ગાંધીનગરમાં એકતરફ વિધાનસભાનું સત્ર બીજી બાજુ નલિયાકાંડના પડઘા, પોલીસની અભેદ કિલ્લેબંધી
ગુજરાતવિધાનસભા ગૃહનું બજેટ સત્ર 20 ફેબ્રુઆરીથી 31મી માર્ચ, સુધી મળશે. સોમવારથી હાથ ધરાનાર સત્રમાં કુલ 26 દિવસ દરમિયાન 28 બેઠકો મળશે. પ્રથમ દિવસે રાજ્યપાલ ઓ.પી.કોહલી પ્રવચન કરશે. જયારે તા. 21મી નાણામંત્રી નીતિન પટેલ નાણાંકીય વર્ષ 2017-18નું બજેટ રજૂ કરશે. સત્રના પ્રથમ દિવસથી કોંગ્રેસ નલિયા સેક્સકાંડના મુદ્દે રાજયપાલના પ્રવચનનો બહિષ્કાર અને વિધાનસભાનો ઘેરાવ કરશે. ગુજરાત પ્રદેશ કોંગ્રેસ દ્વારા સોમવારે શહેરની સત્યાગ્રહ છાવણીમાં એક જાહેર સભાનુ આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યુ છે. ત્યારે સત્યાગ્રહ છાવણી પોલીસની અભેદ કિલ્લેબંધીમાં ફેરવાઇ ગયુ છે.
વિધાનસભા સત્ર દરમિયાન હજાર જેટલા પ્રશ્નો પુછવામાં આવતા તેના જવાબ રજૂ થશે. ઉપરાંત નવ બિલ રજૂ કરવામાં આવશે, જેમાં ગુજરાત નશાબંધી અધિનિયમ 1949માં સુધારો, મંત્રીઓના પગારભથ્થાને લગતા સુધારા, શહેરી જમીન ટોચ મર્યાદા અધિનિયમ 1976 સુધારા વિધેયક, ગુજરાત પંચાયત અધિનિયમ 1993માં સુધારો, આદિવાસી યુનિવર્સિટીની સ્થાપના સહિતના બિલ રજૂ કરાશે. નલીયામાંબનેલા સેક્સ કાંડના પડઘા દેશભરમાં પડી રહ્યા છે. ત્યારે ગુજરાત પ્રદેશ કોંગ્રેસ દ્વારા સોમવારે શહેરની સત્યાગ્રહ છાવણીમાં એક જાહેર સભાનુ આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યુ છે. ત્યારે સત્યાગ્રહ છાવણી પોલીસની અભેદ કિલ્લેબંધીમાં ફેરવાઇ ગયુ છે. જેમાં 700 પોલીસ જવાનો મોરચો સંભાળશે.

એક તરફ સોમવારથી વિધાનસભાનુ સત્ર શરુ થઇ રહ્યુ છે. તો બીજી તરફ નલીયાકાંડના પડઘા શહેરની સત્યાગ્રહ છાવણમાં પડવાના છે. ગુજરાત પ્રદેશ કોંગ્રેસ દ્વારા આજે સોમવારે નલીયાકાંડને લઇને જાહેર સભાનુ આયોજન કરાયુ છે. ત્યારે પોલીસની ટીમ દ્વારા રવિવારથી મોરચો સંભાળી લેવામાં આવ્યો છે. જ્યારે સભા દરમિયાન કોંગ્રેસી કાર્યકરો ધમાલ કરે તેને લઇને પોલીસનો કાફલો ઉતારી દેવાયો છે. જેમાં 6 એસઆરપીની ટુકડી, 4 એસપી, 10 ડીવાયએસપી, 25 પીઆઇ, 60 પીએસઆઇ, 500 પોલીસ, 200 મહિલા પોલીસ અને 3 વોટર કેનન લગાવી દેવામાં આવ્યા છે. બીજી તરફ કોંગ્રેસ દ્વારા પણ સભાને લઇને તૈયારીઓ પૂર્ણ કરી દેવામાં આવી છે. ત્યારે સાંજના સમયે સત્યાગ્રહ છાવણીમાં પૂર્વ સાંસદ જગદીશ ઠાકોરની અધ્યક્ષતામાં એક બેઠકનુ આયોજન પણ કરાયુ હતું.
વિધાનસભા સત્ર દરમિયાન હજાર જેટલા પ્રશ્નો પુછવામાં આવતા તેના જવાબ રજૂ થશે. ઉપરાંત નવ બિલ રજૂ કરવામાં આવશે, જેમાં ગુજરાત નશાબંધી અધિનિયમ 1949માં સુધારો, મંત્રીઓના પગારભથ્થાને લગતા સુધારા, શહેરી જમીન ટોચ મર્યાદા અધિનિયમ 1976 સુધારા વિધેયક, ગુજરાત પંચાયત અધિનિયમ 1993માં સુધારો, આદિવાસી યુનિવર્સિટીની સ્થાપના સહિતના બિલ રજૂ કરાશે. નલીયામાંબનેલા સેક્સ કાંડના પડઘા દેશભરમાં પડી રહ્યા છે. ત્યારે ગુજરાત પ્રદેશ કોંગ્રેસ દ્વારા સોમવારે શહેરની સત્યાગ્રહ છાવણીમાં એક જાહેર સભાનુ આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યુ છે. ત્યારે સત્યાગ્રહ છાવણી પોલીસની અભેદ કિલ્લેબંધીમાં ફેરવાઇ ગયુ છે. જેમાં 700 પોલીસ જવાનો મોરચો સંભાળશે.
