રાજસ્થાનથી બનાસકાંઠામાં ઘુસેલાં તીડ ગુજરાતના સાત જિલ્લામાં ફેલાઈ ગયાં

કોરોના વાયરસની મહામારી વચ્ચે હાલમાં કુદરત જાણે ખેડૂતો પર રૂઠી હોય એમ એક પછી એક આફતને નોંતરૂ દઈ રહી છે. એક તરફ કોરોના મહામારીને કારણે ખેડૂત બેહાલ થયો છે. તો બીજી બાજુ માવઠાં અને તીડના કારણે ખેડૂતોનો પાક નાશ પામી રહ્યો છે. રાજસ્થાન તરફથી ઘુસેલાં તીડ સામાન્ય રીતે બનાસકાંઠા અને કચ્છ જિલ્લામાં આવતાં હોય છે પણ આ વખતે તીડ સૌરાષ્ટ્રમાં પ્રવેશી ગયાં છે. બનાસકાંઠા અને પાટણ બાદ કચ્છમાં પ્રવેશેલાં તીડ ત્યાંથી મોરબી અને સુરેન્દ્રનગર જિલ્લામાં ઘુસ્યાં હતાં.  ત્યાંથી આગળ વધીને  છેક ભાવનગર અને અમરેલી પહોંચ્યાં છે.  આમ સાત જિલ્લામાં ફરી વળ્યાં છે છતાં કૃષિમંત્રી કહે છે કે હજુ તીડની સંખ્યા ઓછી છે.બનાસકાંઠા જિલ્લાના સરહદી વાવ, સુઇગામ બાદ દિયોદરમાં તીડ જોવા મળ્યાં હતાં. જો કે, ગુરૂવારે ડીસા તાલુકાના જુનાડીસા તેમજ વિડી વિસ્તારના ખેતરોમાં છુટાછવાયા તીડ જોવા મળ્યાં હતાં. તીડ અંગે ખેતીવાડી વિભાગને જાણ કરતાં વિભાગના અધિકારીઓએ દોડી આવી દવાનો છંટકાવ કરાવ્યો હતો. પાકિસ્તાન સરહદે આવેલા સાંતલપુર પંથકના અંતરિયાળ દાત્રાણાસહિતના આસપાસના કેટલાક ગામોમાં છૂટાછવાયા તીડ દેખાતા ખેડૂતોએ તીડને ભગાવવા પ્રયત્નો કર્યા હતા ખેતરોમાં તીડ આવી જતા ખેડૂતોમાં ફફડાટ ફેલાયો હતો ખેતીવાડી તંત્રને આ અંગે જાણ કરતાં તેની ટીમ સરહદી વિસ્તારના ગામોમાં સર્વેલન્સ માટે રવાના થઇ હતી.ગુરુવાર અમરેલીના ખાંભા અને લીલીયા પંથકમા પણ તીડના એક મોટા ઝુંડે ખેડૂતોને હેરાન પરેશાન કરી નાખ્યા હતા. ખાંભાના રાણીંગપરા ઉપરાંત લીલીયાના સનાળીયા અને ભોરીંગડા પંથકમાથી તીડનુ આ ટોળુ સાવરકુંડલા પંથકમા ગયુ હતુ. ખેડૂતોએ તીડને ભગાડવા આખો દિવસ દોડાદોડી કરવી પડી હતી.
