जम्मू। पुलवामा में हुए धमाके की गूंज विश्व प्रसिद्ध माता वैष्णो देवी की यात्रा में भी सुनाई दी है। यात्रा की बची-खुची रौनक को लोकसभा चुनावों की दहशत ने लील लिया। नतीजतन जिन गर्मियों में यात्रा में प्रतिदिन 40 से 45 हजार श्रद्धालु शामिल हुआ करते थे, वह संख्या 16 हजार से भी कम पर आकर टिक गई है। नतीजतन चिंता चारों ओर है।
यह सच है कि वैष्णो देवी की यात्रा में कमी जारी है। आधार शिविर कटरा, वैष्णो देवी भवन और यात्रा मार्ग सूना नजर आ रहा है। श्रद्धालुओं की कमी से व्यापारी वर्ग भी परेशान है। हालांकि, अप्रैल से अगस्त के अंत तक यात्रा में बढ़ोतरी होती है। प्रतिदिन 35 से 40 हजार श्रद्धालु कटरा पहुंचते हैं, लेकिन इस साल स्थितियां विपरीत नजर आ रही हैं।
भारत तथा पाकिस्तान के बीच जारी तनाव भी यात्रा में कमी का कारण रहा है। वैष्णो देवी के श्रद्धालुओं ने सीमा पर गोलाबारी बढ़ने के बाद यात्रा पर आने से परहेज किया। पुलवामा व बनिहाल में हुए आत्मघाती हमलों ने भी श्रद्धालुओं में असुरक्षा की भावना जागृत कर दी, जिसके कारण यात्रा में कमी दर्ज की गई।
देशभर में शुरू हुई परीक्षाओं और वर्तमान में जारी लोकसभा चुनावों के कारण भी वैष्णो देवी यात्रा पर असर पड़ा है। वर्तमान में रोजाना 16 से 18000 श्रद्धालु ही आधार शिविर कटरा में माता वैष्णो देवी के दर्शन के लिए पहुंच रहे हैं। पिछले साल के मुकाबले इस वर्ष अभी तक मात्र 5 लाख 3 हजार श्रद्धालु ही मां के दरबार पहुंचे हैं।

श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या में गिरावट से श्री माता वैष्णो देवी श्राइन बोर्ड की आय में भी भारी कमी आई है। वर्ष 2018 में 25 लाख 3 हजार श्रद्धालु मां के दरबार पहुंचे थे। इस साल मात्र 20 लाख श्रद्धालु ही पहुंचे हैं। वर्तमान में भी रोजाना 16 से 18 हजार श्रद्धालु ही कटरा पहुंच रहे हैं। बोर्ड व व्यापारी वर्ग जून में स्कूलों में पड़ने वाली छुट्टियां का इंतजार कर रहा है।
व्यापारी वर्ग का कहना है कि जून में स्कूलों में छुट्टियां पड़ते ही मां के दरबार में श्रद्धालुओं का तांता लगना शुरू हो जाएगा। नगर के व्यापारी वर्ग को उम्मीद है कि लोकसभा चुनाव संपन्न होने के बाद वैष्णो देवी यात्रा में बढ़ोतरी होगी। यात्रा पर आ रहे श्रद्धालुओं में भी अधिकतर स्थानीय शामिल हैं। अधिकतर आधार शिविर कटरा पहुंचकर सीधे यात्रा आरंभ कर देते हैं और माता के दरबार में हाजरी देने के बाद होटल में ठहरे बिना व खरीददारी किए बिना वापिस लौट जाते हैं।
श्राइन बोर्ड का कहना है कि जून में चुनावी प्रक्रिया संपन्न होने व स्कूलों में छुट्टियां पड़ने के बाद यात्रा में बढ़ोतरी होगी। फिलहाल बोर्ड श्रद्धालुओं को बेहतर सुविधा प्रदान करने पर काम कर रहा है।
