नहीं पकड़े गए वैष्णोदेवी के रास्ते पर सुरक्षाबलों पर हमला करने वाले आतंकी

श्रीनगर। उधमपुर जिले में बुधवार को जम्मू-श्रीनगर राजमार्ग पर जहां से एक रास्ता वैष्णोदेवी के तीर्थस्थान की ओर जाता है, वहां हुए आतंकी हमले में शामिल आतंकी अभी तक हाथ नहीं आए थे। पुलिस के अनुसार आतंकियों के एक दल ने वाहनों की चेकिंग कर रहे एक पुलिस दल पर फायरिंग की थी और फिर जंगलों में भाग निकले थे।

जम्मू से ट्रक में छिपकर श्रीनगर जा रहे आतंकवादियों ने जम्मू-श्रीनगर हाईवे पर स्थित झज्झर कोटली में पुलिस नाके पर ट्रक की चेकिंग के दौरान पकड़े जाने की आशंका पर ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग कर दी। भागते समय आतंकवादियों ने एक फॉरेस्ट गार्ड को पुलिसकर्मी समझ गोली मार दी जिसमें वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया।

भागते समय आतंकवादी अपना बैग छोड़ गए जिसमें 1 एके-47, 3 मैगजीन और कुछ अन्य सामान था। आतंकवादी साथ लगते जंगलों में भाग खड़े हो गए। सेना, सीआरपीएफ और पुलिस आतंकियों की तलाश के लिए व्यापक तलाशी अभियान चलाए हुए है। पुलिस ने ट्रक ड्राइवर और कंडक्टर को गिरफ्तार कर पूछताछ शुरू कर दी है।

यह घटना सुबह 8.45 बजे के करीब की है, जब झज्झर कोटली के साथ लगते रिहायशी इलाकों के बच्चे स्कूल जा रहे थे। इस घटना के बाद इलाके में स्थित डीपीएस सहित अन्य स्कूलों में छुट्टी कर दी गई है। ट्रक श्रीनगर के अनंतनाग का बताया जाता है और इसके मालिक की पहचान फैयाज अहमद शेख के रूप में हुई है।

पुलिस जवान ट्रक की तलाशी लेने के लिए जैसे ही आगे बढ़े तो उसमें छिपे आतंकवादी भी घबरा गए। गोली चलाते हुए आतंकवादी ट्रक से बाहर निकल आए और साथ सटे जंगलों में घुस गए। ये आतंकवादी निक्कर-टी शर्ट पहने हुए थे। जब ये आतंकवादी जंगल की ओर भाग रहे थे तो गांव से एक फॉरेस्ट गार्ड सड़क की ओर आ रहा था। खाकी वर्दी पहने होने के कारण आतंकवादियों ने उसे पुलिस वाला समझ उस पर फायर खोल दिया। बाजू में गोली लगने से वह घायल हो गया। घायल को जम्मू राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया।

आतंकी हमले की सूचना मिलते ही सेना, सीआरपीएफ और पुलिस ने इलाके की घेराबंदी कर व्यापक तलाशी अभियान शुरू कर दिया है। जम्मू शहर और उसके साथ लगते इलाकों में भी हाई अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। सैन्य सूत्रों के अनुसार ये आतंकी जम्मू के सीमावर्ती क्षेत्र से घुसपैठ कर पहले जम्मू पहुंचे और उसके बाद यह श्रीनगर जा रहे थे।

जम्मू-श्रीनगर नेशनल हाईवे पर बुधवार को हुआ आतंकी हमला जम्मू के लिए खतरे की बड़ी घंटी है। पहले के हमलों और इस ताजा हमले में एक बहुत बड़ा फर्क है। वह यह कि इस बार आतंकी कश्मीर से नहीं आए, बल्कि जम्मू से कश्मीर की ओर जा रहे थे। उनका टारगेट क्या था, यह तो फिलहाल स्पष्ट नहीं है, लेकिन परिस्थितियों और अब तक की जांच में यह बात सामने आई है कि आतंकी जम्मू से ही ट्रक में सवार होकर जा रहे थे।

इस तर्क ने सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को सतर्क कर दिया है। माना जा रहा है कि जम्मू व आसपास के इलाकों में आतंकियों के पनाहगार मौजूद हैं। जिस ट्रक में आतंकी सवार होकर झज्जर कोटली तक पहुंचे थे उसमें वाल पुट्टी लदा हुआ था। ट्रक में आतंकियों ने अपने छिपने का इंतजाम भी कर रखा था यानी ट्रक के अगले और पिछले हिस्से में पुट्टी के बोरे लदे थे। बीच में स्थान खाली रखा गया था।

पुलिस ने श्रीनगर से जम्मू की तरफ जा रहे वाहनों की तलाशी लेने का काम किया। इसके अलावा जो भी संदिग्ध नजर आया, उससे भी पूछताछ की गई। बस अड्डा, रेलवे स्टेशन पर भी सुरक्षा के कड़े प्रबंध कर दिए गए। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर सेना व सीआरपीएफ को तैनात कर दिया गया। सेना राजमार्ग पर लगातार नजर रखे हुए है। इसके साथ ही सेना ने आर्मी पब्लिक स्कूल और केंद्रीय विद्यालयों में भी सुरक्षा के कड़े प्रबंध कर दिए गए हैं।

आने-जाने वाले लोगों से भी पूछताछ की जा रही है। इसके अलावा पुलिस ने घाटी जाने वाले ट्रकों की आवाजाही पर भी प्रतिबंध लगा दिया। रोके जाने के बाद जखैनी, संगूर, रठियान व अन्य कई इलाकों में वाहनों की लंबी कतार लगी रही।
