नई दिल्ली। संशोधित नागरिकता कानून (CAA) के खिलाफ वाम दलों ने गुरुवार को पूरे देश में प्रदर्शन करने का ऐलान किया है। भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी, भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (मार्क्सवादी), भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (मार्क्सवादी-लेनिनवादी)- मुक्ति, अखिल भारतीय फॉरवर्ड ब्लॉक और रिवॉल्यूशनरी सोशलिस्ट पार्टी ने सरकार के फैसलों के विरोध में अपनी सभी प्रादेशिक और जिला इकाइयों से प्रदर्शन करने को कहा गया है। वाम दलों नागरिकता कानून और राष्ट्रीय नागरिक रजिस्टर के विरोध में देशभर में प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं।

- संशोधित नागरिकता कानून और राष्ट्रीय नागरिक पंजी (NRC) के खिलाफ शहर के मुस्लिम बहुल शाह-ए-आलम इलाके में विरोध प्रदर्शन गुरुवार को हिंसक हो गया। पथराव की घटना में 5 पुलिसकर्मी घायल हो गए।
- पश्चिम बंगाल भाजपा के अध्यक्ष दिलीप घोष ने दावा किया कि बांग्लादेश से आए लुंगी पहने घुसपैठियों ने नए नागरिकता कानून के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान राज्य में आगजनी और हिंसा की।
- हिंसक प्रदर्शनों के मद्देनजर लखनऊ में भी मोबाइल इंटरनेट सेवाओं पर रोक
- गाजियाबाद में शुक्रवार रात 10 बजे तक इंटरनेट बंद।
- CAA पर विरोध के चलते इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय की प्रायोगिक परीक्षा रद्द।

- उत्तर प्रदेश के लखनऊ में घटना को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि लोकतंत्र में सभी को प्रदर्शन का अधिकार है लेकिन हिंसा की कोई जगह नहीं।
- हिंसा में लिप्त हर व्यक्ति को चिन्हित करके उसकी प्रॉपर्टी जब्त करेंगे और फिर नीलामी कर नुकसान की भरपाई करेंगे।
- उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने डीजीपी और मुख्य सचिव को उपद्रवियों से कड़ाई से निपटने का आदेश दिया।
- लखनऊ में डीजीपी ओपी सिंह कर रहे हैं पैदल मार्च। रात तक सभी थानों में उपद्रवियों पर दर्ज होगी एफआईआर, आदेश जारी, 5 गिरफ्तार, कई हिरासत में उपद्रवी।

- संशोधित नागरिकता कानून के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन के चलते दिल्ली में नेशनल हाईवे 8 जाम हो गया है। क्रू मेंबर्स के जाम में फंसने के कारण इंडिगो ने 19 उड़ानें रद्द कर दी हैं, जबकि ट्रैफिक जाम के कारण 16 उड़ानें देर से चलीं।

- बेंगलुरु में प्रदर्शन के दौरान इतिहासकार रामचंद्र गुहा सहित 30 को पुलिस ने हिरासत में लिया।
