नई दिल्ली। देश के कई इलाकों में रविवार को भी भारी बारिश देखने को मिली, वहीं राजस्थान में बारिश से जुड़े हादसों में 9 और लोगों की मौत की खबर है, जबकि असम और बिहार में भी बाढ़ से राहत नहीं मिली जहां मानसून के मौसम में 209 लोगों की जान जा चुकी है। मुंबई, ओडिशा और उत्तर गुजरात के कुछ हिस्सों में आज भारी बारिश का पूर्वानुमान व्यक्त किया है।
शुक्रवार और शनिवार को पड़ोसी ठाणे जिले में भारी वर्षा से कई क्षेत्रों में जलजमाव हो गया था। बिहार और असम में बाढ़ की वजह से मरने वालों की संख्या रविवार को बढ़ कर 209 हो गई। दोनों प्रदेशों में बाढ़ के कारण 1.06 करोड़ लोग प्रभावित हुए हैं। बिहार में बाढ़ से फिलहाल कोई राहत नहीं मिली है। इसकी वजह से 85 लाख से ज्यादा लोग प्रभावित हुए हैं। हालांकि लगातार दूसरे दिन मृतकों की संख्या 127 बनी रही। राज्य के सबसे बुरी तरह से प्रभावित जिलों में दरभंगा शामिल है, जहां अब तक 12 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। इस महीने के शुरू में नेपाल के तराई क्षेत्र में मूसलधार बारिश की वजह से बिहार में बाढ़ आई है
दरभंगा जिले में हायाघाट के पास एक रेलवे पुल के नीचे जल स्तर बढ़ कर खतरे के निशान के ऊपर चला गया। इसके बाद पूर्वी मध्य रेलवे को दरभंगा-समस्तीपुर खंड पर ट्रेनों का परिचालन रोकना पड़ा। वहीं असम में बारपेटा जिले में एक और व्यक्ति की मौत के साथ मृतकों की संख्या बढ़कर 82 हो गई है।असम के 56 राजस्व क्षेत्रों के 1,716 गांवों के 21.68 लाख लोग बाढ़ से प्रभावित हैं। राज्य में ब्रह्मपुत्र सहित कई नदियां खतरे के निशान से ऊपर बह रही हैं।

मुम्बई में कुछ स्थानों पर सोमवार को भारी बारिश होने का पूर्वानुमान। मौसम विभाग ने सोमवार को रायगढ़ जिले में छिटपुट स्थानों पर और मुंबई शहर तथा उपनगरीय जिलों में कुछ स्थानों पर भारी बारिश होने का पूर्वानुमान जताया है। मौसम विभाग ने रविवार को पूर्वानुमान किया है कि पूरे महाराष्ट्र में सोमवार को व्यापक स्तर पर वर्षा होगी। विभाग के मुंबई क्षेत्रीय केंद्र के एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि मुंबई के पड़ोसी ठाणे और पालघर जैसे जिलों में सोमवार को कुछ स्थानों पर भारी वर्षा होने का पूर्वानुमान है।
अधिकारी ने कहा कि वर्षा में मंगलवार के बाद कम होगी। जिन जिलों में सोमवार को भारी वर्षा होने का पूर्वानुमान है, उनमें पुणे, कोल्हापुर, सतारा और नासिक शामिल हैं। भारी वर्षा के पूर्वानुमान वाले जिलों में नंदुरबार, जलगांव, धुले, औरंगाबाद, परभणी, हिंगोली, नांदेड, लातुर,उस्मानाबाद और जालना शामिल हैं। विभाग ने कहा, इन जिलों में छिटपुट स्थानों पर भारी वर्षा होगी। विभाग ने इसके साथ ही कहा कि महाराष्ट्र में सप्ताह के बाकी दिनों के दौरान हल्की से मध्यम वर्षा होने की उम्मीद है। विभाग के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि शनिवार सुबह साढ़े 8 बजे से शुरू हुए 24 घंटे के समयावधि के दौरान कोलाबा और सांताक्रूज वेधशालाओं ने क्रमश: 44.2 मिलीमीटर और 27.7 मिलीमीटर बारिश दर्ज की। मुंबई और इसके उपनगर, ठाणे, पालघर और पुणे में एक जून से 24 जुलाई के बीच सामान्य औसत से अधिक बारिश दर्ज की गई है।

