં સાથે મૃત્યુની સંખ્યા વધીને 59,449 થઈ ગઈ છે. દેશમાં ચેપના કેસો વધીને 32,34,475 થયા છે, જેમાંથી 7,07,267 લોકો સારવાર લઈ રહ્યા છે અને 24,67,759 લોકો સારવાર બાદ આ રોગમાંથી બહાર આવ્યા છે. ચેપના કુલ કેસોમાં વિદેશી નાગરિકો પણ શામેલ છે.

છેલ્લા 24 કલાકમાં આઠ લાખથી વધુ નમૂનાઓ તપાસ્યા

ઈન્ડિયન કાઉન્સિલ ઑફ મેડિકલ રિસર્ચ (આઈસીએમઆર) એ જારી કરેલા આંકડા મુજબ 25 ઓગસ્ટ સુધીમાં દેશભરમાં કુલ 3,76,51,512 નમૂનાઓનું પરીક્ષણ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું, જેમાં મંગળવારે એક જ દિવસે 8,23,992 નમૂનાઓનું પરીક્ષણ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
