अंतरराष्ट्रीय वेब-सिम्पोजियम का ऑनलाइन समागम

24 से 26 जून तक राजीव गांधी यूनिवर्सिटी के हिन्दी विभाग ने 3 दिवसीय अंतरराष्ट्रीय वेब सिम्पोजियम का आयोजन किया। इसमें बल्गारिया और बेल्जियम सहित देशभर के विद्वानों ने हिस्सा लिया। कार्यक्रम के उद्घाटन सत्र में गुवाहाटी से प्रकाशित समाचार-पत्र ‘दैनिक पूर्वोदय’ के संपादक रविशंकर रवि ने बदली परिस्थितियों में हिन्दी मीडिया के समक्ष उपजे संकट और इससे निपटने को लेकर की गई तैयारी के बारे में बताया।

रविशंकर रवि ने कोरोनाकाल में हिन्दी मीडिया अथवा पत्रकारिता-मानदंड और चुनौतियों पर बात की। उन्होंने कहा कि ‘भाषा जानदार हो, लोक-बोध की हो और उसमे देशज मुहावारेदानी का इस्तेमाल हो, तो पाठक उसे पढ़ते हैं। शब्द और अर्थ के बीच जो रस है उसका आस्वाद होना जरूरी है।

मुख्य अतिथि साहित्य अकादमी पुरस्कार से सम्मानित और पद्मश्री से विभूषित येशे दोर्जी थोंगशी ने कहा कि पहले भी महामारियां विश्वभर में फैली हैं। इस महामारी से सबकुछ जब बंद हुआ तो टेलीविजन से मालूम चला कि क्या करना है और क्यों करना है? मीडिया महामारी के दिनों में हमें जागरूक और सचेत करता है।

यह 3 दिवसीय अंतरराष्ट्रीय वेब-सिम्पोजियम हिन्दी विभाग, राजीव गांधी विश्वविद्यालय तथा माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी राष्ट्रीय पत्रकारिता एवं संचार विश्वविद्यालय, भोपाल के संयुक्त तत्त्वावधान में संपन्न हुआ।

एमसीयू, भोपाल के कुलपति प्रो. संजय द्विवेदी ने कहा कि मौजूदा दौर में मीडिया को केन्द्र में बातचीत-संवाद का यह संयुक्त आयोजन प्रासंगिक एवं अत्यंत महत्त्वपूर्ण है।

प्रो. द्विवेदी ने स्वदेशी और स्वालंबन को आत्मनिर्भर भारत का मूलमंत्र बताया। प्रो. द्विवेदी ने कहा अगर आज भी हम नहीं संभले, तो कल बहुत देर हो जाएगी। पत्रकारिता के अधिष्ठान सामाजिक चेतना से जुड़े होते हैं। मीडिया को अपनी नैतिक शक्ति का उल्लंघन नहीं करना चाहिए। किसी भी स्थिति में पत्रकार को सूचना देने की अपनी शक्ति का अतिक्रमण नहीं करना चाहिए।

राजीव गांधी केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. साकेत कुशवाहा ने अध्यक्षीय वक्तव्य में कहा कि इस महामारी के दौर में दो अलग-अलग संस्थानों का मिलजुल कर यह कार्यक्रम करना प्रशंसनीय है। प्रो. कुशवाहा ने कि आज सबकी चिंता राष्ट्रीय एकजुटता की है। इसे लेकर किसी प्रकार की राजनीति नहीं होना चाहिए।

बल्गारिया से जुड़ी अंतरराष्ट्री अतिथि डॉ. मौना कौशिक ने कहा कि ‘कोविड-19 के दौरान भाषा की दृष्टि से हिन्दी मीडिया पर बातचीत आवश्यक है। मीडिया सकारात्मक और नकारात्मक दोनों तरह का असर डालती है।

सोफिया विश्वविद्यालय की हिन्दी भाषा विशेषज्ञ वान्या गांचेवा ने समाचार-पत्र को, उनके लिखे और छपे को बल्गारियन विद्यार्थियों के लिए मुख्य आधार-स्रोत बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि-‘समाचार-पत्र हिन्दी भाषा सीखने में मददगार हैं। हिन्दी शिक्षण की दृष्टि से सहायक हैं।

बेल्जियम में हिन्दी खबर चैनल में विशेष संवाददाता के रूप में कार्यरत कपिल कुमार ने कोरोना काल की चिंताओं को समेटते हुए बात कही और भारतीय मीडिया की तटस्थता पर प्रश्नचिन्ह भी खड़ा किया।

