अहोई अष्टमी आज है, जानिए पूजा के शुभ मुहूर्त, कथा, महत्व, मंत्र और आरती

इस वर्ष 28 अक्टूबर 2021, दिन गुरुवार को अहोई अष्‍टमी पर्व मनाया जाएगा। इस दिन माता पार्वती और अहोई माता की पूजन किया जाता हैं। हिन्दू धर्मशास्त्र के अनुसार करवा चौथ और अहोई अष्टमी महिलाओं के दो विशेष पर्व हैं। इन दोनों उत्सवों में जहां परिवार के कल्याण की भावना निहित होती है, वहीं सास के चरणों को तीर्थ मानकर उनसे आशीर्वाद लेने की प्राचीन परंपरा आज भी दिखाई देती है। 

महत्व- अहोई अष्‍टमी पर्व को मनाते हुए भारतीय महिलाएं जहां पौराणिक रीतिपूर्वक व्रत-उपवास करती हैं वहीं सांस्कृतिक उमंग द्वारा उत्सव का रूप भी प्रदान करती हैं। कार्तिक कृष्ण पक्ष की अष्टमी अहोई अथवा आठें कहलाती है। यह व्रत दीपावली से ठीक एस सप्ताह पूर्व आता है। कहा जाता है इस व्रत को संतान वाली स्त्रियां करती हैं। दूसरे शब्दों में यह कहा जा सकता है कि अहोई अष्टमी का व्रत छोटे बच्चों के कल्याण के लिए किया जाता है, जिसमें अहोई देवी के चित्र के साथ सेई और सेई के बच्चों के चित्र भी बनाकर पूजे जाते हैं।

अहोई अष्टमी पूजन के शुभ मुहूर्त

अहोई अष्टमी व्रत 28 अक्टूबर दिन गुरुवार। अहोई अष्टमी पर शाम 5.39 मिनट से 6.56 मिनट तक पूजा का शुभ मुहूर्त रहेगा। इसकी अवधि 1 घंटा 17 मिनट तक रहेगी। 

अहोई अष्टमी व्रत विधि- 

1. अहोई अष्‍टमी के दिन जिन स्त्रियों वह व्रत करना होता है वह दिनभर उपवास रखती हैं।

2. सायंकाल भक्ति-भावना के साथ दीवार अहोई की पुतली रंग भरकर बनाती हैं।

3. उसी पुतली के पास सेई व सेई के बच्चे भी बनाती हैं। आजकल बाजार से अहोई के बने रंगीन चित्र कागज भी मिलते हैं। उनको लाकर भी पूजा की जा सकती है।

4. संध्या के समय सूर्यास्त होने के बाद जब तारे निकलने लगते हैं तो अहोई माता की पूजा प्रारंभ होती है।

5. पूजन से पहले जमीन को स्वच्छ करके, पूजा का चौक पूरकर, एक लोटे में जल भरकर उसे कलश की भांति चौकी के एक कोने पर रखें और भक्ति भाव से पूजा करें।

6. अपने बाल-बच्चों के कल्याण की कामना करें। साथ ही अहोई अष्टमी के व्रत कथा का श्रद्धा भाव से सुनें।

7. इसमें एक खास बात यह भी है कि पूजा के लिए माताएं चांदी की एक अहोई भी बनाती हैं, जिसे बोलचाल की भाषा में स्याऊ भी कहते हैं और उसमें चांदी के दो मोती डालकर विशेष पूजन किया जाता है।

8. जिस प्रकार गले में पहनने के हार में पैंडिल लगा होता है उसी प्रकार चांदी की अहोई डलवानी चाहिए और डोरे में चांदी के दाने पिरोने चाहिए।

9. फिर अहोई की रोली, चावल, दूध व भात से पूजा करें।

10. जल से भरे लोटे पर सातिया बना लें, एक कटोरी में हलवा तथा रुपए का बायना निकालकर रख दें और सात दाने गेंहू के लेकर अहोई माता की कथा सुनने के बाद अहोई की माला गले में पहन लें, जो बायना निकाल कर रखा है उसे सास के चरण छूकर उन्हें दे दें।