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि मध्य प्रदेश के सीहोर जिले में रविवार को एक उफनते नाले में 10 वर्षीय बच्चा बह गया और राज्य के कई इलाकों में बारिश का दौर जारी है। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि जम्मू कश्मीर में मूसलधार बारिश की वजह से अमरनाथ यात्रा को लगातार चौथे दिन तीन मुख्य आधार शिविरों से स्थगित रखना पड़ा। उन्होंने कहा कि मौसम विभाग ने गुफा इलाके में हिमपात की आशंका जताई है। मौसम विभाग के पूर्वानुमान के मुताबिक बंगाल की खाड़ी के ऊपर मौजूद चक्रवाती परिसंचरण के बाद बने कम दबाव के क्षेत्र के कारण ओडिशा में अगले एक हफ्ते तक भारी बारिश हो सकती है।
दिल्ली वालों को रविवार को उमस का सामना करना पड़ा जहां अधिकतम तापमान 34.4 डिग्री सेल्सियस और न्यूनतम तापमान 25.8 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया, जबकि आर्द्रता 97 से 67 फीसदी के बीच रही। मौसम विभाग ने आज महाराष्ट्र, ओडिशा और उत्तर गुजरात के कुछ हिस्सों में बेहद भारी बारिश का पूर्वानुमान व्यक्त किया है। विभाग ने गुजरात में मछुआरों को चेतावनी जारी की है और उन्हें एक अगस्त तक राज्य के उत्तर, पश्चिम मध्य और दक्षिण पश्चिम इलाके के समुद्र में न जाने के लिए कहा है।
राज्य आपदा अभियान केंद्र के मुताबिक रविवार शाम को वलसाड में कपराडा, भरूच के नेतरंग और नर्मदा के गुरुदेश्वर में 12 घंटों के अंदर क्रमश: 54 मिमी, 48 मिमी और 34 मिमी बारिश हुई। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र के नासिक क्षेत्र में बीते 4 दिनों में भारी बारिश के कारण गंगापुर बांध में पानी कुल भंडारण क्षमता का 74 फीसदी हो गया। उन्होंने कहा कि गोदावरी नदी के किनारे रहने वाले लोगों को भी सतर्क कर दिया गया है। एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि ठाणे जिले के मुरबद और कल्याण के बीच एक नदी पुल रविवार तड़के भारी बारिश के बीच बह गया।
मुरबद के तहसीलदार अमोल कदम ने बताया कि रायता गांव में उल्हास नदी पर बने पुल का हिस्सा बह गया और बारिश के कारण सड़क को भी नुकसान पहुंचा है, जिससे मुंबई को गुजरात के अहमदाबाद से जोड़ने वाले राजमार्ग पर यातायात प्रभावित हुआ। राजस्थान में रविवार को कोटा जिला बारिश से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित रहा, जहां 151.8 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की गई। यहां राज्य आपदा मोचन बल के दलों ने निचले इलाकों में रह रहे करीब 250 लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर पहुंचाया। राज्य के अलग-अलग इलाकों से रविवार को बारिश से जुड़े हादसों में 9 लोगों की मौत की खबर आई। असम के बारापेट जिले में बाढ़ के कारण एक और शख्स की जान चली गई जिससे मरने वालों का आंकड़ा बढ़कर 82 हो गया।
राज्य के 21.68 लाख लोग बाढ़ से प्रभावित हैं। बिहार में बाढ़ से करीब 85 लाख लोग प्रभावित हैं, जबकि राज्य में 127 लोग बाढ़ से जुड़े हादसों में अपनी जान गंवा चुके हैं। बाढ़ के कारण दरभंगा-समस्तीपुर खंड पर रेल यातायात प्रभावित हुआ है। इस खंड पर रविवार को कुछ ट्रेनों को रद्द किया गया और 12 से अधिक ट्रेनों के मार्ग बदले गए। पूर्व मध्य रेलवे (ईसीआर) मुख्यालय ने यहां यह जानकारी दी।
ईसीआर के मुख्य जनसंपर्क अधिकारी राजेश कुमार ने एक बयान में कहा, समस्तीपुर-दरभंगा खंड पर हायाघाट खंड के निकट पुल संख्या 16 पर पानी का स्तर खतरे के निशान को पार कर गया। इसलिए इस खंड पर ट्रेनों की आवाजाही को रोक दिया गया। कश्मीर को हर मौसम में देश के दूसरे हिस्से से जोड़ने वाला जम्मू-श्रीनगर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर यातायात को भारी बारिश के बाद बनिहाल-रामबन बेल्ट में हुए भूस्खलन के चलते स्थगित कर दिया गया। पंजाब और हरियाणा के कुछ हिस्सों में भी भारी बारिश हुई।
