पूरे विश्व में अपन जड़ें जमाता आतंकवाद वर्तमान में एक गंभीर वैश्विक समस्या बनकर उभरा है, लेकिन इससे भी आश्चर्य और चिंताजनक बात यह है, कि इसमें महिलाओं की भागीदारी भी लगातार बढ़ती जा रही है। विश्व के अब तक के चर्चित और खतरनाक बम धमाकों और यहां तक कि आत्मघाती हमलों में महिलाओं की उपस्थि‍ति प्रमुख रूप से पाई गई। वैसे तो आंतकवाद में महिलाओं की सहभागिता आज की बात नहीं है, लेकिन साल 2014-2015 में इनकी उपस्थि‍ति उभरकर सामने आई। आतंकवाद में महिलाओं की सहभागिता और स्थि‍ति के कई पहलू सामने आते हैं, जिनमें खूंखार महिला आतंकियों के नाम के अलावा आईएस में महिलाओं की भर्ती, उनकी स्थि‍ति, पद, महिलाओं द्वारा आतंक को पनाह देना और आतंक के नाम पर बहकाई गई महिलाओं की अलग-अलग जानकारियां शामिल हैं। कोमलता की मिसाल नारी देह, हाथों में कठोरता के हथि‍यार थामे दुनिया के लिए कट्टरता का उदाहरण बनती दिखाई दीं।

ऐसा नहीं है कि सिर्फ आतंक को पैदा करने में महिलाएं सहायक रहीं, बल्कि आतंक का डटकर मुकाबला करने में भी महिलाओं के कदम पीछे नहीं रहे। जांबाज महिला सैनिकों के कुछ नाम आतंक के दुश्मन साबित हुए, तो कुछ को आतंक से लड़ने के हथियार मिले सरकारी फैसले के आधार पर। जानिए और क्या रहा इस वर्ष सकारात्मक और नकारात्मक, आतंक और महिलाओं के बने इस रिश्ते में....

1. व्हाइट विडो सामंथा ल्यूथवेट - विश्व में सबसे बड़ी चुनौती के रूप में व्याप्त आतंकवाद में महिलाओं की उपस्थि‍ति एक बड़ा मसला बनकर उभरा है, जिसकी गूंज 2015 में और भी साफ सुनाई दी। हालांकि कुख्यात महिला आतंकी सामंथा ल्यूथवेट जिसे व्हाइट विडो भी कहा जाता है, आतंक की दुनिया का सबसे चर्चित नाम बनकर उभरी थी, जिसे लंदन बम धमाकों के बाद से अधि‍क हवा मिली थी।

5 दिसंबर 1983 को उत्तरी आयरलैंड में जन्मी सामंथा को दुनिया की अब तक सबसे खतरनाक महिला कहा जाता है। दरअसल, व्हाइट विडो लंदन में आत्मघाती हमला करने वाले जर्मेन लिंडसे की विधवा थी और 7 जुलाई 2005 में लंदन धमाके में पति की मौत के बाद से लापता थी। 2009 में उसके ब्रि‍टेन से अफ्रीका जाने की खबरें आईं और 2011 में उसके सोमालिया के आतंकी संगठन अल शबाब से जुड़ने की पुख्ता जानकारी भी, लेकिन बाद में वह बगदादी के आतंकी संगठन आईएसआईएस से जुड़ गई और ईराक के साथ सीरिया में कत्लेआम की निगेहबान रही। 2012 में मोम्बासा में मैच देख रहे लोगों पर ग्रेनेड हमला होने की घटना में सामंथा के शामिल होने की बात सामने आई थी। इस हमले में 3 लोग मारे गए थे। 21 सितंबर 2013 को केन्या के नैरोबी में वेस्टगेट मॉल में हुए बम धमाकों के अलावा सामंथा कई खतरनाक हमलों में भी शामिल थी, इसमें 67 लोगों की मौत हुई थी। इतना ही नहीं केन्या की यूनिवर्सिटी में हुए आतंकी हमले की साजिश रचने वाला कोई और नहीं बल्कि दुनिया की मोस्ट वॉन्टेड महिला सामंथा थी। इस हमले में स्टूडेंट्स समेत 148 लोगों की हत्या की गई थी। आतंकी सामंथा शार्प शूटर थी और हर तरह के हथियार चलाने में माहिर भी। व्हाइट विडो उर्फ सामंथा ल्यूथवेट ने कमांडो ट्रेनिंग भी ले रखी थी और वह अरबी, इंग्लिश, स्वाहिली और कई भाषाएं बोलने में माहिर थी। 2014 में व्हाइट विडो सामंथा की मौत की खबर आई और इसके पीछे रूसी जासूस का हाथ था। हालांकि 2014 में ही यूक्रेन में सामंथा के खात्मे की खबर आ चुकी थी, लेकिन सामंथा के अंत ने महिला आतंकवाद को और बढ़ावा दिया, जिसके उदाहरण 2015 में दिखाई दिए।