11. इसके बाद चंद्रमा को जल चढ़ाकर भोजन कर व्रत खोलें।

12. इतना ही नहीं इस व्रत पर धारण की गई माला को दिवाली के बाद किसी शुभ समय में अहोई को गले से उतारकर उसका गुड़ से भोग लगा और जल से छीटें देकर मस्तक झुका कर रख दें।

13. सास को रोली तिलक लगाकर चरण स्पर्श करते हुए व्रत का उद्यापन करें।

अहोई अष्टमी पूजन मंत्र-  

- ॐ उमादेव्यै नमः॥

- ॐ पार्वतीप्रियनंदनाय नमः

कथा-

प्राचीन काल में एक साहूकार था, जिसके सात बेटे और सात बहुएं थी। इस साहूकार की एक बेटी भी थी जो दीपावली में ससुराल से मायके आई थी। दीपावली पर घर को लीपने के लिए सातों बहुएं मिट्टी लाने जंगल में गई तो ननद भी उनके साथ चली गई।

साहूकार की बेटी जहां मिट्टी काट रही थी, उस स्थान पर स्याहु (साही) अपने साथ बेटों से साथ रहती थी। मिट्टी काटते हुए गलती से साहूकार की बेटी की खुरपी के चोट से स्याहु का एक बच्चा मर गया। इस पर क्रोधित होकर स्याहु बोली- मैं तुम्हारी कोख बांधूंगी।

स्याहु के वचन सुनकर साहूकार की बेटी अपनी सातों भाभियों से एक-एक कर विनती करती हैं कि वह उसके बदले अपनी कोख बंधवा लें। सबसे छोटी भाभी ननद के बदले अपनी कोख बंधवाने के लिए तैयार हो जाती है। इसके बाद छोटी भाभी के जो भी बच्चे होते हैं वे सात दिन बाद मर जाते हैं। सात पुत्रों की इस प्रकार मृत्यु होने के बाद उसने पंडित को बुलवाकर इसका कारण पूछा। 

पंडित ने सुरही गाय की सेवा करने की सलाह दी। सुरही सेवा से प्रसन्न होती है और उसे स्याहु के पास ले जाती है। रास्ते में थक जाने पर दोनों आराम करने लगते हैं। अचानक साहूकार की छोटी बहू की नजर एक ओर जाती हैं, वह देखती है कि एक सांप गरूड़ पंखनी के बच्चे को डसने जा रहा है और वह सांप को मार देती है। इतने में गरूड़ पंखनी वहां आ जाती है और खून बिखरा हुआ देखकर उसे लगता है कि छोटी बहू ने उसके बच्चे को मार दिया है इस पर वह छोटी बहू को चोंच मारना शुरू कर देती है।

छोटी बहू इस पर कहती है कि उसने तो उसके बच्चे की जान बचाई है। गरूड़ पंखनी इस पर खुश होती है और सुरही सहित उन्हें स्याहु के पास पहुंचा देती है। वहां स्याहु छोटी बहू की सेवा से प्रसन्न होकर उसे सात पुत्र और सात बहू होने का आशीर्वाद देती है। स्याहु के आशीर्वाद से छोटी बहू का घर पुत्र और पुत्र वधुओं से हरा भरा हो जाता है। अहोई का अर्थ एक यह भी होता है 'अनहोनी को होनी बनाना और किसी अप्रिय अनहोनी से बचाना।

ब्राह्मणी, रुद्राणी, कमला तू ही है जगमाता।

सूर्य-चंद्रमा ध्यावत नारद ऋषि गाता।। जय।।

माता रूप निरंजन सुख-सम्पत्ति दाता।।

जो कोई तुमको ध्यावत नित मंगल पाता।। जय।।

तू ही पाताल बसंती, तू ही है शुभदाता।

कर्म-प्रभाव प्रकाशक जगनिधि से त्राता।। जय।।

जिस घर थारो वासा वाहि में गुण आता।।

कर न सके सोई कर ले मन नहीं धड़काता।। जय।।

तुम बिन सुख न होवे न कोई पुत्र पाता।

खान-पान का वैभव तुम बिन नहीं आता।। जय।।

शुभ गुण सुंदर युक्ता क्षीर निधि जाता।

रतन चतुर्दश तोकू कोई नहीं पाता।। जय।।
