आगरा। टीवी एंकर दामिनी माहौर के साथ नशे में धुत दो युवकों ने छेड़खानी की। इस छेड़खानी का दर्द उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया पर बया किया। दामिनी ने अपनी फेसबुक पोस्ट में लिखा कि उन्होंने महिला हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1090 पर फोन कर मदद भी मांगी, लेकिन उसे कोई सहायता नहीं मिली। फेसबुक पोस्ट के बाद पुलिस हरकत में आई और दो लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया।
पुलिस ने मामले में संज्ञान लेते हुए पीछा करने वाले 2 लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। साथ ही उन्हें आईपीसी की धारा 354 डी के तहत जेल भेज दिया गया है। वहीं 1090 के प्रभारी आईजी नवनीत सिकेरा ने दामिनी से माफी मांगते हुए दो अधिकारियों को निलंबित कर दिया है।

फेसबुक पर लिखी थी यह पोस्ट : 25 जनवरी 2018 रात 8 बजे मैं भगवान टॉकीज़ से एम जी रोड पर जा रही थी।भगवान टॉकीज़ से ये दो नौजवान युवक,जो कि नशा किये हुए थे।मुझे इशारे करते हुए मेरे साथ साथ चलने लगे।मैंने पहले तो इनको नज़रअंदाज़ किया लेकिन थोड़ी देर बाद ये मुझसे बात करने की कोशिश करने लगे।सूरसदन पर आकर मैंने अपना रास्ता बदल लिया और दूसरी तरफ मुड़ गयी। वहीं ये लोग भी पीछे पीछे आ गए। जब मैं बहुत परेशान हो गयी तो मैं इन दोनों की गाड़ी के नम्बर की फोटो खींचने लगी तो पीछे बैठा युवक बोला कि नम्बर फ़र्ज़ी है।फिर जब मैंने उसकी फोटो ली तो वो अलग अलग पोज़ देने लगा। जैसा कि आप फोटो में देख सकते हैं।शर्म और डर नाम की कोई चीज़ इनके चेहरे पर दिखाई नहीं दे रही।
बात यहीं खत्म नहीं हुई। मैंने घर आकर महिला हेल्प लाइन नम्बर '1090' पर फोन किया और अपनी कम्प्लेंट रजिस्टर करानी चाही। तो वहां मेरी बात सुनने के बाद बोला गया कि आपके पास कम्प्लेंट रजिस्टर का नम्बर आएगा। और आज 4 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी कोई कम्प्लेंट रजिस्टर नहीं मिला जहां मुझे 'महिला हेल्प लाइन' सेवा नाकाम होती दिखी।
ये युवक तो चले गए बेशर्मों की तरह... पर मुझे शर्म आई हमारी महिला हेल्प लाइन पर हमारी पुलिस पर सरकार पर जिसका कोई ख़ौफ़ इन बेशर्म लड़कों की शक्ल पे दूर दूर तक नज़र नहीं आ रहा।इन्होंने मेरे साथ जो किया वो गुनाह इतना बड़ा नहीं था।पर ऐसी मानसिकता वाले ये लड़के जिन्हें पुलिस का कोई ख़ौफ़ नहीं यही लड़के आज अगर किसी को छेड़ रहे है तो कल किसी का बलात्कार भी इसी बेशर्मी से कर के किसी लड़की की ज़िंदगी बर्बाद कर देंगे। नेता पहुंच जाएंगे कैंडल जला कर अपना चेहरा चमकाने के लिये।और हाथ पर हाथ रख कर बैठी रह जाएगी ये नाम की महिला हेल्प लाइन ,पुलिस और सरकारें। (सभी चित्र : फेसबुक)
