वेबदुनिया-डायस्पार्क में मना अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस

इंदौर। अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में वेबदुनिया-डायस्पार्क ने खास आयोजन किया। बाबू लाभचंद छजलानी मार्ग स्थित परिसर में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में सभी महिला कर्मचारियों ने भागीदारी की। इस अवसर पर शेल्बी हॉस्पिटल इंदौर की गायनेकोलॉजिस्ट डॉक्टर आस्था जैन माथुर एवं नेफ्रोलॉजिस्ट डॉ. अनीता चौकसे ने महिलाओं से जुड़ी स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं के बारे में जानकारी दी।

महिलाओं से जुड़ी स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं पर चर्चा करते हुए डॉ. आस्था ने महिलाओं में मासिक-धर्म के दौरान हाइजीन क्यों ज़रूरी है, मासिक-धर्म को लेकर समाज में धारणा और शिक्षा के बीच के संबंध, PCOS यानी पोली सिस्टिक ओवेरी सिंड्रोम के कारण और इलाज, गर्भाशय फाइब्रॉएड के लक्षण, कारण और उपचार, हार्मोन्स का असंतुलन और महिलाओं में भिन्न-भिन्न प्रकार के कैंसर से अवगत करवाया।

डॉक्टर अनिता चौकसे ने बताया कि 8 मार्च को अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस तो होता ही है, साथ ही कम ही लोगों को मालूम है कि इसी दिन विश्व किडनी दिवस भी होता हैं। उन्होंने महिलाओं में 'क्रोनिक किडनी डिजीज' को लेकर चर्चा की। तीन कहानियों के माध्यम से उन्होनें किडनी रोग की गंभीरता को समझाने का प्रयास किया।

उन्होंने गुर्दे का प्रत्यारोपण, किडनी दान कैसे करें जैसी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां दीं। उन्होंने बताया कि आज भी जब किडनी की जरूरत किसी पुरुष को होती है तब लोग फिर भी दान के लिए आगे आ जाते हैं, लेकिन जब किसी महिला को जरूरत होती है तब कम ही लोग आगे आते हैं।