समापन समारोह के विशिष्ट अतिथि वेबदुनिया के संपादक संदीप सिंह सिसौदिया ने मीडिया के संदर्भ में लॉकडाउन और वर्क फ्रार्म होम पर अलग एप्रोच, कंटेट प्लानिंग की रणनीति, सूचनाओं की अधिकता और समाचार चयन, यूनिक कंटेट, स्पेशल स्टोरीज, लोकल से लेकर ग्लोबल कवरेज, मीडिया कंटेट का महत्व और न्यू एज ऑडियंस, कंटेट प्लांनिंग के लिए स्मार्ट टूल्स, लीक से हटकर काम करने से बढ़ता दायरा, आपदा में सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन और जिंदगी का सबक जैसे विषयों पर बडी सरल भाषा में पीपीटी के माध्यम से समझाया।

प्रो. पवित्र श्रीवास्तव जी ने ‘लोकल होकर भी ग्लोबल हो रहे है’ के स्वरूप को स्पष्ट करते हुए अपनी बात कही। खासतौर से समाचार पत्रों के सामाचार पत्रों के समक्ष आने वाली चुनौतियों के बारे में बताया।

गुवाहाटी समाचार के संपादक दिनकर कुमार ने भी पारम्परिक मीडिया पर निर्भरता, सेवा उद्योग कम होने की बात कही। उन्होंने कोरोनाकाल में मीडियाकर्मियों पर बढते संकट, पत्रकारों पर बढ़ते आर्थिक दबाव, उनके खिलाफ होती एफआईआर, मीडियाकर्मियों के वर्तमान संघर्ष की चर्चा की।

मनोरमा के संपादक सच्चिदानंद मूर्ति के कथन का जिक्र किया जिसमें उन्होंने कहा था कि प्रिंट अखबारों के बजाय डिजिटल मीडिया पर भरोसा बढा है। भाषा वैज्ञानिक राजनारायण अवस्थी ने कोरोना संक्रमण में तकनीकी के क्षेत्र पर खास तौर से तकनीकी अनुवाद विषय को लेकर चर्चा की। डॉ. अनुशब्द जी ने कार्टून पत्रकारिता पर गंभीर चर्चा की।

प्रताप सोमवंशी जी ने कोरोना काल में हिन्दी मीडिया के सामने चुनौती क्या है?, चुनौतियों के लिए क्या तैयारी की जाये? आदि पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। डॉ. मिहिर रंजन पात्र ने विज्ञापन की भाषा पर अपना व्याख्यान प्रस्तुत किया।

अविनाश वाजपेयी ने कोविड-19 के दौरान जीवन शैली पर अपनी बात रखी। किशोर वासवानी ने कहा कि मीडिया केवल आइसोलेटिड अथवा एकल मीडिया नहीं रहा, यह संश्लिष्ट, मिला-जुला और मिश्रित माध्यम हो गया है।

संदीप भट्ट ने कहा कि पत्रकारिता का साम्राज्य हमेशा-हमेशा रहता है। मीडिया हमारी जिंदगी की रफ्तार को बनाये रखने में जरूरी है। भारतीय मीडिया का विस्तार पिछले डेढ दशक में काफी बढ़ा है।

शंभूप्रसाद जी ने डिजिटल एडिक्शन एंड टोटल हेल्थ पर अपना व्याख्यान दिया। प्रो. एम. वेंकेटेश्वर ने कोरोनाकाल सिनेमा के बदलते स्वरूप पर चर्चा की। मनोहरलाल ने कहा कि परिवर्तन को स्वीकारते हुए हम आगे बढ़ सकते है। देशकाल परिस्थितियों को समझाते हुए अपने दायित्व को निर्वाह करना चाहिए।

प्रो. हितेन्द्र मिश्र ने कोरोना काल में संभावनाओं पर बात की। मियांजी हज्जाम ने बड़ी ही सौम्यता से भाषा की कोडिंग, डी-कोडिंग और एनकोडिंग पर चर्चा की। यह नवीन ज्ञान से रूबरू होने जैसा था। प्रतिभागी सत्र अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण रहा।

लगभग 10 प्रतिभागियों ने अपना शोध-आलेख पढ़ा और वेब-सिम्पोजियम के संबंध में अपने विचार रखें। प्रशासनिक संरक्षक के रूप में विश्वविद्यालय के समकुलपति प्रो. अमिताव मित्र, कुलसचिव प्रो. तोमो रिबा तथा विभाग के शोधार्थी विजय, रोशन, प्रियंका, अनुराधा हिन्दी सहायक श्यामसुंदर सिंह की उपस्थिति एवं भूमिका अत्यत्य महत्त्वपूर्ण रही।
