श्रावण मास की शुरुआत बुधवार, 17 जुलाई से हो रही है। इस महीने से व्रत और त्योहारों की भी शुरुआत हो जाती है। श्रावण का महीना शिव की आराधना के लिए सबसे उपयुक्त माना जाता है। इस दिन भगवान शिव की पूजा-अर्चना की जाती है। भगवान शिव के अलावा यह महीना माता पार्वती की पूजा के लिए उपयुक्त माना जाता है।
ऐसा कहा जाता है कि जो भक्त इस महीने में माता पार्वती और भगवान शिव की पूजा करते हैं, उन्हें भोले बाबा की असीम कृपा मिलती है। श्रावण का पहला सोमवार 22 जुलाई को होगा।
श्रावण के महीने में भगवान शिव का रुद्राभिषेक किया जाता है। कहते हैं कि अलग-अलग चीजों से रुद्राभिषेक करने से भगवान शिव प्रसन्न होते हैं। इस बार श्रावण के महीने की खास बात यह है कि इस बार श्रावण के 4 सोमवार होंगे। श्रावण का अंतिम दिन 15 अगस्त को है। इस दिन स्वतंत्रतता दिवस के साथ रक्षाबंधन भी है।
श्रावण का नाम आते ही मन में रिमझिम बौछारों के साथ ही भगवान शिव की छवि उभरकर आती है। साथ ही विचार आते हैं कि हम ऐसा क्या करें कि भगवान शिव प्रसन्न हो जाएं और हम पर कृपा बरसाएं।
शिवजी को प्रसन्न करने के कुछ आसान से उपाय-
1. कुंआरी कन्याएं शीघ्र विवाह के लिए श्रावण के महीने में दूध में कुमकुम मिलाकर रोज शिवलिंग पर चढ़ाएं।
2. श्रावण में नंदी बाबा को रोज हरा चारा खिलाएं। भगवान शिव निश्चित ही आप पर प्रसन्न होंगे और आपकी सभी मनोकामनाएं पूरी होंगी।
3. रोज सुबह स्नान करने के पश्चात मंदिर जाएं और यहां शिवलिंग पर जलाभिषेक के साथ बिल्व पत्र, भांग, धतूरा, शमी पत्र व तिल इत्यादि से पूजा करें। ऐसा करने से भोले बाबा प्रसन्न होते हैं।

इस विधि से करें व्रत, भगवान शिव देंगे ये वरदान-
सर्वशक्तिमान परमपिता परमात्मा एक है, परंतु उसके रूप अनेक हैं। भगवान शिव की शक्ति अपरंपार है। वे सदा ही कल्याण करते हैं। वे विभिन्न रूपों में संसार का संचालन करते हैं। सच्चिदानंद शिव एक हैं। वे गुणातीत और गुणमय हैं। एक ओर जहां ब्रह्म रूप में वे सृष्टि की उत्पत्ति करते हैं, वहीं विष्णु रूप में सृष्टि का पालन भी करते हैं तथा शिव रूप में वह सृष्टि का संहार भी करते हैं। भक्तजन अपनी किसी भी मनोकामना की पूर्ति के लिए भगवान शिव की उपासना करते हुए शिवलिंग का पूजन करते हैं।
कैसे करें व्रत?
प्रत्येक सोमवार को मंदिर जाकर शिव परिवार की धूप, दीप, नेवैद्य, फल और फूलों आदि से पूजा करके सारा दिन उपवास करें। शिवलिंग पर बेलपत्र चढ़ाकर उनका दूध से अभिषेक करें। शाम को मीठे से भोजन करें। अगले दिन भगवान शिव के पूजन के पश्चात यथाशक्ति दान आदि देकर ही व्रत का पारण करें।
अपने किए गए संकल्प के अनुसार व्रत करके उनका विधिवत उद्यापन किया जाना चाहिए। जो लोग सच्चे भाव एवं नियम से भगवान की पूजा व स्तुति करते हैं, वे मनवांछित फल प्राप्त करते हैं। इन व्रतों में सफेद वस्त्र धारण करके सफेद चंदन का तिलक लगाकर ही पूजन करना चाहिए तथा सफेद वस्तुओं के दान की ही सर्वाधिक महिमा है।
दान करने वाली वस्तुएं- बर्फी, सफेद चंदन, चावल, चांदी, मिश्री, गाय का घी, दूध, दही, खीर, सफेद पुष्पों का दान सायंकाल में करने से जहां मनोकामनाएं पूर्ण होती हैं, वहीं घर में खुशहाली भी आती है।
क्या खाए?- खीर, पूरी, दूध, दही, चावल। व्रत में नमक नहीं खाना चाहिए।
किस मंत्र का करें जाप- 'ॐ नम: शिवाय' एवं 'महामृत्युंजय' मंत्र के अतिरिक्त चन्द्र बीज मंत्र 'ॐ श्रां श्रीं श्रौं स: चन्द्रमसे नम:' और चन्द्र मूल मंत्र 'ॐ चं चन्द्रमसे नम:'।
व्रत से मिलने वाले लाभ- मानसिक सुख एवं शांति का शरीर में प्रवाह होगा। व्यापार में वृद्धि होगी, परिवार में खुशहाली आएगी। जिस कामना से व्रत किया जाएगा, वह अवश्य पूरी होगी।
आप शनि के प्रकोप से पीड़ित हैं तो इस श्रावण माह के प्रथम दिन सच्चे मन से शिवजी से अपनी पीड़ा कहें। इससे वे आपकी पीड़ा जरूर सुनेंगे और उसे दूर करेंगे।
शारीरिक कष्टों से दिलाएंगे मुक्ति-
यदि जन्म कुंडली में शनि, राहु, केतु व अन्य कष्टकारी ग्रह शारीरिक कष्ट इत्यादि दे रहे हैं तो आपको श्रावण के पहले ही दिन से शिवपूजा प्रारंभ कर देनी चाहिए।
शनि की साढ़ेसाती होगी दूर-
वे लोग जिनको शनि की साढ़ेसाती है या फिर धनु, वृश्चिक और मकर राशि वाले शनि की साढ़ेसाती से परेशान हैं, तो ऐसे लोग प्रथम दिवस रुद्राभिषेक अवश्य करें और शिवलिंग के सामने बैठकर शनि के बीज मंत्र का जप करें। इसके अलावा उन्हें सुंदरकांड का पाठ भी करना चाहिए।
तकनीकी शिक्षा से जुड़े लोग करें महामृत्युंजय मंत्र का जाप-
शनि से बनने वाले मारकेश की स्थिति में आप महामृत्युंजय मंत्र के जप के साथ-साथ शनि के बीज मंत्र का जप भी करें। शनि तकनीकी शिक्षा और विधि की शिक्षा का कारक ग्रह है। इस फील्ड से जुड़े जातक शिवपूजा करें तो उनको सफलता मिलेगी।
