Chaitra navratri kab hai 2022 mein: वर्ष में चार नवरात्रियां होती हैं। चैत्र माह में, आषाढ़ माह में, आश्विन माह में और माघ माह में। चैत्र माह की नवरात्रि को बड़ी नवरात्रि और आश्विन माह की नवरात्रि को छोटी नवरात्र कहते हैं। आश्विन नवरात्रि को शारदीय नवरात्रि भी कहते हैं। बाकी दो नवरात्रियों को गुप्त नवरात्रि कहते हैं। आओ जानते हैं कि चैत्र नवरात्रि कब है, शुभ तिथि और 9 दिन की उपासना विधि।
चैत्र नवरात्रि 2022 कब है- Chaitra navratri 2022 date : इस साल चैत्र नवरात्रि 2 अप्रैल 2022, शनिवार से प्रारंभ होकर 11 अप्रैल 2022, सोमवार को समाप्त होगी।
चैत्र नवरात्रि शुभ तिथि- Chaitra navratri 2022 shubh tithi :
1. पहले दिन 2 अप्रैल 2022 को प्रतिपदा के दिन माता माँ शैलपुत्री पूजा और घटस्थापना होगी।
2. दूसरे दिन 3 अप्रैल को द्वितीया तिथि पर माँ ब्रह्मचारिणी की पूजा होगी।
3. तीसरे दिन 4 अप्रैल को तृतीया तिथि पर माँ चंद्रघंटा की पूजा होगी।
4. चौथे दिन 5 अप्रैल को चतुर्थी तिथि पर माँ कुष्मांडा की पूजा होगी।
5. पांचवें दिन 6 अप्रैल को पंचमी तिथि पर माँ स्कंदमाता की पूजा होगी।
6. छठे दिन 7 अप्रैल को षष्ठी तिथि पर माँ कात्यायनी की पूजा पूजा होगी।
7. सातवें दिन 8 अप्रैल को सप्तमी तिथि पर माँ कालरात्रि की पूजा होगी।
8. आठवें दिन 9 अप्रैल को अष्टमी तिथि पर माँ महागौरी की पूजा होगी।
9. नौवें दिन 10 अप्रैल को नवमी तिथि रामनवमी पर माँ सिद्धिदात्री की पूजा होगी।
10. दसवें दिन 11 अप्रैल को दशमी तिथि पर नवरात्रि का पारणा होगा।
9 दिन की उपासना विधि- Chaitra navratri puja 2022 vidhi :
1. माता की पूजा की शुरुआत घट स्थापना और जवारे बोने से करते हैं। पूजन में शुद्धता व सात्विकता का विशेष महत्व है, इस दिन प्रात:काल स्नान-ध्यान से निवृत हो देवियों का स्मरण करते हुए भक्त व्रत एवं उपवास का पालन करते हुए भगवान का भजन व पूजन करते हैं।
2. नित्य कर्म से निवृत्त होने के बाद कुल देवी की मूर्ति या चित्र को लाल या पीला कपड़ा बिछाकर लकड़ी के पाट पर रखें। मूर्ति को स्नान कराएं और यदि चित्र है तो उसे अच्छे से साफ करें।
3. पूजन में कुल देवी के सामने धूप, दीप अवश्य जलाना चाहिए। जलाए गए दीपक को स्वयं कभी नहीं बुझाना चाहिए।
4. फिर देवी के मस्तक पर हलदी कुंकू, चंदन और चावल लगाएं। फिर उन्हें हार और फूल चढ़ाएं। फिर उनकी आरती उतारें। पूजन में अनामिका अंगुली (छोटी उंगली के पास वाली यानी रिंग फिंगर) से गंध (चंदन, कुमकुम, अबीर, गुलाल, हल्दी, मेहंदी) लगाना चाहिए।
5. पूजा करने के बाद प्रसाद या नैवेद्य (भोग) चढ़ाएं। ध्यान रखें कि नमक, मिर्च और तेल का प्रयोग नैवेद्य में नहीं किया जाता है।
6. अंत में माता की आरती करें। आरती करके नैवेद्य चढ़ाकर पूजा का समापन किया जाता है।
7. नौ दिनों के दौरान आप चाहें तो दुर्गासप्तशति का पाठ करें या चंडी पाठ करें।
नौ दिन के 9 कार्य :
1. मूर्ति और कलश स्थापना : माता की मूर्ति लाकर उसे विधि विधान से घर में स्थापित किया जाता है। इसके साथ ही घर में घट या कलश स्थापना भी की जाती है। साथ ही एक दूसरे कलश में जावरे या जौ उगाए जाते हैं।
2. माता का जागरण : कई लोग अपने घरों में माता का जागरण रखते हैं। खासकर पंजाब, हरियाणा, उत्तराखंड, हिमाचल आदि प्रदेशों में किसी एक खास दिन रातभर भजन-कीर्तन होते हैं। इन नौ दिनों में गरबा नृत्य का आयोजन भी होता है।
3. व्रत रखना : पूरे नौ दिन व्रत रखा जाता है। इसमें अधिकतर लोग एक समय ही भोजन करते हैं। प्रतिदिन दुर्गा चालीसा, चंडी पाठ या दुर्ग सप्तशती का पाठ करते हैं।
4. कन्या भोज : जब व्रत के समापन पर उद्यापन किया जाता है तब कन्या भोज कराया जाता है।
5. इनकी होती है पूजा : इस नवरात्रि में नौ देवियों में शैलपुत्री, ब्रह्मचारिणी, चंद्रघंटा, कुष्मांडा, स्कंदमाता, कात्यायनी, कालरात्रि, महागौरी, सिद्धिदात्री का पूजन विधि विधान से किया जाता है।
6. नौ भोग और औषधि : शैलपुत्री कुट्टू और हरड़, ब्रह्मचारिणी दूध-दही और ब्राह्मी, चन्द्रघंटा चौलाई और चन्दुसूर, कूष्मांडा पेठा, स्कंदमाता श्यामक चावल और अलसी, कात्यायनी हरी तरकारी और मोइया, कालरात्रि कालीमिर्च, तुलसी और नागदौन, महागौरी साबूदाना तुलसी, सिद्धिदात्री आंवला और शतावरी।
7. नौ दिन के प्रसाद : पहले दिन घी, दूसरे दिन शक्कर, तीसरे दिन खीर, चौथे दिन मालपुए, पांचवें दिन केला, छठे दिन शहद, सातवें दिन गुड़, आठवें दिन नारियल और नौवें दिन तिल का नैवेद्य लगाया जाता है।
8. माता को अर्पित करें ये भोग : खीर, मालपुए, मीठा हलुआ, पूरणपोळी, मीठी बूंदी, घेवर, पंच फल, मिष्ठान, घी, शहद, तिल, काला चना, गुड़, कड़ी, केसर भात, साग, पूड़ी, भजिये, कद्दू या आलू की सब्जी भी बनाकर भोग लगा सकते हैं।
9. हवन : कई लोगों के यहां सप्तमी, अष्टमी या नवमी के दिन व्रत का समापन होता है तब अंतिम दिन हवन किया जाता है।
10. विसर्जन : अंतिम दिन के बाद अर्थात नवमी के बाद माता की प्रतिमा और जवारे का विसर्जन किया जाता है।
