किशोरावस्था की दहलीज पर कदम रखते लड़कों को पिता ऐसे समझाएं

किशोरावस्था की उम्र में कदम रखते ही लड़के और लड़कियों में कई तरह के हार्मोनल परिवर्तन आते हैं। लड़कियों के बदलाव के प्रति तो सभी संवेदनशील होते हैं लेकिन लड़कों की ओर कम ही ध्यान दिया जाता है। किशोरावस्था की उम्र में लड़कों में भी शरीरिक बदलाव के साथ-साथ आवाज में भारीपन, दाढ़ी-मूंछ आना जैसे कई बदलाव होते हैं।

ऐसे में लड़कों के विचारों और व्यवहार में भी कई परिवर्तन आते हैं जिन पर ध्यान देकर लड़कों को समझाना भी जरूरी हैं। आइए, जानते हैं किशोरावस्था की दहलीज पर कदम रखते लड़कों के प्रति उनके पिता का क्या कर्तव्य होना चाहिए-

1. किशोर होते लड़कों को भी उतने ही मानसिक संबल और सहानुभूति की दरकार होती है, जितनी लड़कियों को होती है।

2. इस उम्र में हार्मोंस और शारीरिक परिवर्तनों के दौर से गुजर रहे बच्चे के मन में सेक्स को लेकर ढेरों सवाल होते हैं और दूसरी ओर पैरेंट्स का अनुशासन और हिदायतों का शिकंजा और ज्यादा कसता जाता है।

3. अगर आपका बेटा किशोरावस्था की दहलीज पर है तो वह शारीरिक और मानसिक सामंजस्य कैसे स्थापित करे, यह उसके लिए ही नहीं बल्कि आपके लिए भी एक बड़ा सवाल होता है।

4. इस उम्र में लड़कों को हार्मोंनल परिवर्तन की वजह से गुस्सा ज्यादा आता है और चिड़चिड़ापन बढ़ जाता है।

5. दाढ़ी-मूँछ आना शुरू हो जाती है और आवाज में भी भारीपन आ जाता है जो कुछ समय बाद सही हो जाता है जिसका दूसरे बच्चे मजाक उड़ाते हैं। लड़कों को उनके शरीर में होने वाले परिवर्तनों के विषय में बताएं।

6. इस उम्र में अक्सर वे अपनी सेहत और साफ-सफाई की ओर से लापरवाह हो जाते हैं तो ऐसे समय में उन्हें अपनी शारीरिक सफाई का ध्यान रखने के लिए समझाएं।

7. किशोरावस्था में बच्चों के मन में अनेक सवाल होते हैं। घर में टीवी और इंटरनेट एक ऐसा माध्यम है, जिनसे वे जो चाहें, वे सूचनाएं मिनटों में हासिल कर सकते हैं।

8. अक्सर इंटरनेट पर घंटों चेटिंग चलती है और लड़के पोर्न साइट्स देखते हैं। यदि आप उन्हें ऐसा करते देखते हैं तो प्यार से समझाएं और बताएं कि उनकी उम्र अच्छी शिक्षा हासिल करके करियर बनाने की है।