2. हसना - नवंबर 2015 में पेरिस में हुए बम धमाकों में शामिल इस महिला आतंकी ने खुद को आत्मघाती हमले में खत्म कर लिया। 26 वर्षीय यह महिला आतंकी संगठन के साथ मिलकर अन्य आतंकी वारदातों को भी अंजाम दे चुकी थी। मूल रूप से मोरक्को निवासी हसना 1973 में परिवार के साथ पेरिस आकर बस गई थी।

हसना के बारे में कहा जाता था कि वह सोशल मीडिया पर सक्रि‍य रहती थी, साथ ही उसे पार्टी करना और शराब पीना काफी पसंद था। काउबॉय टोपी पहनने के कारण वह दोस्तों के बीच काउगर्ल के नाम से जानी जाती थी। वह खुले तौर पर जीना पसंद करती थी, परंतु इस आत्मघाती हमले के लगभग एक महीना पहले ही उसने बुर्का पहनना शुरू कर दिया था। घटना से कुछ समय पहले उसने अपनी किसी महिला मित्र के लिए घर भी छोड़ दिया था। हालांकि हसना की पहचान के मामले में संशय है, क्योंकि हसना की जो तस्वीरें सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से फैली थीं, बाद में वे तस्वीरें किसी अन्य महिला की होने की बातें भी सामने आई थीं, जो उसके पूर्व प्रेमी ने मीडिया को बेच दी थीं। पेरिस हमले के मास्टरमाइंड को पकड़ने के लिए जब पुलिस ने संयुक्त छापेमारी शुरू की तो सेंट डेनिस अपार्टमेंट में मौजूद हसना को गिरफ्तार करने से पहले ही उसने खुद को उड़ा लिया। हसना के साथ ही इस हमले का मास्टरमाइंड अब्देलहामिद अबाऔद भी मारा गया था।

3. हयात बोमोदीनी - पेरिस में 'शार्ली एब्दो' पत्रिका के दफ्तर पर हुए हमले में हयात अपने पुरुष मित्र के साथ मुख्य रूप से शामिल थी। 26 वर्षीय हयात बोमोदीनी, शार्ली एब्दो पत्रिका के दफ्तर पर हमले के मुख्य आरोपी सगे भाइयों शरीफ काउशी और सईद काउशी के साथी अमेडी काउलीबेली की प्रेमिका थी, जिसने इस्लाम धर्म से प्रभावित होकर बिकनी पहनना छोड़ बुर्के को अपना लिया था।

1988 में फ्रांस के अल्जीरियाई मूल के परिवार में पैदा हुई हयात को 1994 में मां की मौत के बाद 6 साल की उम्र से ही पिता ने होम केयर में रखवा दिया था, जहां उसने अपने टाइटल को बोमेडियन की जगह फ्रेंच स्टाइल में बोमोदीनी कर लिया। युवा होने पर जब हयात ने कैशि‍यर की नौकरी शुरू की, तब उसकी मुलाकात अमेडी काउलीबेली से हुई, जो कम उम्र से ही अवैध गतिविधि‍यों में लिप्त था और बाद में एक आतंकी बन गया था। फ्रांसीसी मीडिया के मुताबिक, 5 जुलाई 2009 में हयात ने अमेडी से शादी कर ली लेकिन उनकी शादी को फ्रांस में कानूनी मान्यता नहीं मिल सकी। हयात पर इस्लामी विचारधारा का काफी गहरा प्रभाव पड़ा और पश्चिमी सभ्यता को भूलकर उसने इस्लाम अपना लिया। 2010 में अमेडी के साथ रिश्तों को लेकर फ्रांस पुलिस ने उससे पूछताछ की थी, जिसमें उसके धार्मिक किताबों के प्रति रुझान की बात पता चली थी। अमेडी के साथ पेरिस के सुपर मार्केट में हुए हमले में भी हयात शामिल रही। वहीं फ्रांस में हुए तीन दिनी रक्तपात, जिसमें 17 लोगों के मारे जाने की खबर थी, उसमें भी इस्लामी बंदूकधारी महिला के होने की बात सामने आई और मौके से जो गाड़ी बरामद हुई, वह अमेडी और हयात के नाम पर पंजीकृत होने का खुलासा हुआ।

4. मिसेस टेरर - दिसंबर 2015 तक आतंकवाद में महिलाओं की भागीदार का एक और सशक्त उदाहरण बनकर उभरी आईएसआईएस संगठन की पहली फियादीन हमलावर सैली जोन्स, जिसे मिसेस टेरर नाम दिया गया। सैली जोन्स, उम्म हुसैन और सकीना हुसैन के नाम से भी जानी जाती है।

दो साल पहले तक ब्रि‍टेन में रहने वाली सैली अपने 10 वर्षीय बेटे को लेकर सीरिया में रहने लगी और अब आईएस में शामिल हो चुकी है। मिसेस टेरर ने खुद इस बात का खुलासा किया है कि उसकी चेचन्या की पहली महिला फियादीन हमलावर हावा बारायेव को श्रद्धांजलि देते हुए खुद को उड़ाने की योजना है और इसके बाद वह आईएस की पहली फियादीन हमलावर कहलाएगी। आपको बता दें कि‍ साल 2000 में रूस के साथ चेचन विद्रोहियों की लड़ाई में हावा बारायेव पहली महिला सुसाइड बॉम्बर बनी थी और इस विस्फोट में रूसी आर्मी के 27 सैनिक मारे गए थे। मिसेस टेरर भी सीरिया में महिलाओं को फियादीन हमले की ट्रेनिंग दे रही है।

5. जोएन केसिमर्ड - भले ही 2015 में महिला आतंकियों में जोएन का नाम न हो, लेकिन आतंक के लिए कुख्यात जोएन बहुत पुराना नाम है। जोएन उस दौर में आतंक का चर्चित नाम था, जब अलकायदा का वजूद भी नहीं था। जोएन केसिमर्ड के नाम से अमेरिका कांपता था और एफबीआई ने जोएन पर एक अरब का इनाम रखा था।

दरअसल जोएन केसिमर्ड अमेरिकी सिपाही और पुलिस को भी निर्ममता से मौत के घाट उतारने के लिए कुख्यात थी। इस महिला आतंकवादी से अमेरिका की चिंता का अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है कि उसकी जांच एजेंसी एफबीआई ने केसिमर्ड पर 20 लाख डॉलर का इनाम घोषित किया और इस संबंध में एफबीआई ने ब्यौरा जारी किया। जोएन ब्लैक लिबरेशन आर्मी की सदस्य थी। 1973 में जोएन और उसके दो साथियों को न्यूजर्सी पुलिसकर्मियों ने रोका और बाद में अनेक घटनाओं में जोएन का नाम आया। उम्रकैद की सजा होने के बाद भी जोएन जेल की सलाखों से अमेरिकी रक्षातंत्र को अंगूठा दिखाकर भाग निकली जिससे अमेरिकी सुरक्षा तंत्र पर भी सवाल उठे। जब जोएन को न्यूजर्सी जेल में डाला गया तो मात्र दो साल के बाद उसकी ब्लैक लिबरेशन आर्मी के अतिवादियों ने जेल की दीवार को ध्वस्त कर दिया और अपनी वैन को अंदर तक ले जाकर जोएन को आजाद कराकर भाग निकले। एफबीआई के मुताबिक, जोएन और उसके साथियों ने पुलिसकर्मियों पर गोलियां भी चलाईं थी, इसमें एक पुलिसकर्मी मारा गया। इस घटना के बाद अमेरिका में डर और दहशत का जबरदस्‍त माहौल बना, लेकिन जोएन का अमेरिका में कोई पता नहीं चला। बाद में उसके क्यूबा में होने की खबरें आईं। जोएन ब्लैक लिबरेशन आर्मी के उस महिला विंग का प्रतिनिधित्व करती थी, जिसने एक दर्जन से ज्यादा पुलिसकर्मियों की हत्या की।
